I feel this review is:
I have purchased Rico food processor. During first grinding only its motor burnt. I have got it repaired from dealer. After I got it repaired from dealer, now this food processor is not able to perform basic grinding operations.
I have complained number of times to customer care but till date I did not get any assistance from Rico. Problem is not solved. So don't buy Rico products. It is not worth a single star also.

The service center does not care two hoots about the product complaints and never tries to organize the spare product requested for.They love playing the blame game rather than attending to the complaint.
The product by itself is very cumbersome and flimsy to use. The grinding jar is too small for Indian home cooking.
