I was invited to take a presentation for club Mahindra membership.

To delicate time and come for presentation they will scam you with lots false promise.

I had visited one of the presentation and the sales guy fooled me to pay a booking amount of 2k.

After a week when I decided not to go with the registration.

They denied my 2k refund and after several visits to their soliater office in andheri they decided to give me a voucher for 2nights n 3 days stay.

This holiday voucher was a scam and never got redeem.

Wrote so many emails but never got my money back.

Pathetic , these peasants will take your entire money and at the time of bookings these morons will never let you book. Reservations open 3 months prior , and it shows full immediately within seconds of opening (midnight we book inspite of that) it's just a booking cartel blocking the dates. Random agents give rooms , but members don't get room.

Sometimes it shows available and when to try to book it won't let you book.

I spent 4 lakhs behind this stupid membership with cheap people.

Never Never buy club mahindra membership what we spen as member in that same amount interest we can enjoy holiday and save money

Once you are member they will treat you like begger

They bill blocks your night

No availability of resort when you need

Over expensive food

Some resort even staff is rude

That same resort also available in makemytrip, agoda and goibibo

I got a call from Club Mahindra for explaining their membership. After a 2 hours of explanation, they demanded a cheque for ₹50, 000 claiming that to be that for basic membership. I requested for a time of 1 week. They gave me a gift voucher claiming it be redeemed for 2 nights and 3 days. To my shock, I realised that it is a scam and when checked their portal could find that all the dates are showing as waitlisted and not available for booking for the next 4 months. Is it possible for all the rooms to be booked even during weekdays ? LOL. Imagine paying them 6.5 lakhs for 15 years and running and begging behind them.

I am a club Mahindra member since 2006( when they had very few properties) now they have several properties because of members like us and in spite of all this they have started a new add on scheme for members called CLUB M SELECT( it is a daylight robbery scheme my club Mahindra) where for a yearly fee of Rs. 3540 rupees they say you can book internationals hotels and flights for a big discount ( but to know this discount rate you have to first take this one year add on scheme) AND TO MY HORROR when I took this CLUM M SELECT(cheating scheme) I found that the rates offered by club Mahindra for international hotels were 50% to 90% more than the rates offered by online hotel booking apps like Goibibo, Agoda and others. So actually club Mahindra is cheating customers on tow count. 1 by giving this fancy pric and also taking aRs.3540 rupees and 2. By getting huge commission from all these hotels for this hotel booking. Most CLUM Mahindra members don’t get time to check all this in their busy schedules. I am a person who travel a lot . So my dear club Mahindra members please don’t take this CLUB M SELECT add on and be robbed by club Mahindra. This is the same when I checked international flights, the flights I get from cochin( my home town ) to Bangkok is round Rs. 9500 to 11000 and on clubmahindra it is 18, 000 to 19, 000 .this is just one example. Now some other flights I booked to other international destinations is 100% more. Overall this is day light robbery by people in suites

Why only bad reviews like it is copy pasted? All bad reviewers did only 1 review, genuine reviewer does at least 4-5 reviews(FAKE BAD REVIEWS). Having any membership of Club Mahindra is TOTALLY WORTH IT. Gets you 5-star premium services for rest of 25 years or 4 years without inflation at 3000/- average per night. Without membership you pay 9, 000 to 13, 000 on makemytrip.com that is smallest room for business I guess. ASF gets your 2-3 complimentary nights worth 10, 000 each getting 20, 000-30, 000/- minimum in return. Food is expensive. hmm. Unlimited 5star resort buffet with food items over 30+, You guys pay 600rps for dominos each person and 1, 100rps in barbeque nation then why complain a premium buffet at 700rps?(2100/- gets you 3 meal) which is a discount of 25% only for members and up to 50% OFF on prebook of meals.

Resorts are located far away from sightseeing. Varca is on beach, Mahabaleshwar is 1km from market, OOTY resort is 0.5km from bus stand. Manali resort is on top of snowy mountains where skiing activities etc. and sightseeing? that can be done from your balcony 24x7. Few properties like Binsar, Tungi are located far away from noisy crowd of market and vehicle but perks like infinity pool of whole Pawna lake and 180-degree view of Himalayas is heavenly which low average people don't appreciate or understand I don't know why so bad reviews. Availability is the only good reason for bad review but at this price of 3000 per night? You won't even get a lodge service.

Discounted Flights, discounted Cruises, discounted food, referral earnings to amazon voucher, jewelry, ola, Maldives, turkey, Paris international packages and many more if you discover on website that comes with membership apart from just 3000/- rooms per night.

We got call from show room people to attend presentation before going they have mentioned giving of food coffee tea but once we entre and they find like we are not interested in their package uneducated people won't even provide u water at the table simply they will waste our time aell they are doing scam O rating fr this

Dear All,

After mailing and having a continuous tiring and on going conversation with the Club Mahindra customer team and trying to connect with the seniors I have yet to receive a call back after wasting my energy since 9th July. Case nos and everything are just going on and they cannot update my email id even after that was mentioned in the form 10 years back. The system was updated by them and it got affected and I am unable to do my Horizons bookings. The reply is plz visit the nearby store ie Jaipur. Seriously after even providing the adhar and other I'd they still cannot do it. The audacity they have is to send an email after writing and having a conversation multiple times is please mail from the registered email id where do I get it when your system has removed our all email ids from your data base.

Sorry to say please make members where your team is based till date I don't even know who is my personal relationship manager. Kindly see the issue Anand Mahindra your team needs to be updated when you keenly observe things I so very much wish to upload the emails right here but sometimes one last chance needs to be given.

Very bad experience in booking a resort, when you become member of club mahindra. They will never ever give resort of your choice. It will always be club mahindra choice, where you can spend your holidyays. Like u will definitely get a booking in jaisalmer resort or goa resort in summers, but never in winter. They are doing their best to make somebody fool.

Club Mahindra representative calling to daily and daily please attend my presentation but you will be attend not give any pass and telling you will be send on email but not send...so please don't attend his presentation very big fraud and trape

Club Mahindra imposes minimum holidaying of 3 days on members, like me who have been member since 2004. Every time I book holidays in CM resort, I have this issue. I have explained this many times to them. I fail to understand why CM decides how many

days a member should holiday. I have heard about this frustration from many of friends who became members during the same time as me.

I have enjoyed holidaying with CM from 2004 to till about 2019, I am disappointed with CM treating their members and also about non-availability of resorts to their own members during my own season(RED). I understand CM sells this to non-members, hence there is a shortage of resort bookings for members.

I have purchased 4 years blue studio membership on april 2023, they are real fraudsters convincing customers to buy membership with lot of fake benefits. After following up with salespersons their managers for almost 7 month's decided to cancel my membership for which they are saying not returns will be given. I lost 95K. Please do not opt for any membership with club Mahindra

3. Mostly international resorts which charge lot of exchange. It is more of timeshares

   
   




4. The days if unused will get lapsed if not used after inventory of 21. Total waste of money, they eat your ASF everytime which is high amount. You don't get bookings and then days get lapsed for which you have paid

   
   




5. Lot of rules like if the booking is at short notice then they will charge more days. If one day available only then also they charge more.

   
   




6. Mostly circuit resorts now

Time and time again we are surprised how beautiful this resort is , upkeep of the propertyis done with grace and brilliance.

It's a joy to be there. We were he in 2023 Dec for 7 nights and 2022 for 6 nights. And both times we have had the best holiday

Hospitality and ambience is no doubt high standard only the problem is we have to plan our holiday aleast 10-15days ago.. and Asf is pinch to pocket but for luxury what we feel is worth had a memorable stay in Floating Cottage Ashtamudi resort it is must visit resort
