Club Mahindra is a fraud company. My biggest problems:
1) No service for Holiday Booking.
2) All resorts are too far from the city.
3) Insulting customer service.
4) Fraud cancellation & refund policy.
5) It's a trap. Once you are a member, they do not let you cancel or take your money back at any cost. they will keep making excuses, not process your cancellation and keep charging more money.
I got membership in Feb 2022 from Amish Kumar & Sinkandar in Ahmedabad. The problem started there itself:
1) They forced us to sign-up then and there. Did not even give us time to read reviews.
2) When we wanted to cancel they requested to experience a holiday. Actually they wanted us to skip the probation period so that we don't get a refund. Our mistake was that we fell for the trap.
3) The first holiday experience was very bad. The resort was far from the city. So we ended up spending a lot of money on cabs. The food was pathetic & overpriced.
4) Second holiday they didn't even put us in Club Mahindra resort, even when there were 2 resorts in the city. They shoved us in small hotel, with rooms smaller than my kitchen. When we called them, they insulted me and my mother and cut the call.
5) We immediately put for membership cancellation. This initiated another vicious circle by Club Mahindra. Seriously this company puts you through hell.
6) I have sent multiple emails, numerous calls, have visited their office over 15 times. Every time, I go and ask for cancellation and every time they come up with one or the other excuse to delay it. Then they stop picking calls and stop replying to emails. Meanwhile they use member linked bank account to keep deducting money.
If you haven't bought a membership(lucky you!). Don't buy it. There is no advantage, no saving. The money you save ends up going in their pockets for overpriced food(which is inedible) and cab services because of far away resorts. Plus, their customer service is rude and insulting.
