GoZest member has applied for an upgrade from GoZest to Bliss membership and fully paid on 26th March at Club Mahindra Munnar, Kerala. I was asked to pay another Rs 6000 on 27th morning by Mr. Akhil S Nair Manager for the conversion to Bliss. The offer was confirmed by Mr. Santhosh Balakrishnan , Kerala Head Sales also . Eventhough , I was promised 7 nights and Rs 8000 RCPs as complementary vouchers for conversion to Bliss, It is noticed that the promised nights and RCVs are not credited even after 35 days. When I contacted Akhil S Nair, He has informed that the internal approval is pending. The Bliss membership was processed by Mr. Akhil S Nair, Manager, Club Mahindra Munnar. The offer was confirmed by Head Sales, Kerala also. They are now saying that they have sent to backend and software error is still pending.
Club Mahindra executives are fooling customers by offers and afterwards, the commitments are not met.
