Worst Service and very pathetic call centre team ???
Executive had cancelled the order from his side and still problem had not solved? No one is taking initiative not even high level management team.
Today I ordered rs 1254 worth items I by mistake forgot to add free gift when enquired I was told free gift not possible I didn't expected such reply really hopeless

I have experienced thrice that the freebies are not delivered. They just state an apology, rather they should initiate the delivery.
I have also experienced stale supply of bread and bun.
Product is good, but blinkit you are charge very high price from other online or offline business.
Also added to other changes like High demand charge, delivery charges and handling charges.
why customer paid all these charges.if he/she already paid high prices of the product.
please change your business policy.other wise customer will go to the other online website for purchase.
I ordered today and received frozen Haldiram kaju katli as free diwali gift which has one month left for expiry. Do not fall into trap as the frozen kaju katli packet was all spoilt as it was with delivery boy without icebox
I received tampered packed yesterday and asked for replacement. They said no replacement, will be refunded.Without my knowledge the pickup was arranged and I was out so the company called me and said when you are back you can request issue after coming home.Since then I'm calling them, I get message they are busy.Even on app the chat is restricted.Very bad customer care service.Last time also I received a milk packet which was same day expiry.
Blinkit delivery partners have started routinely providing sub standard or low quality products. The picture shared and the product received have a huge difference.
Recently I had to throw fruit deliveries of apples apples, pears and once peeled pomegranate.
I ordered some grocery items from Blinkit. The delivery bsg was damaged and two products were missed. I raised a query, but they didn't respond properly. Don't order products in blinkit.
I ordered loreal professional shampoo from.blinkit and when I recieved it there was no seal on it.the shampoo was clearly not the original.one .i cud smell it.it was an ordinary shampoo.n there wwas no response from.helpline regarfing my complaint.never order such things from.blinkit
PLEASE DONT ORDER CHICKEN MEAT AND EGGS… they usually have old stuff like 15-20 days old when others like Licious and Natures Basket carry same day packed stuff. What is annoying is that if u complain to blink it, they just dont care unless its expired. So u r forced to eat a month old egg or chicken packed 20-25 days back when u can get fresh stuff from other places
I purchased many electronic items on 5.10.2024 out of which electric ketly is observed to be defective and not working. Blinkit refused to replace the items. Please don't purchase this type of items from blinkit. You will be cheated.

Its been more then 1.5 years i'm using GNC whey protein.Most of the time I bought it from Apollo store . Recently first time I bought it from blinkit.This time taste was very bad . Because of this I thought of verifying the product. After scratching authentication Code was not clear . thats why I was not able to verify the product. I received it on 5oct. after receiving I registered a complaint within 30 minutes. Customer executive told me to call in the morning(next day). Next day one of their Customer executive said sir you will get your refund and felt sorry for inconvenience. She said Sir amount is big I cant give you refund senior management will contact you and give you refund. I received a call from senior management and she said sorry sir you have opened a protein box and strached a code we can't give you refund. She said if you hadn’t scratched we might get it back from you and will give to another Customer. Thats mean she was talking about that they will give this fake product to other Customer. This is how blinkit plays with their Customer health . blinkit is not taking back their faulty product. If after consumption any thing happens to my health then blinkit will be responsible for this .9877460971 GNC can check my history with this phone number that how long have been since i'm using this same product.I never registered a complaint before .This time taste is very very bad . you know your regular product if something happen wrong with product you will easily catch that .GNC should do something about this . I didn't expect something like this from blinkit. I don't want this bad taste product. I CAN'T even verify this product. Because Authentication code is not clear . I want my refund
Quality of products are fab but if you are looking for fresh vegetables, not good to order from Blinkit. It's great to have a platform like this for urgent needs.
Very bad customer service, they r now started saying no to refund. Bad quality/damaged product return or refund.I have recently had a very bad experience, they had send an expired product withrotten smell. When I contacted them they ask to send pic. after 5 min they denied any return or refund. I messaged them how can u analyze a products bad smell by its pic. No response. I am planning to take them to consumer protection court. Will not let them do the monopoly and fraud with customers.
I purchased items worth 1500 from Blinkit(ORD736871702) today morning. Even thou the correct address was provided, the location mapped were elsewhere in Bangalore. I was waiting for the order and then realized this issue. Blinkit told they will cancel the order(with no issue of mine) but will give only provide vouchers which can be redeemed for future orders. They will not refund the money, even thou it is their issue. The product was unavailable after that, and I am struck with vouchers which has an expiry date. This is not acceptable since Blinkit has to take responsibility of their failures and atleast refund the money. I am not sure if this is an ethical business practice.

Delivered kalash product was very small and cannot accommodate coconut
I bought body shop products worth of 5000, when it got delivered it is untampered looks like all products used one. I have raised issue immediately but no proper response, it took 1 month to resolve the issue stating that am played with the products. Not sure how one will using the product which is already used that a cosmetics. I don't recommend these types of frauds in the market.
