I took appointment for scan at 6, pm. And I was given , 6 to 6:30pm slot. But when I phoned up I was told to come by 6:30pm confirming the 6:30 to 7:00pm slot .But when I reached there by , 6:30 pm they said I got to wait for one and a half hour more. So if they are attending to patients randomly without calling out as per appointment, why this mockery of service by recording of appointment s

From the attitude I gathered you have to wait for attention as per their whims and fancies.So I bid good bye to them , never ever to return, nor would I recommend to anyone for this kind of wayward behaviour.
