I am using axis Bank neo ( visa type) Credit card & I wish to say to all credit card applier that axis issue free credit card to me and there is no problem with this credit card , so I request to all axis Bank customer who will wish to take a credit card, please ignore rumour and go for it, if u manage credit card very well then it will help you a lot.

Hi freinds this is a review on axis bank visa credit card. I have an account in axis bank. Recently I recieved thier visa credit card but it was a worst experience that I wanna share with you all. The credit card was so cheap and bad looking. The numbers were not highlighted. Then I tried it to use it on internet but it does not support on internet. I tried it to connect it to netbanking but every time I was unsuccessful u also contact axis bank but they dont give any solution. I think this bank and credit card is useless.

Credit card providers said that there are no annual charges. Even I did not use the card from the past 1 year. I am confused about the due payment.

No proper support and responce from the Bank.If there is option to give zero I use to give zero only.

Late payment charges is high. So many rich people so many funds not paying correct . middle class PEOPLE'S are struggling with that . I hate this bank .example vijaymalya and so many issues with axis bank credit and savings accounts. So middle class guy's don't attract to take credit cards in axis bank .I have ani credit card also but this bank don't take high late payment charges extra

I am using axis bank credit card since 2014 as a special issue card as my current employer has salary account in axis bank.

So far, the service is good. I have been given special privileges as a tie up with my employer -no annual charges or transaction charges and points earned as bonus.

Only downside is that the products won on points are sometimes not upto standard.

My money was deducted from my credit card through online fraud case. For dispute, I have submitted my all the document with FIR copy, dispute form and transaction copy but they have not solved yet. So I request to all of you never use this card because they are not supporting in a fraud case.

I have a Axis Bank Credit Card. They have withdrawn there all email addresses. Any email to Axis Bank is bouncing back. There customer help line states that they are working over it( Ha Ha since last few months they are working)

If you want to know the meaning of the'disgusting' just simply call there customer care/ help line.

Calling there helpline for tele-banking, I did find that my PIN no. is not working. I did try to change PIN through helpline, I could not. Changing through Mobile App states that there is some system problem and ask to try another time.

Hello everyone today I reviewing about Axis bank. I was opened this Axis bank account 6 months back. When I was opened a account after that I received 15 days after, it's very late process.

Bank Features are mentioned below:

The bank charges and deductions are so high price. when I called to customer service for deductions they didn't gave me proper information and they was disconnected my call, I am not satisfied with the customer service. So friends don't go with Axis bank. So many good banks are available in the market you will get the best bank and save your money time. Hope my review will helpful Thank you

I have an savings account with axis from 2011 and got good service with that. Recently I was asked for a credit card so I applied. They told me that this is a card with the credit limit of up to 3Lac rupees and with the annual fees of 899. I said ok. I own a small business myself. Thought it would be helpful to extend my business requirements. I have never missed a loan re payment or credit card bill earlier. I have a very good credit health like 799/900. Two days later the phone conversation one executive called me for the document collection and asked me to come down to a bus stop which is a half km distance from my place for the submission. He said he is coming by bus and couldn't come to my location. So I thought it would be helpful for him, so went there submitted required documents, filled form and signed it. That's it I never got a call or sms regarding the process of up to 15days. On the 16th day I hope I got a text about the documents approval. And 5days later they updated the details in the net banking. After I checked the details I immediately called customer service and cancelled the card. Can you expect the reason. They have given me a card with the credit limit of 40k. I already have two cards from other banks each has came with 60k and one card is going to upgrade its limit in two months. Should I really want this 40k? I even warned them not to call me again in the future regarding any credit cards or loans.

Hello, I am sharing my personal experience with Axis Bank Visa Credit Card. My experience with this card was vary Bad and irritating.

Last year I was using first time my new Axis Visa credit card. I was going to big Bazar for shopping and I shopped worth RS 4000. I want to pay my bill by the Axis Visa credit card because it gives me 10% cash back benefit. So, when I was giving my credit card to staff person of big bazar for paying my payment. He was trying to take a payment from the credit card. But the credit card doesn't working. It doesn't paying my payment. I was vary worried.

Then immediately I was calling to customer service I was told him all my problem and I was expecting that they solve my problem but the customer service person was not solving my problem. He doesn't hearing me only giving me lots of excuses. The customer service was very poor and inconvenient. For that I was facing so much problems.

The rates and charges of this credit card was very high as compared to it's services. So, that I was not satisfied for the service of this credit card. It was so annoying for me and not giving me any benefit.

So, all over I was not happy to using this Axis bank credit card. And I will give it 1 out of 5.

I am writing this after a year of using Axis Vistara Credit card.About the card offer -take it only if you fly frequently to and fro from delhi and spend 2.5lakhs through card.But be 100% sure the service is one of the most pathetic one.The customer service agents are not even aware of rad features and it will take centuries and hundreds of call and hours of call time to make them understand your problem and then there is a lil chance that it will get resolved.If you call multiple times for same problem you will hear different answers from there.For me it has been really frustrating using its service and have decided to close this card.In a word it's not recommended not because features are very bad, they are very average though, but because their service stinks.

Their interest charges is so huge, 3.25% per month(46.78% per year). So, any middle class person cannot issue credit card.

Credit cards useful for business-man and upper middle class family. No everyone can take facility of credit card.

Hi friends, I am using axis savings account for more than 10 years along with their online banking facility. Its a great experience with Axis Bank I should say.and I am using their credit card for more than 6 years. an important thing to remember by every credit card holder is timely payment. This will help you to have a good record, and good relationship with u to bank and vice -versa and may get an increase in the credit limit too. I feel its the biggest private bank which always prefer to give much attention to customer relation.

Axis Bank provide superb services for all their credit card holders. There is lot of rumors that card details can be hacked and will be misused. Always remember all credit cards are insured by bank and their online expert are working 24x7 to keep your digital money safe, so no issues even you misplace card or loose secure details by mistake, only you have to inform the customer care of the credit card department of any suspicious activity with your card, rest they will manage.

Hey what's up today I am gonna share my friend's experience with you all about the credit card facilities and services provided by the axis Bank. The savings account services are very good and the customers querie and problems are dealt very nicely by the bank but it's not same with the credit card service.

Though the card has many benefits like easy to use just like all other cards, cashbacks, offers on shopping websites, etc but the customer service department of this is very bad and unhelpful. They will treat their customers like they isn't worth to talk. This is what he has felt so far having conversation with them. The customer service team is very rude and unhelpful they don't bother to listen to our concerns and just say that go to that person and when we go to the said person then he will say its not his department and will make you dance round and round.

Reasons why he chose credit card for myself with this bank-

1) He had really good experience with the retail banking.

2) It gives nice facilities like cashbacks, offers, discounts on online shopping, etc.

3) The card looks really cute.

4) Easy to make payment through the mobile app.

Now the negative side of using their credit card service-

1) Calling the customer service executive means you have to wait for long as they will make you hold for long and sometimes even disconnect the call due to no response from their side.

2) They are always in a hurry to cut the call and will not listen to your issue properly due to which you will have to explain them your problem in short.

Retail banking service of this bank is awesome even the credit card service but the customer service representative is the worst

I did not know what all things I will have to face with this credit card.

Actually I am talking about first starting time of credit card taking, They told me from the bank that it will take maximum 10 days for overall processing completion, where as it took more than one month to get the approval and again it took 2 weeks to receive the card.

And it's not all.

Before almost 4 months ago, I was on a international tour with this Axis bank credit card. When I was using this it show me decline!

I checked my balance and the balance is full. I was unable to contact with bank in that time to know why this was happening, I was in very pressure for this trouble in that time.

Somehow I have managed with this. When I came back in India and spoke with bank, they said that they had to send me another new card and they blocked my current card!

But I told them, you people have not informed me before blocking my current card and before dispatching new card to me!

Then I got surprise by their replaying, they replied that they sent me a message in my registered mobile number about it.

I told them that I was on a international tour, so might be I was not in the coverage to get any message and you people are only inform me through message just!

That means you are taking E-mail ID's just for trend and formalities!

As I asked them who told you to replace this card neither I has sent you request for replacing nor my card is near expiry. Big complexity here in Axis credit, not simple it is. Pathetic service without notifying me, they sent new card to me and even they had not essential thought to inform me a long period before, about blocking my card.

I was not satisfy with Axis credit card at all. This is seriously a detrimental phenomena which happened to me. I will never ever recommend this  to anyone
