Its located nearby barasat railway station. Its well built, furnished but noise is a concern over here as because its a ver busy railway junction, down Sealdah up bongaon and other lines are routed through here so train is running very frequently.But marketplace is very near to the location and other services are also reachable and convenient

This place is built close to the railway station and there is so much noise at this place that we do not get peace of mind at all.

There have been many instances where builders have been defaulting on their deadlines and the delivery commitments that they have made to the buyers with respect to possession of their flats with one of the reasons been rage of working capital and this has significantly reduced the demand rates that have been arising from the marketers.

There have been many projects for which the demands have not raised as much compared to the affordable units in the PG or rentable states that can easily find its way for home leasers or buyers. The need for homebuyers to purchase launched projects that were not in line to their demand should curb.

They will treat you like a god until the time to take possession comes near! Some new restrictions and demands magically come in the agreement and they say that they had discussed it before! This is just not done.

They have no idea how to talk to the clients. They acted clueless when we asked them for the approvals and licenses, so we decided not to book with them.

It has been since several months that flat purchasers did not shell out extra money for parking whether it was for open or stilt. Despite of this, the consultants have been seen charging extra fees. This should not be the case ideally.

Magnolia is a new builder which showed lot of promises but can't allocate a parking space even after registration is complete over 1.5 years, has been bullying on this with all owners.....unfair dealings. They have been asking monthly maintenance charges which are paid also and making all owners for a merry go round.

I got handover on Feb 2017. From that time I try to move to my house. Builder not helping us to get the meter even after multiple times of request.

Office also not helping us to do the process smooth. even After multiple visit to the office Ms Annaya who dose fake promise again and again.

Builder need to provide basic information to get the job done. I am trying by my own to get the meter but builder remain silent.

They have mother meter and using them they use keep the light on but NO INDIVIDUAL METER TO ANY APARTMENT.

My experience with them is good. Visited some of their projects recently. The executives were very well behaved, patient and knowledgeable. I liked some of their projects too. Located at good locations and with great facilities. Overall my experience is great.

The projects are affordable and with all modern amenities. Good location. The staff are very cooperative and helpful.

Projects with all modern infrastructure and amenities are available with good connectivity. Nice project. Looking to visit.
