Hathway has the worst customer care service that can ever exist. I left my hathway connection without recharging for a month as I was out of station. Even after telling them a several times about it, I got atleast 5 calls a day asking me to recharge. I decided to get rid of it. I returned my device some 40 days back(I'm writing this on 16 Aug, 2024) and still Iam getting atleast 5 calls everyday telling me about the plans. Also I get calls from the device recovery team telling that they'll come and collect the device from me. But It's difficult for you to directly contact the customer care when you want. The speed gets really worse several times. Because of their calls from unknown numbers I stopped picking calls from unknown numbers and I missed one of my interview call thinking it was them.
Hi, without our knowledge and permission, they are using our OTP's using backend data. I don't know how secure our browsing with this vendor. and in their three-month package, they say 15 days free but after payment that is not giving, cheating to customers. if you raise a ticket they will close without resolving the issue. I have raised concerns to their CEO but no use. How the management same way their team.
My suggestion is don't take these connections.

Hi Team, We are cancelled the connection on April 24 and handover/collected the modem but my advance amount Rs.400/- not yet refunded and not responded any emails.
Even net also too worst and not preferable to use office work(WFH)
The worst service I have ever seen. Each customer care gives different information. I regret for choosing this network
I strongly recommend not to go for this service.
Customer care reps don't know what they speak and don't have product knowledge.
They confirm saying will call back but never call back for any concerns been raised.
They gave their device saying free
From 10th month they started Rs. 40 charge
That too, for every billing cycle
I raised complaint and ask to remove as I have my own device
The conversation I had over call was different than what they have mentioned in their system. I came to know in my next conversation that it was recorded that I was forgot to pay and next time I will not make this mistake
Raised several complaints - No use
This is to inform you that I have used this broadband and its speed is very slow. So many time internet interrupt is there. There is no such direct call center number is there where you can directly concern the issue also not able raise written concern. It's really wrost one.
The internet connection from Hathway was obtained on 7/july/2023. With in 2 days its found that the service from the modem that was provided from the company "do not work, if the distance from modem is more than 20feet". With in 10 feet distance only the strength is some what ok, even if the device is placed next to modem its not receiving full speed as was announced in the plan. Owing to this service lapse, I tried reaching customer support of hathway company, including the sales personnal who have followed up with me to give me a broadband connection. Finally I found the issue of connectivity failure of crossing 10 to 20 feet distance of the modem from that company. I raised disconnect request on 28/july/2023. After that I followed up for number of times with them, always I was getting a reply that, my reqeust will be resolved with in 30 mins, but it never happend. Worst thing is, the company is continuosuly sending me messages/calling me with their new plans. I repeatedly told them about my disconnect request, but it was never serviced so far. Hathway Internet A/c No. 1376710447 Type : prepaid Complaint number: 28072023W729466 To ensure that the company do not do this kind of invalid announcements The company is asking to return the device without speaking a word about refunding the amount deducted. I did not use even 1% of the services of the company provided broadband. The time of 5 months lapsed becasue of that company's behavior. replies sent to billing@hathway.com OR info@hathway.com have bounced. I don't have options to give 0 out of 5, if possible make it so.
Hathway is the worst service provider I have face till date.
No customer support
Even after 3 days of continuous calls and after payment internet was not connected.
Not even there customer support is taking up the call and resolving it.
I have complaint against one of your sales staff Named Priya, she spoken with us very harsh and she spoken in very bad maner , so please i need some body from sales team they have to call me.
I had very very worst experience with hathway, i never seen this kind of worst services in my career.
And even there are so much of head weight people(customer calling persons)working with hathway .they are spoiling company reputation and they way to taking very rude and very irresponsible answers given by them. They need only payment from the users but they don't want to solve the issues.. below i have uploaded file , i was raising the complaint requests but with out solve they were closing . i never suggest this kind of service to people or my frds and I can say hellway not hathway.. Extremely pathetic service by Hathway. Since 6 days I have been calling non stop to get the issue fixed but their technician doesn’t show up to repair / fix the issue and their customer service fools you each time saying it willget resolved in 1 hr, 2 hr, etc. but nothing happens! All false promises and waste of time and energy. Because of Hathway my BP has increased. I made a big mistake of choosing Hathway. If it doesn’t get resolved today I will opt for Airtel Fiber connection. Such bad customer service I have never seen before.
Renewed my subscription 5 days ago and since 4 days there is no connection. Contacted customer care Deva Sonawane who wouldn’t even listen to the complaint and cut the call off mid conversation.
I recently got shifted from Royapettah to thoraipakkam.Hathway team have informed that I need to pay 565 Rs For gettin hathway with free shifting . I paid on 31st May and it's 6 June now still I don't have connectiom and my money s wasted. worst support and no one will help . I would suggest not to choose Hathway and I won't recommend to my friends or anyone .They just get money and they don't have proper support channel or customer care. Hathway link sucks it works only for payment and all contact numbers everything s a waste i would give 0 rating
Worst customer service and technical support. No response from anyone , we r without internet for 4 days and no support ever..
Internet issue reported - assigned staff did not come for 4 days
Bangalore nodal (number in Google) - Did not pick call at all - Did try multiple times during office hours mentioned
Appellate Bangalore - Picks call but does not raise a complaint. Why I say this even before my call issue reported and resolved was saying 262 and zero pending (for last 2 weeks at least stats is same )
Because issue is not resolved I asked to terminate the account. Request was taken but 3 days ago OTP was generated to pick device with validity of 1 hour. However staff said they are coming but they are not picking device
Also due to their failure in resolving I asked them to refund current month from the day service was interrupted they declined (mid May to mid June recharge paid)
Additionally I paid for mid June to mid Jul 2024 as well that also they don't want to refund

Hathway broadband is a worst and waste of money.. customer care numbers are not active.. please don't use this hathway connection..speed is also not good..network is slow..nobody cares you once you take a connection..

I think hathway employees and families are staying in public toilet. That's why they are pasted the pamplet on house front wall inside the apartment. Don't continue this thing

why they have customer care?, if they are only to say ''restart your modem'' and ''we have sent reminder'' on call to customer nothing more than that they can do. so why they need customer care ??? just put recording for these sentences on call

they also cheat me....in first meeting they say 699 rs for 100 mb/s plan but when i confirmed by customer care they said my plan is 1099 rs and have to pay 1400 rs on renewal....
