I bought a samsung mobile phone(B5722-Duos) attracted by their advertisements. Now, there is nothing good about to say. Just came from the Service centre for the 6th time, even fish markets are better than Samsung service centers.
I don't understand their strategies of marketing. The B5722 was a high priced phone and I thought the brand name will give me some quality as I had experienced from Samsung house hold articles. I paid 9k+ for a phone which caters to nothing now.
-Phone hangs on calls
-Ear phone dead(they replaced with a lower quality one in service center and when questioned says, its Samsung policy to give this while replacement)
-Memory card never gets read, even phone memory wont get read if connected to PC.
-Heats up
-even a VGA camera can give me better picture when on flash. Worst ever I have ever seen in phones and I paid a whopping amount for this samsung crap.
-so heavy, no features even that found in low end phones.
-Frequently stops responding.
-shows numbers with different names, which are totally not connected.
-Leave about other video formats, this phone will not even play 3gp files which nokia basic phones will play. They claim big, and cheat customers.
Overall, have you ever been to Samsung Mobile service centers? Can see kids managing it, no professionalism, no courtesy and will have a queue with people bullxxxxting them. Met a lady, whose phone is with Samsung service center for the past 5 months! I went four times for getting my ear phones replaced! from that itself you can understand the professionalism offer and when we question anything, they say, its samsung policy! They will send you to take zerox of bills and all all chores so that you will be scared to come back again. Nokia was far better, organized, the only reason I went to Samsung was that Nokia don;t have dual sim and now paying for it. My phone is just couple of months old and Its scary to think if I am out of warranty. May be the first center anywhere to be managed by kids.
I caught hold of the manager and he asked to sent to Hyderabad some Tier II service center. Its the 6th day its there, everyday they promise it will be dispatched. No response and people at samsung just bluff and promise that we will give you standby. we will send you today, we will come and deliver.all false promises. Never ever buy Samsung Phones in life, its a piece of crap and no value for money. Even Chinese phones are far better than samsung phones.
If you want peace of mind, please. so be even if they offer you the moon.
