I did a test for TruHealth Master package and my Visit reference ID is VID 11211660022188. I am following up for one of my report and its still not delivered even after several follow ups with customer service team. You always get a standar reply saying we have forwarded your request to the concerned department.

Worst, extremely ignorant, careless, courtesyless... And most importantly RISK OF LIFE AT METROPOLIS

do you know at your Andheri East center your staff is so under trained that they dont maintain even basic hygiene, covid test is done right in front of entrance, the covid technician loiter all round the center in ppekit speaking on mobile and giving mobile to other members... No sanitation for next patient, patient sneezing all round spreading infection to other people who have come for other test... There was no demarcation, no distancing no guidelines followed.... Never expected such a life risking careless ignorant setup from lab like metropolis, at the end your parents have taught to mint money.... Morals are far far from sight.....absolutely all govt are hand in glove, zero govt control..zero moral. Just money that's it
