CASAGRAND ZAIDEN IS A SCAM

I am having to give them 1 start because 0 star was not an option, These people are just scamming customers, I had booked flat an year ago, Made 60% of the payment, after which the entire staff ghosted me for like 3-4 months, I was keeping on mailing them but no response, After 4 month they come back with another demand letter after complaining I made the payment by what Mr Giridhar and her Manager Nirmala did is they did not show the payment in the payment statement(SOA) then after tons of mails and complains they came back with the payment with another demand letter again after complaining I made the payment, Again Mr Giridhar and Nirmala mishandled my payment and after which I said I wont make any payments until handover the Relationship manager started to threaten me that they would charge interest if not paid. Attaching screenshot of the whatsapp chat, They never pick the call when required mishandle your payment threaten you! I beg please dont go for this project
