I've already spent 7000 for creams and while I was booking an appointment for my second session as I was asking the receptionist if I could reschedule it , she responded very unwillingly and when she accused me of saying something I didn't even say and when I denied such allegations instead of acknowledging she had the audacity to say “ I'm not here to fight or argue with you “ while I just trying to inquire as I live far away and that speaks volume. Very cocky and disappointed

He is not a doctor but a con artist. one you become his patient, you will be his life long patient. each visit will cost not less than 4K with medicine. He ruined my health and hair by prescribing unwanted medicines. He and his wife both are not doctors but business partners.

This doctor is completely money minded .. i visited this doctor for my eczema and rashes he gave me a injection.. he took 1.5k total in which he mentioned 800 for injection ..aftr a month i visited a hospital in hebbal they gave me same injection with avil injection they took only 150 rupees .

This doctor is completely money minded...pls dont visit this doctor he is completely money minded and arrogant

Best doctor for skin.

I was very happy with his treatment.

And he prescribed me the good medicine.

He is a Gud trained doctor. .Very kind. And very much educated with his profession . I went for 4 sessions and I am perfectly fine with my skin.

This review is going to be long but then I suggest my readers to take 10 min and read this.I heard lot of good reviews about Dr Anil Abraham and decided to visit him for my acne problem. I always had a very clear skin but the I started developing small acne for 2 week. During the first appointment he was very friendly. The consultation charge was Rs 1000 and the medicines were worth about Rs 5500. I used it for about one month and my skin just became worse. There were no signs of improvement. He had asked me to do peel treatment with Dr Veena, his wife. Her clinic is in the same building. So I visited the clinic again to do the treatment. It was a 10min treatment and she charged me Rs 3000. When I asked her what benefit this treatment would do she gave me some mugged up definition and I genuinely did not understand what the final benefit would be. She seemed like a very nice professional doctor, so I thought maybe this treatment would help my skin. She applied some powder and cream for 10 minutes and said that the treatment is over. In between the treatment I told her that acne problem has increased after eating the medicines given by Dr Anil Abraham and she suggested me to see the doctor once again. So I requested the receptionist to let me see the Doctor again. I waited for some time and was allowed in. This time doctor seemed least interested. He was not even examining my problem. He asked me to discontinue 2 medicines given during the first visit and gave me 2 other medicines. He also charged consultation fees of Rs 800 for that and medicines costed another 5000rs. He told me to come after one month after doing atleast 2 peel treatment and skin would become better after 1 month. But my skin just became more pathetic. I did 2 peel treatment. Still there was no change and my skin just started becoming worse. My problem started with 2 or 3 pimples and now I was having pimples all over my face. I again went to meet him after one month. I told him that there is no improvement and it is just becoming worse. He did not even bother. He said do peel treatment. He did not even bother to see what kind of pimples I am getting. He again gave me one new medicine and charged me Rs800 for consultation. When I asked him more about the medicine he gave me a dirty face which had an expression ‘ just do what I say. I am not gonna explain’. At the pharmacy, they said the new set of medicines would cost me another 3000Rs. I had spent close to 20k over 3 months for treatment with Dr Anil and there has been no use. So I decided that I will not let myself be fooled again and stepped out promising never to return again. I stopped all his medicines and over 2 weeks my pimples stopped. Now I have marks on my face which was caused due to the previous pimples. Thanks to Dr Anil. I thought I should write this review so that no one should again undergo what I went through. He just wants to mint money and doesn’t actually care about whether he has done a good job. Please don’t go to him unless u have some free cash and u badly want to spend it some where. He is a doctor who his extremely rude, has no time to actually examine the patient and shamelessly collect money even when he sees that his treatment is not helping the patient.

I would agree with the previous comment about this doctor.He is the worst, a  con artist doctor who takes no time in seeing off his patients in less that 2 minutes. The clinic has ample amount of time to remind its patients about paying their consultation fee.

Each patient  pays no less than 3500 for one lousy doctor who's only aim is to make as much money as possible. I went on 2 separate occasions and my hair is getting worse.Please people take my advise, when a doctor takes time to get off his chair and come around the table to see what the problem is or a doctor who asks questions about the nature of the problem is a concerned doctor and someone worth the time and money.But this doctor is no good at all.watch out for your wallet my dear friends.

Worst doctor ever seen in my whole life of 35 years n very unprofessional. Will never visit him again very bad experience and will never refer my near ones to go to him.

We took appointment but without even seeing the affected skin he prescribes medicine and scold us for showing reports after the test he only ask to do.

Very in ethical, if you are seeing this doctor please know that we have not seen you for free but took so call special appointment and paid money, hope to never see you again even wherever I go.

I won't recommend visiting this doctor at all at his private clinic in Bangalore. He exploited us by unnecessary prescribing lots of medicines,  creams,  lotions, face wash etc.  Well all this is acceptable if he had at least treated us well. We found that he prescribed lesser dose of medicine. Due to which problem aggravated a lot. He kept us saying to go for regular fruit peel for 10-12 times (every two weeks) which cost around 2500 for one time. Nutshell...

1. Ask everything in detail in case you visit him. He speaks very fast and very less in order to cut the discussion short. Keep asking questions until you are satisfied.

   
   




2. When you come out, do not buy medicines from his clinic. Take second opinion from another dermatologist and then decide to buy from his clinic or not.

   
   




3. Take second opinion on "procedures" he recommends to get done at his clinic in Bangalore. Fruit peel, salicylic peel or any other procedure.

   
   

I am sure you will be surprised at the end. Nutshell just listens to your gut feel, intelligence and second/third opinion. The staff behaves very well and very polished and pose quite genuine until you visit them. When you ask for case summary or some more queries you will see the true color.

Dr Anil Abraham is most senior Dermatologist at St John's Medical College. I had some problem at skin in full hand due to very high sun tanning and UV rays. I visited to doctors at st johns, my hand got cured , but one inch infected area at my hand remain constant for 1.5 years, I was very upset as it was looking very ugly, and 1.5 years is too much for waiting. Finally I decided to visit senior most doctor Anil Abraham, He is HOD too in St Johns Medical College, and he is awesome , expert. he gave me a different cream to apply, andI can see the results within 10 days.

Cons :

1) less chance to get seen by him

2) st john hospital regular charges is 50 rs in morning, for special(fast service and better doc) charges that is 250 rs, you may get chance to get seen by him.

3) he takes less appointment a day, try to take pre appointment on phone or any other way. Try to reach hospital little early (he comes at 9:30 am) to get appointment.

timing of hospital:

9:30 am to 12:30 pm(charges regular : Rs 50, special : Rs 250)

6:30 pm to 8:30 pm(charges: Rs 350)
