Just herbs has the best lip and check tint. it stays for a long time its long lasting and feels very fresh and soothing on the lips and checks. and its also smells amazing. its best shade comes in purple pink shades.

Please avoid buying in Just Herbs. Customer Service is very poor. Every time they will say we have lot of queries, Instead of saying that we have lot of queries as a reply to our mail it will just take 2 more minutes to answer our queries.

All the nonsense are sitting there and doing business we should look for some other best seller in the market who is profciency in customer service and selling valuable products.

I was placed an order (no. 2132735) on 12/07/2024 and received it incomplete, with one product missing. i had ordered two products which is Full-Size Herb Enriched Matte Liquid Lipstick Kit - Set of 5 and Nail Paints - Set of 5 | 21-Free Formula which is not delivered yet only i have received lipstick set of 5 .this is my prepaid order worth Rs.982/- after discount.Despite multiple attempts to reach out to customer service via emails, calls, and WhatsApp, I have received not a single response for over a week. Each time, I am merely told that I am in a queue and will be contacted shortly, but no one ever follows up. I HAVE ALL THE PAYMENT PROVES and open box video

The customer service number provided on the website is always unreachable, and the lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. This irresponsiveness is unacceptable and has left me extremely disappointed.

I expected better service and quicker resolution to such a straightforward issue.

I hope this review helps others to be cautious before making a purchase.

Sales department Rendomly called and convinced to purchase new products above 2000 .. but when i share my query with order no. They give me and stupid reason that we can't do anything in this matter we forward your query to senior and customer support they will get back to me.. but yet no process at all..

I bought 2 products, 1 of the product was different from what I ordered. The customer care phones don't work only whatsapp customer care number works and you just don't get replies to ur queries , if u pose a complaint today, you won't receive reply for 2days and see their temerity when I told them about receipt of wrong product, they're saying since product packing has changed and now it's similar so there's a mix up and they write that Sanface Face massage cream and Anti Acne Sandal Vetiver Ubtan are same. Wow I never knew that ubtan n massage creams are same, but no talk of replacement and after that no reply from them. Inspite my umpteen number of Messages.

I have a doubt whether products contain what they mention or there's a catch here too...

I ordered set of 16 lipsticks which hasn't been delivered. However I tried reaching them through phone call and WhatsApp, but the response has been. Nothing. Request do not fall prey to such advertisements of just herbs. Completely fake they are.

Extremely disappointed with their service! I recently ordered a kajal pencil from Just Herbs from their ongoing sale. The product arrived on 29 April 2024. The manufacturing date of the product is Oct 2022 and it says to use before 24 months. Which means the product will get expired before Oct 2024. It only has 4-5 months left before the expiry! I understand that during sale, companies try to sell products which are early manufactured but sending the product which has expiry in 4-5 months is really wrong and unfair to the customer! When I tried to reach out to their customer care to either replace or return order via e-mail and WhatsApp Messenger, they are not replying at all. Even after continuous follow up no one has responded. It makes me believe that this company needs a serious work to build it's customer care service as it's very poor in maintaining the same.

My experience with just herbs micro-mini kiy lipsticks was underwhelming. Not only do they lack a refund or return policy, but the shades are nearly indistinguishable from one another. Additionally, the quality of the lipsticks fell short of expectations, and their packaging was also subpar. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them to others seeking quality and variety in their lipstick collection.Adding to the frustration, their customer care is non-responsive, making it impossible to address any concerns or issues.

I have purchased 3 product and they have given me one free product.. while delivering the product they have only delivered one product along with free one.And while delivery happen I was not at home delivery agent told my mom to call me and take OTP instead he should have call me from his phone. I have shared the OTP and he mapped against all the product. Now noone is replying calls mails chat option.. don't buy anything from this fraud company

I got offer from Google pay to order perfume 8×1 at 200 off in 299 which was 499I ordered the product but dint get the delivery. I tried contactingthe customer care through WhatsApp and email but no response.

I also highlighted this to gpay customer care but they just passed on the bug by saying it’s not their responsibility. It was shocking that being IT giants they promote such fraudulent sites.

Just Herbs is a fraud and also please be cautious and don’t trust gpay vouchers as well.

I got a reward in gpay that's a scratch card of just herb . I paid 299 and order is placed for just herbs lipstick but once your order is placed no one will respond. There contact numbers, chat option everything is fraud by writing an email also I tried to contact them but no use. Order Id is 1727996. Don't fall for this trap

So it is not just me but many who are experiencing this.I am awaiting my order placed on 17th December with pre-payment.No response on email, phone or WhatsApp. For a company like Just Herbs, this is indeed surprising. And shamelessly their website is still adverstising various offers to customers.
