Review on Cosmos Shivalik Homes 2, Sector 16, Greater Noida

The project has started since 2015 and still only 10% work completed. The bad part is that since March 2017 there is no activity at the site. One staff to fool new buyers is present there till now.

Buyers have protested few days back, went to RERA, got refund order from RERA as well - still builder is not acting.

Only the builder is fooling buyer and RERA by changing board, recoloring the gates etc(few cheap pranks)

The situation has been tweeted to all the higher authorities including CM, PMO, local MP etc and no response as the builder is the son of current Bihar governer.

Very sad to hear that tax payers are facing issue in their purchased property, then how govt is claiming house for all.
