I've ordered through online for kfc super sixes on 14th April ( attached order details) .
That day I got a confirmation that order had been accepted and it'll be delivered to the address I've provided. Since it didn't service to my home address, I've provided and came to the common spot at madurai railway station to collect and go home. From home the kfc restaurant was 15 kms and from station it's just around 4kms.
I was waiting for an update for 30 mins, but nobody contacted. So I called the store about my order. They said "we didn't notice that order, so please wait for another 30 minutes or so".
I was so disappointed about their carelessness, hence I opted to cancel the order and I asked them that I'll come to store and eat there. Which they didn't cancel. "Second error".
When I am in front of store the delivery boy called me and said where to deliver? I was so fed up with them. Still I didn't want to disappoint my family. So took the product right in front of store and paid delivery charges and ate in home.
I really hope nobody should get such worst experience ever. I have provided feedback in kfc app and the store manager called and apologized later, which is good.
