They are the worst customer service in credit card industry. Go for some other bank card. I get call for paying off dues, that when I realised that my office boy has dropped the check off in other company( HDFC) credit card payment branch.
I issue a new check to Axis, drop off at nearest location, . Get a call again for payment, gave them the check number and branch deposited in, and yet next day, get a call that SIBIL will be reported of payment issues.
I am like, what the hell, . your representative is given the details of check being deposited, 24 hours down the road, have you guys even checked that ATM drop box facitlity of checks and reported received? And suddenly this harrasment.then I call them to inform on the message, and they toggle me from department to deparment, put me on hold for 45 mins. are we so worthless and spare time with us to even bear cruelty of a card company////
they get business but if this is how their attitude is. hell with such a card company. Pathetic, disgusting, disappointing, frustrating, and useless credit card bank.
