The customer service agents are absolutely useless, their delivery is appalling and there is zero accountability. My old mother cannot go to the shop herself so I order for her. They have repeatedly made her wait and then don’t show up. When you call the number there is no proper answer. All just rubbish excuses and in fact they even tried insisting we canceled the order when we never did!!!! They lie and they are incompetent. Stay away!!!! I would give minus stars if that’s a possibility

Recently I bought a yoghurt from D mart it was milky mist yogurt and gave it to my kids suddenly I realized that it has a black thing in it and after researching I found it was a house fly which is horrible.

I blindly believed in d mart and I gave it straight to my kid but it is very sad that D mart didn’t maintain it’s quality and didn’t cross checked . So it was worst experience and from now on I couldn’t believe on D mart .

Please guys don’t purchase any milky items specially that milky mist yogurt .

I ordered products from DMart 2 weeks ago. They did not deliver everything. The items that were missing amounted to around 1380 and I raised complaints and even received a call from them saying it will be in my bank but they did not refund. Now all their phone numbers are out of service and they are not allowing any further contact with their online platform. It is a scam in my books at this point. Stay away

Last week, I purchased kala chana from Dmart Alwar. However when soaked overnight, it was found that a large number of these chanas did not soak water and were as it is, while rest of others become at least thrice in size. It appears that some mixing is there, which is not acceptable from Dmart. Now, I will twice before purchasing any such item from Dmart. I would try to upload photograph of the same.

Recently, I went to D mart to see some products but was amazed to see that more than the store, it seemed like a gang of rowdies. Amazingly, they keep the goods trolly at places where only light weight items are available, not where the heavy items are kept.

There are guards who are bigger gung, stopped me to take a pic of their customer complaint number, Tried to reach their supervisor who was also not bothered to listen

An eye opener .My survey and dialogue with several manufacturers clearly brings about one strong realisation.There is a different quality of product offered to retail store next door( normal grocery store / general trade WHICH SELLS ON MRP) than a modern trade where there is heavy discount .

Shopping at Dmart is now my regular routine. My personal experience has been positive. They have extensive range of products available. The value of money is evident. There are many discounts other than any supermarket. There are also multiple billing counter which help to reduce the crowd and efficiently fast. They have a good return and exchange policies. Dmart is a cost effective .Dmart also offer free parking which is a huge convenience. Shelves are clean and there is a general sense of orderliness that I appreciate. The staff are commendable and helpful. Categories are clearly marked and arranged. Dmart is must try if you want to save your money and tine with the best quality.

but now they are only 4km away

which can easy to go and take monthly Rashan in budget

Yesterday, I placed an online order (order number 127561618) and scheduled the delivery for today between 7 AM to 10 AM. However, at10 AM, I received a message informing me that the delivery would be delayed due to some internal operational issues. I called the customer service center, and the representative told me that I would receive my delivery later this evening. I am now forced to wait for the delivery all day and cannot go out. If the delivery cannot be made on time, why offer a delivery slot and charge for delivery?

On February 29, 2024, I purchased a "Real Kitchen" non-stick pan from D Mart Raipur located at D Mart Raipura, Ring Road No. 1, Dindayal Upadhyay Nagar, Raipur, Chattisgarh 492001, India. The product was accompanied by a claim of a 1-year warranty. However, upon using the pan, it became deformed in shape, rendering it unusable.

On March 22, 2024, I visited D Mart Raipur to return the defective product and avail of the warranty exchange. I presented the original invoice (Bill No. 480303015-004564) as proof of purchase. However, the administration at D Mart Raipur refused to honor the warranty exchange, citing the absence of a separate warranty card.

Despite explaining that the warranty card was not provided separately at the time of purchase and that the product itself did not include any terms and conditions regarding the warranty, the administration maintained their refusal. They directed me to contact the product company's toll-free number (1800 123 222 292) for assistance, but all attempts to reach them were futile as the number was switched off.

Furthermore, D Mart customer care reiterated that once a product is sold, the responsibility lies solely with the product company, failing to acknowledge their obligation as the retailer.

This refusal to honor the warranty exchange and the lack of assistance from both D Mart Raipur and the product company is unacceptable. It is a clear violation of consumer rights and a breach of trust on the part of D Mart.

I urge D Mart to review its policies and practices to prevent such incidents in the future and uphold consumer rights.
