This is a great place to work for an engineer having a clear vision on career orientation in long term. I am working here since 2007 and it's been great experience with 100% satisfied career opportunities. This work place create the leaders and many of them are now pioneers in Structural steel, Precast & Mechanical engineering services. .

I started my journey with mold-tek in the year 2013 as detailer. Mold-tek is a key player in the kind of industry(Steel detailing Services) it is in. It is better place work and here learning curve is good for entry level resources.

I seriously like the autonomy in performing tasks and environment for performing jobs like detailing, modeling, checking. I suggest this place for working. It is better place to work.

Every employee has to write a bond for 3 years and give a bank guarantee for 1 lakh rupees. If the employee leaves the company within this 3 years the company will claim 1 lakh from the bank. Moldtek has Mechanical Engineering Services & Civil Engineering Department.

THERE IS A FUNNY SCHEME IN THIS COMPANY THAT IS LOYALTY BONUS WHICH MEANS THE EMPLOYEE SHOULD PAY TO COMPANY. THIS AMOUNT WILL BE IN CTC BUT NOT IN PAYSLIPS.

if salary and career growth ARE NOT YOUR CONCERNS you can join this company with your eyes shut. The only strength of this company is bank guarantee. Moldtek has Mechanical Engineering Services & Civil Engineering Department. 99% of the employees of Moldtek Technologies are mechanical engineers forced to work on civil structures (blackmailer with bank guarantee).

Still if you want to join the company, while signing the service agreement please read all the clauses & strike off the blank spaces before signing in the agreement, since we have cases where the company has written additional rules in the blank spaces & blackmailed employees.

Even-though if you successfully complete your 3 years and resign, they wont relieve you as the relieving policies will instantly change and the notice period will be increased until you loose your offer in your next company. Finally you will get your a bullshit relieving letter which you can't even show to any one & you cant even get a job by claiming the experience quoted in that letter.

Hmmmm. I dont know from where to start and what to write but let me write something for viewers  Recently I started my journey with Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd . Off course I am enjoying my work here not only me whoever loves their job they will enjoy their work . isn't it?:)

Whatever I mentioned here it's purely based on my opinion and my experience . Generally what  any employee expect during their selection process of their career .

1st thing Hike 2.career growth  3. Value to your word 4. Recolonization in terms of incentives or appreciations.Yeah . I have been associated with Mold-Tek for about 2 years now and my experience has been on the positive side with new things to learn almost each and every day. The management is very supportive in order to upgrade your skills and cross train you for beneficial opportunities.

Growth perspectives are gross as its typically a high revenue generating company with limited and valued employees and hence all your efforts are addressed by key personnel.

Company is spear headed by experienced and academically competitive professionals whose vision towards the growth have resulted in a 300% growth year after year. With new domains of expansion and new territories to conquer, this company is on a path of a grand slam.

Its been three months am with this company.My journey with these folks was so far so good its too early to comment about the company.

I would still suggest or refer my friends and family to this company. I feel the Management is very down to earth and at the same time Professional & Friendly.

I joined in Moldtek as Trainee Engineer for civil Divison in the year 2014. I got infused into organization through campus hiring. Moldtek is the place for cross cultural work environment which can be useful for  trainee resources to grow behaviorally and technically. we really enjoyed the three months technical Class room training and behavioral training programs such as Team building games and Emotional Intelligence training which is useful for any trainee resources for acclimatizing in any work environment.

One more important thing what I observed in moldtek is average length of service is 5 years, what else is required for any resource to join this organization.

I would like to share my honest feedback after being a part of this organization for 8months to 1 year. I get so much of positive energy when I come to office everyday. I get good enough support from my superiors when I get stuck at work and they also constantly guide me through my personal growth. They also encourage me to be a part of continual learning and development process both technical and personal.

Being a female employee when I work late shifts they take care of my commute as well.

On the whole its a great place to work and grow.
