The reviews in Amazon from where I had purchases are fake reviews written to trick more gullible customers. This product is a complete waste of money. They are either not authentic or there are more fake products than the original products. Either way don't buy them by falling for the price. They offer zero benefits and my muscles are not growing. I use paleo diet. When I was using my go to whey product after heavy workout and a good night's rest I used to feel energetic and vitalised after and my muscles were growing at a healthy rate. There was absolutely no soreness in my muscles. Now after intense workout and having this bioton during the night as usual I have zero energy when I wake up. I feel sore and my muscles are aching. The difference between my'go to' whey product and this is day and night I have been trying this for the last 3 weeks. I don't want mention my go to products name because I want Biotin to realise that this is coming from a genuine customer and not some competitor. Ofcourse my go to product was 2 times as expensive and I thought of trying something that will save my money! But it turned out to be a stupid decision in the end. Beware!

Bang is worth the buck. Good Mixability and taste with water and doesn't feel watery like the others. Twice a day did the trick for my hypertrophy training although I had to up the dose to 4 shakes during my strength training. I would personally recommend taking it with Glutamine supplement as recovery wasn't up to my expectations(tbf the last time I had ordered a much expensive product from Europe so I had high expectations). Digestion was on point, I'm guessing because if the digestive enzymes. I've ordered it again and this time I'll be pairing it with Muscleblaze PRE workout to test endurance, recovery and gains.

Hello friends, I have started doing gym 3 months ago. After starting gym I don't take any whey protein for 2 months but after that my trainer said you can now start taking high protein so I bought this product used it for 2 months. But the result was very bad, before & after taking this protein the result was same.

It is a low quality whey protein please don't buy this.

Hey everyone I ordered this product before 2 months ago, and I found that it does makes muscle growth. I ordered choco flavor. I took it after intense workout daily. But result is not good. Its just waste of money and time in case of making muscle mass. Protein quality is bad. In result I gain 15% of body fats , after consuming this product. Recommended not to buy this product.
