Today Morning I'll Face 'Can't provide Internet Issue' I try to customer care and other agents, they will no respond properly. So, Hathway Broadband you lose some customer like these activities.
Please Service properly.

They will not work and always asks or call for recharge the amount. Please leave this hathway and strongly recommend that you have to move to other vendors
These guys are not responding once the payment is made. Worst broadband service. They are calling continuously if you want to cancel the service and move on.

Would never recommend this network. They never respond nor listen to what the issue is. All wasted people especially in escalation desk. I don't know what for they run this. A person named Ashok working there casually says if you want you have the connection else discontinue. Is this the way they talk to the customer. When we escalate there is another one not even ready to listen to what you say.
Once Hatway gets money from the customer, they wont respond to your calls/messages. They are NOT ready to listen your problem.
Their customer care number never let you talk to a person. Always you should always listen to their IVR machine only.
I do NOT recommend this worst company
Worst service by an internet provider by making false promises to their customers.In fact they collect advance for connection but they never ever refund the amount as per their commitment after surrender of connection.
Hathway employee and company fooling and doing fraud with customer. Because of their worst service I didn't renewed my Broadband connection then they called me and said if you will recharge now you will get free subscription for 1 month of Zee5 and Sonylive which i didn't recieved and they are not receiving my calls even my internet net is also not working from last 4 day's.
Executive name - Sakshi Shelar And Mayur Dhumal these are the employee's who are fooling customer by making fake commitments just for renewal payment.
This company is totally harrassing their customers, they calling so many times after recharge, even I said remove to router still they are calling us
Poor. Once they lay cable and set modem they dont respond. They will not even activate. I had enough with these people. I have said them to cancel and refund and connected to jio within a day.
They have been harassing me for the last 3 months about submitting device after I canceled their service due to poor quality. Their personnel came to collect the device in May after endless phone calls, they didn’t give me any receipt, no SMS or email confirmation. After that they kept calling me first to renew service so I told them to update their system since I cancelled. After almost a month, they began sending me harassment messages that legal action will be taken against me for not submitting device. They are still doing that despite complaint on their Twitter account. Hathway Indore is the worst service ever plus the staff and their system are the most stupid people who don’t update their system and harass the customers
Hathway service is very poor.poor response .My personal experience this network is worst service they are not responding properly and not attending the complaints.pl don'choose this network. Comparing to this hathway network other network like jio and Airtel is for better than this stupid hathway network.only for payment and new connection they will call continuously. For any query they don't attend the call.
No proper response from customer care.. Without solving problems, customer care people harras by calling continuously..
Hi sir/madam I request to you net speed is good.customer care 2days before calling recharge pls and one week before send msg and WhatsApp msg.yesterdad is last my recharge till 4time calling recharge.harresement.waste bad bad bad people calling again again again
Within a week 2 to 3 times internet connection is gone.
They provide customer care no. but you get to connect with only chatboat or recorded call no real time customer support is there.
And why they need 24 hours to solve the problem I don't get it.
But at the time of your plan renewal they continuously call you.
I took this service because I'm having work from home but because of there poor service I need to pay extra for the internet.

Your query will be at zero after going through every possible channel
If you are lucky enough to talk to customer care they will provide you the same ticket no. Which was raised with connection form.
Again the query is routed to zero.
Is there any word which is lower than worst will be suitable for Hathway Service.
The service of Hathway connection is very worst I'm tried to reach out thm from pas 15 days I raised almost 25 ticket I'm this days i sujjest you don't take this service because the internet speed is very low they are providing very low speed with the same package the other internet provider are giving very worst speed or the customer care they are not helpful towards the their customers while im trying to connecting with them they disconnected my call after if they aren't able to solv ticket I'm facing issues from pas 15days nobody help me for the same

I am having worst experience with hathway, after paying the monthly rentals, they are not activating the wi-fi connection. it's been 2 days since the payment is completed, and the Customer service executives are very irritating they do not have basic knowledge of understanding customer problem and solving it. It's a request try to grow your Customer support team, else you will certainly lose the customers.
I already return the Hathway device last month. But still my amount not refunded. Am unable to contact any Hathway representative.
Very very worst network and worst customer service, don't buy hathway, ur money 100% waste, before payment only sales person attand ur phone after given payment hathway person will not respond. So any one don't buy hathway.

why they have customer care?, if they are only to say ''restart your modem'' and ''we have sent reminder'' on call to customer nothing more than that they can do. so why they need customer care ??? just put recording for these sentences on call

they also cheat me....in first meeting they say 699 rs for 100 mb/s plan but when i confirmed by customer care they said my plan is 1099 rs and have to pay 1400 rs on renewal....
