Worst company, our trust purchased a refrigerator from this company(Kelvinator).. customer care and service persons. Company is worthless the electronics are not long lasting . They only live for 6-8 months, we are calling the careless customer care people of this company daily to get it repaired, they use to tell "By 3 days the refrigerator will be repaired" but till it has not been repaired. And they won't connect to their higher officials also ... They will cut the call if we force them. Shame less service person(636282XXXX - Mr Sathish) received 2k from me to bring a spare he is not responding since then... We are Complaining to the customer care regarding this from 4 months. Either customer care or the company doesn't response in this regard. Hopeless company, please don't bye any electronics from this company. If you bye, they will make you to die...

Worst experience with this company... fridge stoped working within a year of purchase... calling customer care since a month... they are either not sending any technicians or not connecting calls to higher official ...
Automatically they are cancelling the repair request since the fridge is still under warranty.... very horrible experience this company....

Terrible experience. The fridge is less than 1 year old and has stopped working. The customer care keep promising that the technician will will visit soon but it’s been 1 week and no turn up. I’m calling every day and hear the same thing that the technician will visit “soon”. I will have to buy another fridge and throw away this.

Very very worst. Daily iam calling they doesn't respond.THey tell us that this summer season so technician are busy ??????????.very ????????.Don't even go to buy Kelvinator products. If u ask my suggestion it is the world wastest product don't buy .
After buying it is just 1 year the compresser has been spoiled for 2 times and they ask for 400 rupees for service . Wastest product
Worst experience from kelvinator service team bhilai ( chhattisgarh ) no call response from senior even they dnt took call there technician dnt come for servicing from last 1 week daily I m calling to there service centre ResQ bhilai nd every day they are giving me new time
Kelvinator is a worst, bad company. In air conditioning system kelvinator is worst company and no words to place for this company. When come to customer service. There no words to explain that bad service.

Nasty business. Simply cheats people. I bought a kelvinator refrigerator from them in december 2022. The product was defective. Had to call them for 4 times to repair. I asked them to replace the product or or refund my money. No answer from them. The compressor had to be changed 2 times. Even then the refrigerator doesn't work now.Now they are demanding service charges for further service.
Never go this nasty shop or buy kelvinator refrigerator. They are simply dumping low quality chinese products on customers.

I have purchased AC and within 3 month I got water leakage issue, and I got service from kelvinator. But unfortunately again I got another issue in next 2 week gas leakage, I have request for exchange and they didn't provide exchange and service. And the customer service persons are talking like my boss.. while getting call from they don't introduce their self.. thay jus talking we are like a beggers.. i am requesting all to purchase electric product from any other good brand

But my problem is not solved.Your service is extremely poor...I will not use any product in future from your company... My refrigerator is not working for 18 days , and there is no one seems care of the service ..what can a customer do ...if your company & service not taking customer's responsibility. I have purchased a kelvinator freeze model no kel 584 l krs from reliance digital bikaner on date 26/7/2020 . The freeze was in my use very carefully without any movement from last few days my freeze inner body is getting cracks . I have been cheated . I have spent a Amount of 51990/- rs . The technician is saying guarantee 10 years ki sirf compressr ki ha . Never seen that in 3 yrs inner body automatically gets cracks
Hello dear buyer dont buy kelvinator products its very bad and not cooling facing same issue again and again and the technicians is not solving my issue
