I recently used Max Pest Control to handle a pest problem I had in my home. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.

First of all, the technician that arrived was not very polite or professional. He seemed to be in a hurry and was not willing to listen to my questions or discuss the problem I was having. He simply sprayed the area with some chemicals and then left.

The second issue I had was the quality of the service. After the technician left, I noticed that the problem did not seem to go away. In fact, it seemed to be getting worse. I contacted Max Pest Control to ask what I could do to get the problem resolved, but they were not willing to help. They simply told me that the problem was my responsibility and that I should try to resolve it on my own.

Finally, the cost of the service was quite high. Max Pest Control did not provide any discounts or promotions, so the price I had to pay was more than I had expected.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with Max Pest Control. The technician was not professional, the quality of the service was subpar, and the price was too high. I would not recommend Max Pest Control to anyone.

Don't trust this kind of vendor...no commitment guarantee after the pest control done... following for last 3 months and poor response...

Guys, beware of cheaters of Max Pest Control!The payment is taken in advance from them and desired service is not provided from them.The fact is that after the first service, the fraudsters of this company never visit us or call us again.After repeated calls from my side they committed as, "We will send you an SMS with technician details".No SMS was forwarded from their side.On anguishly asking from my side, the cheaters replied as, "No complaint has been received from our side till date".They are making a fool of their customers and need to shut their business down.The money spent by me resulted in a total wastage.

A spray was done over the bedbug camps on the bed. After 28 hours when we opened the house, all bugs are roaming around with full life and same vigor.

I have been following up with them to send a person for the past 4 days, but in vain. Every day I have to follow up, and yesterday I have even talked to their customer care general manager who promised to send a person, but does not happen.

After lot of follow ups, exactly after a week, they have sent a person to respray the medicines, and this time, comparatively, better job was done. For the effect, we need to wait and see.
