Samsung Xpress M2021W Single Function Printer

I have buy samsung xpress m2020 in 2020. After the use of this device for 2 year I give review that printer is not work properly. In many times paper will stuck in the printer. This printer will not repsonse the command of printing through USB cable. After 3 times of repairing this device would work well many times but sometimes problem occurs which can damage the paper and not give satisfactory result. So, I requsted to everyone first know the pro and cons and than buy this device.

I've purchased it 1 month ago and till now its performing good although I'm a light user. Installing is easy but later if you want to change your access point then the process is little bit tricky. Overall I'll give a four star to the product.

The best Quality printer I have already purchased 2 printers. Bought this printer for our small office after considering many options. Serves our purpose well copy, scan, and print. It was very easy to set up and works flawlessly after the initial setup.

I've purchased it 1 month ago and till now it's performing well although I'm a light user. Installing is easy. Nice printer! Print quality is very good. Delivered before the estimated delivery time.

Am Having this printer from Last one year and the printer work same as the first day of installation. The printing speed was good and the quality of print is very sharp

We have bought this printer in 2009 . Still it is working in the good condition. We didn't have any problem with it. We are working more on this printer. We have printed 10, 000 print on this printer.Every print is better. Working perfect. Giving good letter print.

Since purchased we didn't have shown him any market. No any complain with it. Gives nice printing . Handling paper completely. We didn't need to call for any service. Printing speed is good. Other features are also working perfectly.

I bought this printer 1.5 years ago from the local market in Indore(M.P) and have been using it daily for my Garage Bill and other document print-outs.

I do the Cardrage refill after every 2k prints and it supports the quality till that.

This is very easy to operate and maintain. After watching the video on site on Cardrage refill, I can do this myself now.

If you need a Printer just for the printing work of approx 50 Printouts daily, you can choose this surely.

Coming to the Printing speed, it is also good but it just takes around 15-20 sec when we turn it on after that it doe's not brakes or pause or creates trouble even if you print 50 prints a time.

The Power saver and paper handling tray help a lot in needs.

Hello friends, I would like to sharing my experienced about this printer. I have purchased this printer from COMPUTER WORLD, DHUBRI, before 3 months but I have very bad experienced with it.

After using it for a week continue, it starts weird sound from the printer while printing and day by day the sound starts to increase.

After using one hour it starts very heating and you will get the burned smelt from the printer.

Ink is very bad with this printer, sometime it would not print the correct area even though the paper position is correct.

Other feature: - It has a WiFi connecting feature but sometime would not be connected due to connectivity issue, that means the WiFi speed/power and range is very low.

User Friendly: - It is not a user friendly printer, because the service is very bad.

Paper Handling: - It takes more time to print the page than other printer, Average time for the Black and White page it takes 10-15 seconds and color takes more than 25 seconds, which is really not good.

Printing Speed: - Printing speed is very slow than other company’s printer.

Service & Support: - Service of this printer is not so good and also their service engineers has no proper knowledge to identify the issue exactly. I have raised a complaint about the sound issue but they said sound is normal and need to upgrade the printer to avoid sound. They have not helped me for the issue, instead of help they want to buy another printer of higher price. This is not good. Their service representatives are very bad. Now I stopped to use this printer since they were not able to helped me. I bought a new printer of another company’s and which is working without any printing, sound, image quality issue. It is working very fine. So I am very happy with my new printer.

I never suggest or recommend other to buy or uses this printer.Thank you.

Hi I have been using Samsung printer for a while now and I am very satisfied with the quality and service of this printer. I have bought it in a decent price of 6849 rs.

The things which I like about this printer while using are:

It can print upto 16-18 pages per minute. I have never get any blank pages or color problem in pages while printing.

Its a laser printer so once I fill the ink it work for 3 months and I print very frequently. So I am very satisfied with the number of pages it prints.

The printer is very easy to use and look good also. Pages sometime get stuck but it happens very less.

So I think if someone need the printer for home or for small worker this printer will be the best option as its cheap and works very well.

This printer is very user friendly and we can easily connect it to the computers and laptops.

The paper handling is very smooth and quick without much noise.

Another main feature is, it provides USB support also. This is very much handy as it weighs less than 4 kg and provides high resolution print outs.

The service and support of Samsung is also good and many service centers are available in Chennai itself.

At a price range of around 7000 rs, this is definitely worth the money.

According to me this this is a good quality printer for household use.

The paper handling is pritty good it rarely shows any error in the processing.

User friendly: This printer is not so user friendly as it consumes huge electricity and ots size is large as compare to other.3. Service: There after sale services are very good, when I call them for not working of my printer then they registered my complaint and came after 3 days to repair it.4. Printing speed: The printed peed of this printet is the worst. I have personally experienced about its speed, it takes very long to have a one print which is very time consuming and time wasting.If you talk about its colours then they are just average but not good as they provide a faded colour print.Finally I will say that this product is good but its speed make it an average product.Thanks.

but after some days completed it will be very bad to slow to hives the ouput of the xerox copies of the user so it will be slow
