BSNL Benchmark very poor maintenance services

I wish to know ITA 2000 provision over my case/dispute with BSNL.


I was signed BSNL Broadband Combo Pack 650 unlimited 1 month access plan on 17 Dec 2012 n deposit 650+services tax in advance. On 26 July 2013, I paid bill of June 2013 and applied for disconnection of this services on 31 July 2013.


On Sept 18, 2013 I receive bill of broadband usage of August 2013. On contacting BSNL SDO of related telephone exchange, he told to deposit the bill. On contacting Telephone District Manager, Unnao, UP, he wrote a note on my application to stop this service on my BSNL no 0515-2830062 and told me to meet SDO again on 20 Sept 2013.


I submitted this letter to SDO office but I got bill of internet usage of Sept 2013 again in Oct 2013. At last I submitted this dispute to District Consumer Forum, Unnao, on 01/11/2013.


Plz suggest which ITA 2000 (Information Technology Act 2000) is most suited for discussion on this matter in the court on 10/12/2013.

Sir/Madam My name is Gaurav Acharya. and I have order a laptop "HP pavilion G4" from rediff.com on 26-12-2012, as it was written on the website that it will get delivered within 5-6 days, but I did not received my laptop yet. And when I supposed to call or mail them in their customer care they used to give diplomatic answers like your product will be delivered soon, we will give you complete information within 24 -48 hours from the last 5 days..


I don't have any idea when will I receive my product and also they told me that they have send the consignment on 31st of Dec 2012 through BLUE DART EXPRESS , but when I check  the given tracking id , it shows invalid id. well my tracking id is 46247430180 provided by rediff.com.


I would also like to include that my order no is 7642673 and because it costs me about Rs.34, 999+399 which I have already paid on 26th Dec 2012 . So I am facing problem due to their service and late delivery.. so I request you to please help me out.

All the 4 wheels of Zen Estilo troubling since the date of purchase. I have all the receipts of again giving car to workshop because of the same problem.


Sir,


I purchased Zen Estilo from Madhusudan Motors Agra, 3 years back. Since the first service, I complained that its all 4 wheels troubling. They asked me to get wheel balancing & alignment etc. done.


I did so by paying the amount they asked for & have all the receipts for that. But till today, no problem is solved.  Also, I have traveled only 8000 km in 3 years whereas I used to travel more than 2000 km per month in a month


Today I got this paheradar so thought of  filing this complaint. In this paharedar consumer but by this also I don't think you can help me . I request you to please look into this matter and do something that I got a physically damaged car given to me by the company itself.

I have a problem in my handset.

I am a sde bsnl damoh I have problem regarding my samsung champ2  GTC3330, i have purchased my handset from damoh (MP) .The problem relating to this handset are as follows:


1)problem in touchscreen, the touch screen works too slowely, , , sometimes not responding


2)Problem in networking, its coverage is not good...


3)it is not good in responding..


As their is no service center in damoh, have to come to jabalpur for this purpsoe and they were not responding to us n we have to face the problem, when I went to samsung centre they are taking back it in just 1200rupess as its condition was olso very goodn they denied on the basis of its discontinuation...it makes me in trouble. I have purchased it 4 months back worth rupess 4150 .i want to say that I dont want samsung service I just want my whole money back n wanted you to take your cell back and wnated ur reply within 24 haours regarding this .kindly, read my post n hope for your strict action regarding this problem.

My handset problem plz help me

I Mohit Arora , I have purchased nokia x2-01 dated 24-4-2011, imei no is 356256041715937 from kailash Nagar delhi-110031. I have certain issues for my handset . I was not able to access networking sites ie facebook, twitter etc. Although I did not access MAIL COMMUNITIES and CHAT. I am facing this problem for 2 months.Then I went to nokia care centre at Dilshad Garden on 7th of april 2012 ie saturday . They said there is a problem of nokia server.


So we can't do anything if the problem remain exist then come to nokia care again. After 1 week the problem is as it is. So I decided that I will go to another service center. Today , I went to nokia care at laxmi nagar, shakarpur. They told me that my handset is out of warranty. I said I purchased my handset 24-4-2011 , so how it is possible that it is out of warranty.


After that I extended my warranty for Rs150 ie for one year. Then they said wait for 4 hours and your problem will be solved. After 4 hours I went to nokia care (laxmi Nagar) but the problem is remain exist . I am really fed up of this problem. Kindly look into this matter. I hope you will take some major steps towards this problem


Acer Laptop Complaint

I Angel Jain, hv purchased an acer laptop(SERIAL NO.- LXPSN010090320FD902500) on 04/03/11.n jst after 5 months of purchase its starts generating problems. I logged my compaint twice at acer technical support n once at their complaint id(i.e.acer.cc@intarvo.com) but am vry disappointed by the kind of service acer ppl are providing. Baischandru021y I hv three issues going on with ma laptop right now.




  1. some of the keys are not working




  2. an abnormal blurred block is coming on 1/4 of ma screen &




  3. the system hang every alternate minute just after a start(wid 4GB RAM n a core 3 processor.?) after wic I hv to restart it n dn it hangs again.






so all in all ma laptop is jst useless within its warranty period+ thanks to d kind of service acer is providing.its nt even being used from sept2011.


a guy frm acer agra service center(AS Computers Services Ltd) visited for onsite warranty bt acc. to him its a physical damage. few days before I jst close d lid of ma laptop during night n in d morning its al blurred. I jst cant understand how can d screen of the laptop be damaged jst by closing d lid(n nt in a rough manner at all). there is not even a single scratch either on the outer body or on any other part of it caz it jst happens like dat n I even dnt understand how. I even send few snapshots of my laptop screen so as to make acer ppl convinient to understand the problem properly n act upon it sensibly. I hv registered my online complaint via mail on 9th Jan & received a further mail from some Mona Shinde(Acer E-mail Support(Laptop, Consumer DT & Projector)) which states that "We really regret for the inconvenience, however the same has been forwarded to the concerned dept & will resolve the issue up to your satisfaction"but after that I hvnt received ny further mail from acer and wnevr I called acer on the no's given below the mail to know about the status of my complaint.evrytime the TSO ppl give me the assurance that your complaint have been forwarded further by our mail department and you will receive a satisfaction mail today itself from acer. But that never happens. baschandru021y I am fed up of complaining to acer as they didnt respond properly and the kid of service acer technical support guys are providing is more than useless caz they don't know hell about anything and whenever u ask them 2 transfer the cal to some higher authority or jst provide some no. on which a person can check the status of their complaint, they are jst incapable of doing ny of those.and as far as my complaint is concerned, I think acer ppl are jst waiting for my laptops warranty period to pass away, so dat I dnt hv any further reason 2 complaint about.


I am forwarding u this mail so as to let acer higher authorities know that customtakeouters are suffering by the kind of service acer india is providing and act positively upon dat as soon as possible. And it vl be gud if they jst let me know whether they are capable or not to act on my complaint before my laptops warranty period expires. Thanks & RegardsAngel Jain

I insured my bike new bike no.DL-10S-2556 from Oriental Insurance Co. vide policy no.271900/31/2011/5584 dated 20/10/2010 for Rs-64125.Mt  bike was stolen from my house on 18-june-2011 and an FIR No.283/11 was  lodged with Hari Nagar Police Station.Informed insurance co. and their  agents visited the place.All relevant documents submitted to them on  16-aug-2011.Since then I am in touch with insurance co. thru  phone/post/e-mail to the Sr. Exe but no positive reply received by the  co.so far.

Maninagar, Ahmedabad.) for to do service in respect of my insurance of my bike. I had given that before 50 days but I have not received my bike yet.

HP Laptop with defective parts

After few days again I reported issue in my battery and Hard disk( Ref No:4623547500, Simtech No: 7335 dated 15.12.2010) and got Replacement for hard disk on 17.12.2010.


So battery which I got from HP as replacement was lasted for hardly one month . How is it possible? thats means I have been provided defective hard disk as replacement.


Still my problem was not resolved completely because my battery issue was yet to resolve.


The problem is battery which I have been provided for replacement was also showing "Status: Replace".IT has already been diagnosed by your service engineer(Simtech ahmedabad).

I wish to highlight my consumer problem through Pehredar this site.


I bought My laptop DV4 TU2110 in april 28, 2010. After buying I am continuously reporting different problems with my laptop.First I observed my battery is showing falsely charged but as I visited to HP service station(Simtech, Ahmedabad) they did not get agree.


After few days My laptop hard disk showed failure and again I visited service station and Service engineer got confirmed the Hard Disk failure problem and order for replacement and replace my battery after 1 week 21.10.10(Ref.No: 4621150212).


After few days again I reported problem in my battery.but they checked and reported as problem in my charger not in my battery and they gave me replacement of charger on 25.10.10(Sr.No: 4710, simtech computronics ahmedabad, dated 21.10.10).


After few days again I reported issue in my battery and Hard disk( Ref No:4623547500, Simtech No: 7335 dated** 15.12.2010) and got Replacement for hard disk on 17.12.2010.

I wish to highlight my consumer problem through Pehredar this site. My problem could be understood through my following request cum notice to CHEVERELOT.


I m continually mailing and trying GM numbers but they are harrasing me, I have made all payments of Rs. 278000/- to its dealer which is financed by my banker after confirmation of delivery of wagon on 24/7/08 but there is no delievery , no refund only harrasment.Please help me.


My letter to company is as follows:


Dear Sir


I have booked a spark at your dealer shop M/s. Vibhushan Automobiles P. Ltd.,* Hisar on 17/07/08 againest which I was said that They will deliever the car on 24-07-08, I was supposed to deposit the quoted amount in shape of D/D which was made by my financier  on 22-07-2008 which was informed to the dealer on same date.


After receipt of the D/D the dealer is insisting  me to go for higher model and asked me for a payment of Rs. 18000/- . He is saying that Rs. 2.66 Lac is only to attract the customer actually company is not intrested in selling it and dealer is also not intrested in as they get less commision on it. *


Dear Sir , if the company is not intrested in selling 2.66 lac model why you are wasting too much on advertisement.


If pre delievery service experience of customer is so bad how you can say regarding maintainence free ownership while your service network has to born yet.


The govt of haryana has increased the rate of registeration tax and road tax who will be responsible for that.


The Cheque has been issued by my Banker who is charging Intrest on loan amount who will pay for the period which is not enjoyed by us.


Mr. Abhishek so called M.D. of the Dealer Point has misbehaved with myself on 04-08-2008 saying that we can not deliever you can not you the carr because cheverolet is not supporting and behaved with me like a inferior buyer and said  that they will not refund my money and their treatment was like a poor govt deptt. 


Sir I am intrested in the car till date but if the company is not intrested to sell it please inform me.If my request is not heard within reasonable time I will be bound to be go throgh media, and judiciary having competent authority, this is not a threatening , I will do it, .

Pehredar selectively picks up issues

CNBC Pehredar claims that they resolve consumer issues and help customers to protect their rights. I was very impressed, so I though of taking their help regarding some of my ICICI bank issues (Please see my review comments on ICICI bank for more details at https://mouthshut.com/review/ICICI_Bank-135619-1.html) . So I wrote a mail to them and imeediately I got an automatic email response saying that the pehredar team will talk to the concerned company and will get back to me with the solution.


I waited approximately 2 months for thies response, but didn't hear from them. Finally I fought myself with ICICI bank and got the issue resolved. So I feel that though Pehredar claims that they can help us resolve our problems, but please do not assume that once you communicated your issue with them, your problem will even be heard.


It seems that they have their own criteria of selecting the issues to take further.
