They are in sales of mobiles, watches and tablet. In various metro cities stores are available. There market rate is high. Say 10 % high. Product quality is not so far good. The delivery not on time. I remember when I had brought samsung galaxy pro. The headphone was missing in the toolkit box. I asked them couple of times. After 15 days I received the duplicate headphone.


Thier customer support is not good. If you call them as problem they will offer you different schemes. Its not good. They offered me theft insurance. I didn't accept it because of above matter. That is also too much costly as per market. No value for money.

The Mobile Store gives fake commitments

I have booked an Apple Iphone 7 through The Mobile Store outlet in mumbai. The mobile store has committed the product will be delivered on 8th october 2016 however still they have not shipped the order.as discussed with the customer care they are saying the Iphone 7 launch has been delayed & they are unable to shipped the product due to non availabilty of product of the phone since the mobile store has advertised on their website that they will deliver the same by 8th oct 2016 or they will extend the warranty by 3 months. its a very smart work done by mobile store to get the order from the customer & unable to provide the dispatch timeline.since they does not stand on their commitment I have cancelled the booking now.its really annoying


Very faulty products and staff are disrespectful.

I bought a nokia mobile here about a year ago which costed me 12, 000 rupees and after a one day of use of capturing images using the mobile camera the nokia phone automatically formated the whole memory deleting all the images taken and also the screen light began to blink constantly, absolutely making any activities to do on the phone almost impossible.


And this mobile phone was not second hand or used or something but brand new. When I reported the problems to the employee working there whom I bought the mobile phone from, he was disrespectful, mean and unwilling to explain the problems.

This place is all about you mobile, I mean if you anything want related to your mobile, or even mobile also then this place is good to find everything possible accessories for your phone.


I visited this place for buying a phone and getting back cover for my dad's phone.


The ambience about this place is very good, the staff is also very good in talking and helping the customers.


I went there for buying phone, but I was disappointed because as they don't have every possible phone available in market to show you, so you have have many options to buy mobile.


You have to choose any phone which they have at the store, and the staff don't even know are new phones are coming or not.


The second problem with this shop is they have higher rates for every mobile and accessories so anyone who knows about the online sites, will prefer online shopping because that will save your money and you will have lots of option to buy.


The place is overall very great, staff also very friendly, the ambience also good, but the main factor that is price, that's high.


High means not a difference of 100-200.It's a noticeable difference like 1000-1500(at least).


Not recommended to buy mobile phone as the rates are high, you can go for mobile accessories as you can choose them personally by trying them.

I purchased Nokia headphones from this store one and a half month back,  if something happens to the item simply get it back to us, its in 6 months guarantee .


Save the BillnJust inside of 4 weeks the earphone got free and turned out.


I retreated to trade, the worker declined to trade and carried on impolitely.


They bamboozled me


they didn't replace at all they cheated me

I'l share two such incidents here where I was disappointed.


I visited this store in andheri in the month of January of 2016 when I was looking to buy the Samsung Galaxy s6 edge. The store did not have it in stock. Up On asking the staff had no clue what to answer on if they are going to have in stock at all no timeline was given. when I asked the person to check if they have it available in another outlet which is kind of close by but I was told a lazy No without much effort.


Second incident was when I was in their outlet in Dadar, looking to buy a high capacity memory card which is fast and capable of recording 4K video. The staff had no clue what I was asking for specifically. They showed me a random memory card which they had, but I knew it was not what I was looking for.


It feels like they just dont care, they do not know the pulse of the market or the customer, and that is really sad in this time and age when I easily resorted to an online portal where I found exactly what I wanted and that too at a lower price but had to wait for 2 days for it to reach me. I am sorry to say that I can not recommend the Mobile Store to anyone.

The mobile store is well known for mobile and its accessories.


I bought a samsung grand duos from The Mobile Store.


The Mobile Store had its own policies, which they followed strictly for the customer and selled goods. I got insurance plans with my sansung mobile.After 3 months I lost my mobile, Mobile store help me a lot and I got a replacement mobile.


Mobile store has its own extended warranty which covered most of the issues and no need to go gallery and wait in a queue.

A couple of months back - The Mobile store was running an offer on Samsung note in which 750 Rs per month for six months was being given through Paytm wallet.


My wife bought the phone and we have not been able to avail the scheme. repeated calls/ visits / emails to all Samsung/ The Mobile store / Paytm have failed to resolve the problem. I am thinking of going to consumer court / complaining to MRTP etc.


Does somebody have any idea which government authority should be complained to if a scheme committed by the retailer is not delivered as promised.


KINDLY DO NOT TRUST SCHEMES ADVERTISED BY MOBILE STORE OR PAYTM OR SAMSUNG WHICH PERTAIN TO DIGITAL WALLETS OR ECOMMERCE SITE VOUCHERS. ASK FOR THAT SCHEME TO BE GIVEN AS A  CASH DISCOUNT

The mobile store is one of the prominent name while purchasing mobile and its accessories.


I bought a BlackBerry Z10 from The Mobile Store. I was a bit confused between many devices but as soon as I entered there store the person working for The Mobile Store clarified all my confusion and then according to my choice I choosed the BlackBerry Z10 device.


The thing which I liked the most the store was that The Mobile Store had its own policies for the customer and there devices. They had many insurance plans or else get back money if your device is been lost. Some policies for getting official MOBILE STORE extended warranty for the device.


Now while comparing with prices they had the price ranging good I can't say at its best because the prices where slightly high then the local dealers as they had the International Warranty policies.


Even the mobile store has got all the good accessories which your device would require to be maintained and look sexy.


I think it's preferable for all of them to check the price and there policies while getting any of the device or the accessories for the device at THE MOBILE STORE.

I bought a mobile OPPO Find 5 Mini from ‘The Mobile Store” Ghatkopar R City Store on 26th Jan


I was made understand that this mobile is having internal memory of 8 GB by Shruthisharma executive.


In one of the get together, where she was discussing with her friends about this new pmorpheushumanne, she was informed by one of her friend that this pmorpheushumanne is having only 4 GB internal memory.


When I checked on the internet on very same evening  and was smorpheushumancked with the fact that this pmorpheushumanne is having only 4 GB internal memory as against the 8GB which was narrated by Shruthisharma executive at the store when we made a call to the executive wmorpheushuman had attended us at the store(Mr. Abhishek), on call also he confirmed that this pmorpheushumanne is having 8 GB internal memory, which he can explain to her if she visit the store.


Such a cheating and misrepresentation  is not expected from the company of such repute.


I cannot accept such a cheating with me. And going to take legal action against the company for false representation and selling the product with wrong commitment.


Anyone wmorpheushuman had faced such of similar problem with the ‘The mobile store” can join me to teach them a lesson so that they can not make fool of the customers wmorpheushuman trusted them.

Had handed over my mobile phone Samsung S4(IMEI No. 0357180564493700) to Mobile Store, Sion circle on 30.08.2014. The mobile phone was under extended warranty upto end June 2015. However, till date my mobile handset has not been received in spite of making several visits to the Mobile Stores, when I called their customer care number to get the track of my Handset, they simply said "sorry" sir your mobile can not be repaired and they gave me some non sense reason for it, I simply advise you all not to opt for Mobile store and also their extended warranty service(Really a bad experience), I have just wasted my Precious time and Money as well.

I bought Nokia earphones from this store one and a half month back, They gave an open set of ear phones convincing me that its not used, its new, adding that if something happens to the product just get it back to us, its in 6 months warranty . Save the BillJust within 2 weeks the head phone got loose and came out. I went back to exchange, the employee refused to exchange and behaved rudely. They cheated me!


Never go for this store!


Sales and Service : Both Bad

I bought a Micromax A92 in September 2013. It developed snags including battery over heating problem in 2-3 days. The dealer, The Mobile Store, Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai tried to play it down saying the problem will be cleared in five minutes at the service centre of Micromax. I went the centre at Borivali many times. But they were not at all interested in the matter. Then I tried to get the complaint resolved through the Mobile Store and Micromax customer care. But met the same fate.


The Micromax knows that after getting wasting money on such a useless product I am not going to buy any Micromax product in future. No wonder that the service center has hundreds of people waiting outside at the time of opening in the morning itself with their handsets.


Same is the story with the Mobile Store which keeps selling such inferior quality products.


The latest about my phone is that the mobile works for a few hours and then goes dead for a few hours. And then works for a few hours.

This is the email I sent to The MObile Store guys. The contents are self-explanatory. Stay away from at least shopping online from TheMobileStore.in - they are a bunch of crooks and do not deserve a penny of business from you!


Dear Sir / Madam,


I had ordered a Nokia DC-4 Car Charger under Order # 3110313198123 from TheMobileStore.in. The bill amount was Rs 239.


What is interesting is that the product that was sent was manufactured in 2006. Essentially a 7-year old Electronic product was shipped to me, and the company expected it to work at my end.


When I called and complained about this on the customer care number, a very frivolous request was asked of me - to take a "snapshot" of the product and email it. I inquired what would be achieved from doing this and that the fact that was order was placed should be clear from the record under the Order Number generated by the company, I was told that it would help in understanding that the product is indeed faulty.


The customer service representative wanted to have a look at a digital still image of a car charger and find out that is is faulty. LOL


Such and other hilarious answers was the experience I had with the pathetic Customer Service I was made to go through! I have recorded these voice conversations on my phone and can email them as well if you want to have a good laugh too!


But basically, I am sure customers are made to do this exercise of taking a picture / snapshot to harass them and have an excuse to NOT resolve the issue.


I am only going through this exercise to see how much mucky and filthy this company is - let's see if you actually resolve this issue and send me a replacement. Rs 239 is a not a big deal - this is only an exercise to see how much genuinely you care about customers. Considering the pathetic response I have had so far, that seems quite far-fetched.
