Only thing worse than the rip off proces was the horrible service. They ram my card and said it was declined. So I went to ATM to pay cash. Only to find that the card charge came through my bank. After seven calls, four emails and a week later I was told it was being reversed. It didn’t get reversed. So more calls more emails only to have them ask for the billing Id! After saying it was reversed. Will never shop there again. Life is too short.

2.Called the Natures Basket outlet. They promised to call back with clarification. Didn't call


3.Few hours later called again. They promised to revert in 5 minutes. No revert

Didn't expect Nature's Basket to serve us this package of meat, only bones, hardly any meat on it. The meat did not cook and was very rubbery. Needless to say, my dogs enjoyed chatting on it. Shame on NB for supplying such stuff


Big Sams bacon

We used to buy Big Sams bacon from Nature basket, Hill Road, Bandra west, Mumbai. The quality was superb when this was imported from Sri Lanka. However they are now getting it made locally and the taste and quality is not good at all so stopped buying it.

People working out there are trained in fooling people and cheating. If it were upto them, the company will take customer money and run away. Why? Coz delivery service people has excuse than beggar. 47 min post their time, and yet no delivery. They wont cancel your order but they are well trained to harass their customers.

Missed item (home delivery) pathetic customer serv

Purchased food items worth Rs 28, 000 on 3rd nov at the koregaon park branch pune.. Asked for a home delivery today (8th November) which had one item missing. The delivery personnel connected the store and the concerned person replied that he would check and get back to me. He told me that there could be a possibility that I carried that item in person on 3rd of Nov , I'm sure any store would make a mention of this in the invoice if that be the case.(was appalling for a store which is expected to manage it's operations professionally)


Tried reaching out to the store in person since afternoon (contact no mentioned on the invoice) , but the number got routed to a call centre which without a doubt is managed in an unprofessional manner. Despite giving my number registered with the nature's basket , followed by invoice no, the call centre executives were unable to track my invoice and were hesitant on connecting me with the store directly.


Not at all expected from a reputed brand such a Godrej.. Extremely disappointed with the experience . Service recovery for this sort of a careless approach is very much expected.

We ordered fruits from nature's basket the fruits were rotten from out side as well as inside. Even bread gets spoiled within some time. Very bad quality products are delivered to the customers. They to check the product before dispatching it.

I booked items, sms was send to me to wait at the gate no one turned up for 2 hours, called they said we will arrange a call back.


No call back called and found something strange that no one is aware about my order. finally received order as if I received DUST bin containing rotten vegetables broken eggs in an open cartoon, made a video call, wrote on twitter and mailed to customer support, no one replies, after following up with store manager could manage to get INR299.00 that too after regular follow up.

I have ordered a few times from NB and the only complaint I used to have was that some of the items booked and paid for were not delivered. This was until 11th June 2020 when the order was not delivered at all and by evening I received an SMS stating that it has been delivered. And no call from their delivery boy either. Just to put this behaviour in the proper perspective, doorstep delivery is not barred for me and I receive stuff from Amazon, Flipkart and BigBasket almost daily,


I have written several mails since to their customer care without even an acknowledgement. I have also called several times only to be disconnected after 1 minute saying that all their executives are busy and they will get back to me. It's terribly frustrating to be having to deal with such incompetence and wasting one's time.


I think customers deserve better and if NB cannot offer quick redressal, they should close their online business. At least, till they can put their act together in Mumbai.


I am waiting for my refund to show up but I doubt it will anytime soon. Till then, I presume they have simply stolen my money.

I am sorry to state that i am very unhappy with their service. I got up 5 am and order for next day slot. These are the points


I didnt get call from delivery boys i got 3 apple one musk melon n papaya


It was all loose. Delivery boy gave these to security without informing


N no money was refunded no message. I ordered for 939. This happened 2-3 times! Now good bye nature basket

I curse the day I ordered from nature's basket.. those people had sent me an incomplete order I haven't recevied half of the things, the delivery boy not called me and left my parcel with my watch man, it had ice cream in the order and which resulted that the entire order getting ruined because my ice cream melted. Their staff is so careless that they don't think it's important to call the customer before delivering the order. These people are doing business with food items and yet choose to appoint such careless people at jobs. The moment i recevied my order everything was ruined. I called their customer care and they had the audacity to cut the call after listening to my complaint.

I have been following up since 18th May to know the status of the delivery. The order status shows as delivered but there has been no delivery done. Several emails have been written but still no response. I have spoken to seven customer care executives till date and each of them have told me that the complaint has been registered, order is still at the store, the matter has been escalated, store will get in touch with you and the order will be delivered by tomorrow for sure. Even today I was told that they would revert in 30 minutes so far there be no response. Most of the calls go unanswered


Refund processing against non delivered items

My order ID ord2031443, Natures basket had not delivered all the ordered products and they had not processed refund against the undelivered items and they were neither replying to emails nor their customer care attend calls. However they refunded money now. But no customer care responds .

Overcharging Resolved

I purchased several items from their prime outlet at Mahalaxmi in Mumbai. In these lockdown rush, there were ques in payment counter and no chance to verify. On reaching home and verifying, I found that I was charged for an item not purchased or delivered. Phoning them on the no given on bill was futile waste of time and email complaint has elicited no response even of an automated acknowledgement. So much for such reputed organisation!


After this, I personally went to the shop and the staff was very co operative and gave credit note for the excess charged without any hassles. I however found some other customer also grumbling of overcharging.


Anyway, my issue was resolved amicably but after a personal visit and some more purchase.
