Copper Folia, Nellikkode, Kozhikode

Mostly I travel around india and outsides,i see around all luxury hotel in top clasess. now I living in dubai hear be also lot of high lass hotels. but one time one of my friend he visit the copper folia hotel kozhikode with his mother and father with the room en query time all rooms are booked no vaccancy there, the time is late with lot of lagage. what happen that time normal -say the front office staff " sir room all booked, sorry. ",

but appreciate one the front office staff " THULASI RAJAN". he make be arrange other hotel room temporary to that night and return back next day booked the room in this hotel. she say " no feel bad because today is very rush day that way room full booked do one thing I make be arrange one other hotel room only this night and tomorrow here room any one vacant I booked the room . his mother and father too old and he have lot of lagage . this front office staff make arrange one taxi also. I never see same like this front office staff. she do perfect job what is the meaning of customer care . her designation is Guest relationship executive . in this world small percentage will be know about the job meaning, human being and also kind to others. salute the girl she console the dignity and prove be a human

Firstly, I would like to talk 'bout the freshers party we had! My goodness. That was a prodigious hotel. Guestrooms provided by hotel mangament were extremely good. Oh my gosh! That's the only food I devoured in my life to have it again and again.( 'Cause it was getting finished) . Then, we'd swimmed in the outdoor pool. The hotel management indulged us. Happy to share it. Would like to visit at least once. Then, I'm certain that you will go again and again!
