The internet connection from Hathway was obtained on 7/july/2023. With in 2 days its found that the service from the modem that was provided from the company "do not work, if the distance from modem is more than 20feet". With in 10 feet distance only the strength is some what ok, even if the device is placed next to modem its not receiving full speed as was announced in the plan. Owing to this service lapse, I tried reaching customer support of hathway company, including the sales personnal who have followed up with me to give me a broadband connection. Finally I found the issue of connectivity failure of crossing 10 to 20 feet distance of the modem from that company. I raised disconnect request on 28/july/2023. After that I followed up for number of times with them, always I was getting a reply that, my reqeust will be resolved with in 30 mins, but it never happend. Worst thing is, the company is continuosuly sending me messages/calling me with their new plans. I repeatedly told them about my disconnect request, but it was never serviced so far. Hathway Internet A/c No. 1376710447 Type : prepaid Complaint number: 28072023W729466 To ensure that the company do not do this kind of invalid announcements The company is asking to return the device without speaking a word about refunding the amount deducted. I did not use even 1% of the services of the company provided broadband. The time of 5 months lapsed becasue of that company's behavior. replies sent to billing@hathway.com OR info@hathway.com have bounced. I don't have options to give 0 out of 5, if possible make it so.
