Last 3 years I'm using microscan internet service, lonavala, in advanced I had paid half yearly payment package to microscan mostly wifi network is not working properly and twice a day net. Is almost disconnected, my cctv camera are not working in busy schedule, so my guest are regular complaint us to wifi issue. So we can't Ansareble to our guest ..always my guest giving us 3 star rating reason of wifi network, , it's very slow & worst service, I request to microscan management please do needful service in right time. . Thanks

Dont share any update/timelines to restrore the connectivity
Customer care and app to log ticket are of no use.
Worst service, worst is still smaller word to define them. Almost everyday No internet issue
Frequently you will face "No internet at all" issue to which they never have solution, SLA, communication..nothing.
Never ever go for it. Once they sign customer and get yearly payment, their job is done.
Microscan is the worst network I've run in to, I ran the network for 8 months of which it must have run for only 1 months when adding up the total.
This network is not even worth a rating

Microscan is the worst internet service provider i have ever seen, internet shuts down everyday, after complaining take dnt even respond properly, take atleast 1 week to resolve the query.

Worst service review against brodband service. Microscan private limited
I recently subscribed to Microscan Private Limited's broadband service, and I must say that it has been an absolutely horrendous experience. I have never encountered such poor service and incompetence from a company before. Here are the reasons why I consider Microscan Private Limited to provide the worst broadband service:
Unreliable Internet Connection: The internet connection provided by Microscan Private Limited is incredibly unreliable. I constantly experience frequent disconnections and slow speeds, even though I have paid for a high-speed package. This makes it nearly impossible to carry out basic online activities such as browsing, streaming, or even checking emails.
Poor Customer Support: Dealing with their customer support team has been an absolute nightmare.

They have very bad connection in pune area, internet got disconnected so many times in month and then it didn't recover for 2-3 days,
Support people are very pathetic,

Not good service delivery. Customer care number is useless.local technician is arrogant.avoid this broadband connection.
Support people are very pathetic, they will tell you recorded msg that engineer is assigned at your place, but engineer will not show you in 5-6 hours.:(
I am paid payment on 30 December 2021 and I committed from company representatives my connection will up within 24 hrs. But today 1st Jan 2023 , as of now my connection is not up.
After payment no one has call me , I am trying to contact this guy so many time but they are not response.
They don't care there new customer priority.
They don't have sufficient technical team to service there customers.
I am very un happy about there service.
The shittiest support people you'll find at micrscan. They don't have service people but they have gundas working for them all the time.
Internet speed is good, but it's a bad experience with their support system. No one responses on time.
Worst experience I'll suggest don't waste your money on this broadband I you call support on call center they will reply like robots not even understand customer problem
Very worst experience of this brodband. You Never get any support from service. If wifi goes, you need to wait for next day for fix it. Weast of money, don't add this microscan brodband.
They do not work on issue raised and close ticket. Application provided is very bad. Better use your mobile phone internet.
