I ordered a product through rewards on gpay in first week of Dec 23. Payment also made. Product is still awaited. No response on customer care no. No response on WhatsApp.. I want to sue it's owner.

After 10 days of order with full payment, I found nothing, noone is responding, I think it's a kind of scam running. Please don't buy anything from there website

I ordered herbal lipstick mini and tint on 7th Dec 2023 and paid the amount (prepaid order). It’s been 11 working days and still i have not received any details regarding my order. Customer support is worst.They are fraud in the name of herbal beauty products. They make people do prepaid order as their cod charge is 50rs. There is no cancellation option on their site.

Ordered perfumes on Just herbswebsite, worth 299₹ vide order id 1622741 on 5th December 2023 , refered through Airtel app. Not received any shipment information as on 16th Dec 2023. No reply on whatsapp. Not picking call, although ringing. No reply on email. It is fraud. As referred through Airtel, it took my confidence. Airtel should also see with whom they are tieing-up.

Their customer support is just worst they don't respond to call neither do they reply on WhatsApp or mail. They are just doing fraud in the name of herbal beauty products. They make people do prepaid order as their cod charge is 50rs more. Also there is no cancellation option on their site. Even if you write your problems regarding order in their Instagram comments instead of resolving the issue they will delete your comments

I would request all not to fall for their products . This company is fraud and doing scams

Had ordered a cosmetic pack through Google pay, even after 10 days the product was not delivered, they are not taking calls in customer care and are only repeating pre set messages through whatsapp.

I recommend not to purchase any product of the company, irresponsible customer handling and lackluster response.

I would like a refund of my cash.

Overhyped, Prices high as compared to other brands. Above all, products dont reach you on time. False promises and toxic environment also if you reach them personally.

I placed an Order on 7th December, for a pack 8 mini bottles of Herbal perfumes, the amount was deducted from my account promptly but neither this time I recd any Order number and SMS confirmation regarding my Order. On top ofno it no one is picking up the calls for past 48 hrs , nor replying to my emails or whatsapp messages. I don't know what is the status of my Order.

It has been 11 days since I ordered, it is a Fraud company. Must report to Consume affair Ministry, otherwise a lot of people will get cheated. They are hand in glove with Gpay, they provide Promocode thro Gpay, but once transaction is over thro Gpay, no support from their side, even if raise a complaint against such fraud companies, thro their complaint cell. Be careful.

I have ordered just herbs product on 20th October 2023 but Haven’t received my order till today. I sent so many mails and watsapp messages but they informed me my product lost with couiour person but till date they didn't follow up and I didn't get my product. Worst customer service. Placed an order on 14th november from the just herbs website ( buy 4 at 1149 /- ) .I received a broken eyeshadow palette and my sister also placed an order on the same day and she still didn't receive her order. No reply from the customer support. They keep deleting comments on instagram and youtube. This brand is such a scam.

I had ordered 4 products worth a total amount of 1128 rupees but I now realize it is loss of money. I have ordered atleast 2 times from just herbs and had got good products but they have failed to deliver my 3rd order and none from customer support is responsible enough to respond! .PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

JustHerbs is a fraud Company. I ordered a product directly from their site and didn't received it. Tried to chase them over emails and WatsApp but they will keep giving you assurance of delivery which would never happen. Do not fall in to their trap by seeing a beautiful misleading name.

May be if you order from Amazon or Myntra you get your delivery but direct from their sites you will never receive for sure.

Just Herbs have to be the biggest scammers in the market right now. Please don't fall for their ads.

I ordered their Vitamin C skin brightening range (₹2, 230) and Coffee and Walnut Face scrub(₹425) from their website 2 weeks ago. I prepaid for the order so that I did not have to pay the delivery charges. Couldn't regret the decision more. As soon as I ordered the page showed ‘Order confirmed you will get your product in 4-5 days.’ It has stayed that way for the last 2 weeks. They never sent me any tracking details and there has been no update whatsoever, they neither messaged nor mailed me any delivery details. There is no way to track these orders through their website. You just hope the order will be delivered. This has to be the worst online shopping I have ever experienced.

I even tried contacting the number provided on the website, but the customer service is just non existent. They don't pick the calls, they don't call back. I tried WhatsApp, but the automated replies tell me the agent will connect with me when they are available, which btw they never are. They don't respond to mail either. What is a customer supposed to do in such a case?

When nothing seemed to work, I went on to their social media and started spamming on their comments, but they started deleting those too. It was clear from their comment section, that I am not the only one facing this problem. Isn't there anything that could be done about this? I'm so frustrated, I'm actually considering taking legal action against the company.

Please do not buy anything from them????????

Learn from my mistakes and order things from reliable brands only. It's the brands like Just Herbs that breaks the trust of the customers.

And after so many time when i get my order, you tell me what I'm supposed to with it
