Avoid Sushma Buildtech as its going to be your life's biggest mistake ever. It can destroy your entire life and can make you financially week. These guys are inhuman in nature and will not even fullful a single commitment which they will give you in start. All of them are big liers will avoid you completely after you have bought the flat in their project. Don't got into their trap.

Hi, I was planning to buy house in Chandigarh, then I faced many problems and many questions were rising in my mind like location, competitive price of property, etc. At that time I was very confused, what should I do or not, then my colleague suggested me about sushma buildtech lmt. Chandigarh, and when i reached their site, i feel their apartments have very unique design and vry beautifully utilized every space, then we decided to buy a apartment. One most important thing is their staff are very cooperative specially MT madam from documentation team. She is very hospitable and perfect in her work. Thank you so much sushma buildtech and their team...at the end i suggest to those people who want to buy their dream house, they must visit atleast once sushma buildtech's office. Thank you

Sushma buildtech is the best and a good brand of real estate . One of my friend purchase the flat from sushma buildtech limited i even like it too much. Sushma employees are also very polite and friendly and documentation team also very aggressive to there work so i am also even think about to purchase a new flat from sushma buildtech limited

I had bought the house with lot of hope n the trust in brand Sushma but sorry to say the on ground story is different. Lot of parking issues in society , , maintenance part of the builder is useless they don't respond , before buying take feedback from the residents. Don't go on brand name

I am having a bad experience with them. When i was looking for a flat they provided me with innova.once i booked got to know the reality. "All that glitter is not gold". Please do not go on face value of the builder try and meet or speak to owners. They have made all false promises which most have learnt on delivery of the flat. There is no option left but to accept when one has paid for the flat . The owner will be left to fight amongst themselves in most of the projects of sushma buildtech.An friendly advise so that no one is duped in future

Pathetic after sale service. No response by the maintenance team for any complaint. Customer has to resort to repairs from market.

They have very smart where they treat you like family members but on getting booking amount they commit it as a refundable amount with in 30 days. But now staff is denying they wont return and have threatened my family. If this is initial committment how they going to behave at the time of possession.

If this is valid and genuine builder they should do quality checks on staff first.

DO NOT BUY FROM SUCH A SCAM BUILDER. Neha Gupta their DGM is the shittiest of all. She makes the customer miserable. It has recently happened with my family. We will be reporting the same in police as well as consumer court.

Invested with sushma metropol project.. however the assured return checks I got were under the name suksha buildtech not sushma.. when I confronted the management..aman head of legal in sushma or suksha .. vatever they r... he argued n said thts how we operate ..I asked them to atleast give me in writing on sushma letter head tht suksha is part of sushma.. bt he jst argued n said thts how we run business.. very unfriendly n discourteous.. do not invest wth them..m stuck bt thought of sharing wth all

Third class post Sales service , They will not tell you all the details. Will charge you a compulsory maintainence fee without a possession. They won't help you with electric meter Connection and will not also give you provisional connectivity. Customer care team is pathetic , no one is bothered about the customer. Property is good , but the team there makes the entire experience horrible. Owners do not connect with the customers. Customer care team does not give contact details of owners , not even email id. Ridiculous.

Builder is good but not transparent, if you ask the completion date no staff is ready to reply, even they arenot disclosing thecompletion date submitted to RERA.

One of their project I e Chandigarh Grande is inordinatelydelayed by more than three yearsfrom stipulated date of possession, it started in Dec 11 and still no where near completion. around 500 customers are really worried.

I booked the 3 bhk flat in D tower in July 2013 and was promised delivery in 36 months with a grace period of 6 months. Now, even after passage of 66 months, there is not much progress in construction pace. Builder is even demanding payment for the work that they have not done yet, under the construction linked payment plan. Spoken on phone with their executives and they have only excuses to offer and advise to be more patient. My sincere advise to others is not to buy or invest in their projects.

Never ever fall in trap of these thugs. They have never completed any of their project on time. They make one sided agreement after obtaining your signature on data sheet explaining fake qualities of project. Their marketing staff are main culprit & imposters of high grade.

Bad experience with sushma buildtech.Be careful with neha Gupta and Rajiv aggrawal.they don't show the agreement paper and frauduently taken signed by customer.worst experience with customer support and team member .they simply cheat the customer.they don't show terms and conditions .

Sushma buildtech limited are the best builders as per my experience. I want to construct a home for myself and I appoint some local constructors they start working and getting there wsges regularly but one day when I am checking there performance I came to know thar they are using very cheap quality of material which will harm me in the near further as it may be risky but now I am not able to do anything as they have completed 80% of the work but someone recommend me to sushma builders so they are the only one who know to solve this kong of problem.

They are really perfect in there work, there staff is expert and nice to me, there products implementation rate is very good .
