I have ordered a 16 shed lipstick for my wife on 16th March 2023. When it comes, I saw it is very very short even unable to use it. I have to say this words it is waist of time alongwith your hard earned money. Please be safe , don't try any product from this company just herbs. I have called There is only one customer care number which some time goes busy and sometimes goes unable to reach. I want to give 0 rating, but it is compulsory to give atleast 3 stars.

Fraud company I ordered 16 shade lipstick kit and the amount is also prepaid, but they Didn't delivered the order and if we are doing calls and messages they are not responding worst service. If you are not able to delieverd the product then give my refund back.
One more thing , you guys are seriously ridiculous what is that if I m not giving you rating then mt feedback is not going to post so anyway I m giving you 3 rate just to submit my feedback
People must know about your frauds
I ordered a 16 mini(Herb Enriched Ayurvedic Lipstick Micro-Mini Kit × 1 lipsticks) set and when I got it I was completely speechless. It was so mini I never wondered in my dreams. It has wasted my time & money. It was for a gift on Valentines and it is completely ruined by them. They are not replying on what's app and emails for refund and returns and just stating their website made policies and sharing me. I'm not interested in their policies and want my refund,

Very bad serive they provide I don't know about their product whether it is good or bad .but their service is most waste..don't busy their product through their own site .they do not help you in any quaries regarding the order , delivery date , updates anything they don't give information.my money is already left .....
My friend purchased a lipstick set through gpay on reward offer, but they sent her an empty parcel, she tried to contact with them through WhatsApp Gmail everything possible, but they didn't respond her at all only kept on sending her automated generated mail neither refunded her money nor her kit.
I have recently has a very bad experience with Just herbs. I placed and order for a set of three lipstick from them after getting an offer from gpay. its been more than 12 days and I haven't recieved my product. The courier company keeps updating false tracking comments but never tries to attempt the delivery. I have tried to approach Justherbs on whatsapp , facebook and every possible medium but they choose to not respond.
I placed my order and paid for it through upi. But i haven't recieved my order and no customer support team. Website also showing no email id registered then how i ordered and paiwithout account.
I placed order 7 days ago. I make online payment of 595 rupyee. But still I didn't get lipstik. Customer support also not responding my massages. Never should do these kind of fraud.
I have placed my order on November 21. I have made the payment through UPI so that I have received the message via email and also I have received another e-mail like which indicates cash on delivery with different amount. I have deliberately placed and paid for only once. Such a fraud company.i tried to contact them but never has chance. Dont do this to someone who puts their trust in your products better be a beggar.Eventhough they have some self respect. You pricks don't even deserve this.
I got this coupon from Googlepay, it was I cam avail their lipstick trial kit worth 199. So I shopped from just herbs. Now product wise, it's ok ok. The lipsticks are poorly pigmented, doesn't sit well on your lips. So it's not all that great. But, but, what I got is their MRP 82 rupees kit. I am unsure of it is gpay or justherbs, but hey, the coupon you I had was for 199/- worth lipkit and what I got is this 82/- kit. Posting a photo here.
I have ordered prepaid on 13th October 2022 but till date i have not yet received my order. I have mailed also do many times but they only replied that ticket is generated. No proper feedback also i can't trace my order. I paid Rs. 299/- online but I think my all money is wasted.
Please any of know the customer care number which is right (on there website the number is never connected) please provide me. Or mouthshut.com please take strict action on Just herbs.

My worst experience with justherb. Fake brand no refund policy even if the product is undelivered and Return to origin in same condition the customer executive is aslo fake they just say we dont have return policy.
Really bad products pathetic never gonna try again nor recommend to anyone it's just expensive and doesn't do any job my skin has been acting up more acne never gonna use it ever again just names ayurvedic but doesn't do anything hate it very bad experience
Pathetic Customer Management- JUST HERBS- They are FRAUDSTERS!
I have been trying to reach Just Herbs since 24 Aug 22 multiple times, however there is no response on all the occasions on their cust. care no 8437048180.Also messaged numerous times which is not addressed they have some useless BOT, which keeps on trying to find AGENT for AGES! It's been 5 days & it's still looking for an AGENT to respond to me.
I got a few calls on Friday & they were all automated calls for third duplicate order, requiring me to pay for the 3rd time for the same, which is completely ABSURD.
asking me to press 1 to get the order delivered & 2 for canceling that's it .No one bothers to talk or address the issue caused by JUST HERB & its team
ITS FRAUD they want extract money thrice & they don't care to resolve issue or respond to customer!
My purchases has been great i loved all just herbs products as they are cruetly free , safe and vegan I am amazed by the quality of the products as they are super great in textures whther skincare , makeup or haircare range all are fab !! if anyone looking for these products can definately go without any doubt to purchase them !!! Just herbs is the best ayurveda brand

I had a worst experience with just herbs , I order mini lipstick and made online payment it's been more than 10 days I didnt receive the product yet but I got a mail saying product is delivered and the customer care number is not working . Tried calling them many times but no use .I lost amount by ordering the product .It seems like fraud website please be careful before making payment.
Customer Care Number does not seem to be functional.
After the first confirmatory email of the order being confirmed there is no way to find the status of the order.
I ordered kimsuksdi tail-glow boosting facial almost 25 days back but I only received the free item oil was not there but I paid full amount 1500 for oil.... I am regularly following up but no proper response .be careful while ordering
So i have order mini lipstick set from justherb on cash on delivery which i got in 2 to 3 days and is good but later my sister also wanna try these lipstick so i make a second purchase for which i paid online and thought that this time also it delivered by 2nd or 3rd day but today its been 16th day I didn’t receive my order and not even a single update regarding my order. I called their number but its invalid. And now i am very disappointed because a single penny is worth which is out of saving. There is no scope for even a one start but i am unable to select less than three.
