Yesterday, I placed an online order (order number 127561618) and scheduled the delivery for today between 7 AM to 10 AM. However, at10 AM, I received a message informing me that the delivery would be delayed due to some internal operational issues. I called the customer service center, and the representative told me that I would receive my delivery later this evening. I am now forced to wait for the delivery all day and cannot go out. If the delivery cannot be made on time, why offer a delivery slot and charge for delivery?
I want my delivery charges refunded..
