I worked at the Bangalore center for 3 years (2003 to 2006), till it was shut in Bangalore and Chennai. Hundereds of employees haven't received salaries for the last few months they worked. But I guess that's how the corporate muscle works.

Some of the senior executives Mr Sampath Iyengar, Mr Bhima Rao and Mr. Aravind Kasi too home laptops, printers and what not to compensate their loss. In fact most of the IT team did the same, however the Operations floor from associates to Managers suffered big losses. In fact, it restarted as Kirloskar BPO and same Mr Sampath was heading it.....

I wonder why dont we have any kind of system where we can approach with such complaints against the corporates. All these guys along with promoter Dinesh Dalmia and Rajesh Gupta must be living very comfortably, but am sure not very happily. If any of you find this article ..please write your comments.
