We bought a mattress in Jan 2022 from King Koil authorized store from DLF city center. It was a Euro pack, and they promised and assured us that quality is very nice and will last for 12-15 years. But in just Dec 2022 the mattress started sagging and from the last 4 months we have been going to them and asking for a replacement as they had promised while buying this mattress that if within 3 years there is a problem they will give us a replacement free of cost. But now, after running for 4 months from pillar to post, they have refused. And they say they can uplift the sag with foam sheet. My wife has got a back problem since then. Now they don't even pick calls. Utterly disgusting service. Their warranty is just a scam.
My suggestion to all of you is not to ever buy a mattress from King Koil because the quality is not even worth 5000 .
