I bought these mattresses in 2019, since the time the mattresses have been sagging. The moment body weight is put on them they depress like a bag of sand.
I bought this issue to the team's attention in 2019 itself, they replaced something in the product, however nothing improved.
Post the Covid lock down ended I again complained about the issue. Technician was explained the issue, he agreed at my premises, however refused to acknowledge the issue when he closed the call.
Surprisingly he mentions that the client has back problem, I consistently refused on call, that I do not have any such issue and he is misquoting me,
Mam "Jenny" was made aware of the issue, however she refused to assist in any way possible and simply told that nothing can be done, as they refused to acknowledge this as a manufacturing defect!
The warranty is for 7 years, and against what? Are manufacturing defects not know in the first few months / days itself.
She basically told that I can do anything, implying that you may bang your head anywhere, but they will not help.
I requested that a senior technician visits, and has a relook, she refused saying that senior technician do not visit for mattresses complaint, so Mam sell high end cars not mattresses!
I requested if some other technician be appointed, she even refused that.
I requested that this be done at my cost, she refused!
What do I do? Mattresses are sagging, they are mis-aligned, tilted and not good?
To wonder, I have three other mattresses from King Coil, with no such issue.
Representatives like jenny are an asset to your brand, who shut the customers like this, don't listen to the clients, make them look like a fool, you should promote her immediately. She really made me look like a liar on the call.
Never felt so frustrated seeking help with any other brand of such repute!
