I have been using Gillette Mach3 Razor for past 10 years. I use Gillette Mach 3 razor with the Mach 3 Turbo blade & Gillette Gel. This combination is well balanced & helps me with a clean shave which lasts throughout the day.
I am using the same razor I bought 10 years ago & it has lasted so long. I have never suffered any cut because of the razor. Cut whenever I suffered was due to using an old blade hard or when I shaved rough with my new blade. In short it was my mistake.
The shaving does not take long & is finished quickly as the razor adjusts the blade to the contours of the face.
The razor ensures that each blade lasts for atleast a month.
The razor comes at a very affordable price when you consider that it lasts longer.The razor costs around Rs 140 when bought from the market. At CSD it is still cheaper by around 30 INR, I have used Topaz, Malhotra's in the past but nothing comes close to Gillette.
One has to ensure that the razor as well as the blade is cleaned properly with lukewarm water after every shave.
For those who shave on alternate days or on weekends the razor & the blades will last longer.
I strongly recommend this product based on my own personal experience

I belong to a middle-class family and investing Rs 240 in a razor is much quite a matter of selection.
Still, I decided to take a final decision.
But I am totally dissatisfied with this product. I was not expecting the results.
What Happened?
Hairs will not be removed completely from the blade and it will harsh on your screen. You are required to repeat almost 3 times for clear shave. That does not seem good.
the same problem was with PRESTIGE, but its ok(because of its price range of Rs 20 as compared to Rs @240 )

I have seen a lot of tv endorsements of this Gillette Mach3 from the days I was young. I bought it few months back to try out the best hyped product, if it was too good to be true.
But my experience was really worst with this product. I bought Mach3 with additional cartridges in advance for more than Rs 400. It was one of the costliest purchase I made for my grooming kit beside the Philips trimmer I already have.
This Mach3 razor is called to be user friendly but it was not friendly instead it was actually the opposite. After generating a thick lather on my beard I started using this slowly from bottom of my cheeks to upside where suddenly it made a deep cut in my cheek and blood started oozing out. I was totally shocked and threw it in dustbin.
This Mach3 razor is very costly and seems to be not effective for at least me. I can't say about others. But I wouldn't use it again in my life.
I share my bad experience with Gillette mach3 razor. As the agreement of company that the this razor does not cuts skin( is totally wrong because when I using it then I found that the skin cuts at mouth side its just because the razor does not binding the correct way.
And also that the packet of razor does not provide the bleeds I buy it form additional quantity.
So my experience with Gillette mach3 razor with my personal opinion that don't used it use any other razor such as Philips trimmer because it provides the shape of skin adjusted in it and also no other cost is required such as shaving cream etc.
I had been on the fence about whether these blades were indeed excellent. The most recent purchase has firmed up my opinion that these razors have either worsened over the years, my face has changed somehow, or perhaps it is the product(s) I use to shave. I shave once or twice per week, which means I am often shaving extra long stubble. My beard sparsely grows, but there is plenty to shave off. The first shave with these razors is excellent and nearly identical to shaves I remember from the past. The second shave leaves razor burn and sometimes streaks of blood. If I dare use it a third time, the shave is uncomfortable and barely manages to finish the job. I feel as though I clean and dry the razors well. I'd say no different than I used to. I have noticed that I can no longer strop the blade on my forearm without the lubricating strip breaking apart onto my arm. Perhaps that is evidence of recent changes to the product. I used to use these razors several times before throwing them out, which sometimes meant four to five weeks. The most recent price point was unbelievably affordable.That is probably the reason for the four stars.
I'm using Gillette mach 3 from MANY YEARS and was quite satisfied from the performance.
Three blades one lubrication strip but one day on tour I forget to take my mach three and purchased a Gillette presto satasat. Surprising! Same results, I used that blade for almost 20 time with good results where as mach 3 was giving me good results for approximately 30 days after that you are just using it because its a expensive razor and you have to PAISA VASOOL. But the quality of shave is bad whereas in case of Presto satasat when you change the razor after 20 days you are again getting good shave. Mach 3 start biting your skin after 20 shaves. If you compare the prices one cartridge of mach 3 is for Rs 95 and Gillette presto satasat is for Rs 15-16. So for Rs 95 I can have 6 razors which can give me 120 shaves whereas mach 3 will give me maximum 40 shaves. My suggestion is to go for Presto not for mach 3.

Hello all, I have used lots of razor, normal blade razor, but it all was not comfortable, take lots of time to shave, so I have decided to buy it, before I already used it, in previous day I think it's price more so used other normal razor, but now I realize no one normal razor better than this, it's can do save time with comfortable shaving, so I never use other Normal razor again, It looks good and blades are sharp. Didn't burn after shave, skin was soft becoz of the lubricating strip. no skin issues, this is a better choice
Gillette Mach3 is a very good razor.its very usefull product for every men.its always gives you clean and smooth shave.its blades are very sharp which makes your shave very easy.for its best result use gillette shaving cream and gillette after shaver.its never makes your skin rough.its never cut your face.very effective product by gillette.its rates is also reasonable.only for its capacity all love this razor, and now its very much popular among all and its selling rate is also increase very fast .
I am using this razor since five years . One catridge lasts upto two months minimum .Its five sharpen blade works smoothly even on hard beard. But it works more effectively for daily shavers. Its aloevera tuch also gives a clean and clear shave .
A heavy handle which gives a good balance during shaving.overall its a value for money product. I love it .
P&G makes a lots of products for both man and woman. Gillette razor range is very nice. Mach 3 is a very nice product. I am an official person and need to be up to date. I do shaving regularly in 3 to 4 days and I use this product. Mach 3 razor gives me close shaving without any cut onto the skin due to the skin guard attached with it.
It is very easy to use and clean as well. It adjusts according to my face.
Its handle is very much durable that can be used many times. Per shaving cost is very low.

I have used few other razors also but Mach3 is really nice.
I felt the difference when first time I used Mach3 razor. Everytime as and when I shave it gives me close, smooth, cut free and no skin irritation shave. Mach3 razor is perfect for my sensitive skin. This razor is good for any types of skin. Before using Mach3 I used ordinary razors which are very rough on my skin and taking so much time to clean them. But
there is no issue with Mach3 in cleaning because of appropriate space between its blades.
Mach3 price are also very reasonable. One cartridge gives me 15 to 17 smooth shaves.
I absolutely love Mach3 razor and I highly recommend this razor.

Use:
You can easily use this. After applying foam or cream to your beard you can move it blades with little care to your skin. you can use it in any direction with nice speed.
Effective nice:
Its 3 blades shave your beard quite flatly with your skin. No hair will be there after shave. Even in sensitive parts like upper lips, chin area etc. can be easily shaved.
Smoothness:
It gives to different kind of smoothness to your skin which feels nice to hands.
Value for money:
It is complete value for money product as you can shave 45-55 times with one blade. for better results you should shave after 3-4 days.
Disadvantages:
If you are beginner then you might damage the shape of your beard.
It leaves little green colour in you beard which does not look good.
Overall I will recommend you to use it occasional, not to use daily.

The Gillette Mach 3 razor is right up there in top 5 razors for men according to me.
They are a bit pricey at 299 rupees but they do a great job giving me the smoothest and most satisfying shave. It is best used with the Gillette foam. I totally recommend the mach 3 razor to all men!

Plus its quality is very good that you never face to cuts or scratches on your face skin. I haven using it this razor blade for almost 4-5 years now and it never disappointed me. It removes hair so nicely and deeply that you feel like you don't even had beard hair on your face.: P
Hair never stuck in the blade just shake it in the water in the mug, and hair are removed so simply. Yes, that's how simple it is to clean it.
I usually use a blade for more than 15-17 times and it never feels uncomfortable but still I don't prefer to over-use it for the sake of skin health.: -)
