I fill file for new government connection but head office and customer support. Do not work properly. They did not give true information.And He take more extra fees and agency agent take more money.

he took for a new connection around 10k rupees with documents but he didn't do that my money is wasted. and always give black cylinders for extra money.

He worked at Jagtap Dairy near by gas agency.
I'm trying to 15 days for cylinder booking but I'm not able to that issue customer care service and agency also very poor customer service don't buy cylinder for Bharat gas ??

I complaint so many times but no satisfied action taken by head office. Really I have no word to say anything worst service
We have booked gas cylinder three days back and still no response and not answering the call. Worst service ever. Don't go for Bharath gas connection. Best to choose HP or Indian.
The customer service is excellent. Mr. Sunil Kumar Kashyap provided quick and fast service. Thank you.
Customer service is terrible. They refuse to speak in any other language than their mother tongue. You have to tip them a good amount for gas cylinder to be delivered on time. If your gas cylinder is leaky they do not care and will refuse to give you a different, functional cylinder. Always making excuses and speak very harshly; they have very little to no etiquette. Needs a lot of improvement.
236 rupees charging for nothing. GST number is there on printed bill without any company seal.That means GST is not paying to gov. Treasury.
Only cheating by the agency.

Today one person came from Bharat gas sinhagad road asking for inspection @ rs 236 , if you have care of your customers why there is charges. When I told I have no money , If you want to do it make it free, but he told your connections will be discontinued .
Yesterday I received a message from Bharat Gas distributor for Gas Connection Inspection. The mechanic comes today for inspection I talked about the costly charges, he argued yelling I will disconnect your connection.
If Bharat Gas cares for the customer then why they talking about discontinuation. also, the charges of 236 are not mentioned in the Bharat Gas booklet.or any website. The message I received is not from Bharat Gas. it is from a mechanic personal mobile number. why should we believe such SMS? This is cheating of the Consumers by the local Gas Agency of Bharat Gas.

On 3rd August 2020 i felt a leakage issue from new cylinder and gas smell was coming. Since I am newly shifted to new house & have taken new gas connection, I didn't had clue how to resolve. From receipt I called emergency dial no and gave all details. Immediately in 5min mechanic called back and within 10min he was at my door step to resolve issue. I am glad they quickly responded to emergency.
Sevice is very bad and worker are so cheap and mannerless I am calling from 3days I have cylinder but they are saying don't call here again then where I call

Hello viewers, here I am going to share my experience ( Date - 22/4/2020) about Bharat Gas. I live in hingna( semi urban area) Nagpur MH . I am using Bharat Gas LPG CYLENDER FROM LAST 5YEARS.
At my flat where I am living no door step services. I need to go 2km from flat to pick gas Cylender each time ( at least once in month)
The delivery boys call me each time before delivery of GAS CYLENDER.
One of recent experience about it is not good with it.
They charged me more than the payment invoiced ( invoice amount was 788.50/- rs) they demanded me 800/- . I said invoiced Amount is 788.50/- . He replied you have to pay 800/- rs.
It's round off amount we charging from each customer.
Is this ethical? You making people fool.
No services ( door step services) and charging more. I am going to discontinue the services.
Guyz I am sharing payment receipt and GAS AGENCY NAME ( Rohan gas supplier Jaytala road Nagpur) .I complaint at helpline no. Also.
There are many problems during shifting from one place to another...its a request to bharat gas to plz make it easy ....why it's so confusing...??????
Someone showed up and asked to check the connection. Just filled up a form in seconds and demanded Rs 150+ GST.
When I called the office numbers for verification, no one lifted the phones to answer.
I think it is another way for the ailing Bharath gas to make money off of the consumers.
What the government gives, it takes back this way.
In my home from 5 to 6 years we are using bharath gas before 1 year every services is good but recently we Know all that it is a time of online trend so once I tried to book bharath gas cylinder online

Its a very slow proces and worst experience because they did not provide this service effectively in rural area and another bad thing is its regulator before month my cylinder is finished so I need to change the cylinder vut when I doing that the knob of the cylinder is broken out any how I call the customer service which is very poor and no. Cooperative nowdays I think I should I need to change my gas and use some other services of another gas agency and after facing such bad experience I would suggest dont go for this agency

LPG installation once in 2 years by the trained mechanic. This service is available on payment of the requisite charges approved by Oil Marketing Companies.
