Hi friends I will share my experince on sprint pcs mobile operator.


Network


I am using this operator giving problem like network problem . It networks aviable only on slected states. I sufferes if I go some other states and there is no network . So I chaned my operator. It has very shorts areas where networks is aviable and there is not so many tower palaced .very poor network coverage. I was very disipointed about it has no network in some diffrent diffrent areas mostly rulars arears and I faced more more problem from this operator this at now I am change it and used jio sim that good for at day day to thiy giveen all benift inyernet to calling feartures totally free just you need 4 g divices so change into jio it is worsted I love jio.


Customer service:


It customer service is also not good not solve problems faced by customer.


Billings and charges.


As it taking charges but not giving service .

This is a not good mobile operator to use and I not satisfied to use this mobile operator becouse I used this mobile operator last few weeks and I not liked this mobile operator to use a good data connectivity and this is not provide a good speed of network and not provide a good service always. It is a not good mobile operator for me to use data connectivity.


This mobile operator network rage are not good and I really disappointing to use this worst mobile operator and not provide high speed of data connection to use as well as charges are high but services are not worth for me. I was complained about this issue of customer support service but this mobile operator customer service are not good to provide a batter solution to me.


Overall this is not good exprience for me to use this worst operator as well as I not recommended to use this network and not worth for money also.

Mobile unreliable

Sprint, along with three other entities happen to rule the mobile industry and done so for quite a bit of time now. Sprint has always prided itself on coverage and towers. Well the reality is the tower systems lack depth so your coverage sucks. Personally ive lost signal and still was lost data evening though im in a state of roaming or airplane pretty much.


I find the phones more reliable then the service. Rude customer service reps. And idiots over them. They love to contact you though for there money. Why pay for baby networks? You worth a billion. You guys seriously need to step up.

I have get all worted about this mobile operators every thing are bad like customer service network covarage and also it biling is highly .

Poor network coverage

Mobile network should be like so that we can actually connect anyone at anywhere in the world.  But Spring Pcs mobile operator is far behind the latest mobile operators.  There are frequent signal problem.  Networks are not available everywhere.


The phone automatically gets disconnected while talking.  Also irregular balance deduction and high call rates are also the major drawbacks of this mobile operator company. Such operators should not be used.  There are better operators in the market.

Sprint mobile operator is one of the baddest network that I have ever used. simcard is almost buy for 5 hours in telling no network available or emergency calls only. Call rates are also very high, deducted unwanted balance from sim and when tries to call customer support than they are always busy.


Although net packs are little bit low in cost as compared to other network but that is the use of it when ther is no network. My almost 600 mb was wasted because of no network customer support is also bad they talk very rudely.

Very bad experience with sprint sim. When they launch service, at that time are one of the best but now they are one of the worst service provider of India.


There services are still cheap but there quality becomes worst. one more thing I like to share is that are cheating with people by subscribing different services without the knowledge of consumer on there phone and if you are surfing on net using sprint sim, lots of times when we open a site instead of site which we have to open there sprint site opens and msg comes on you phone that thanx.

Sprint pcs mobile operator is one of the network mobile perator in which is of bad service it provides all the plans it gives are low but they actually does. not work sometimes for few hours the sim wont work and I dont get network signals and I have found very poor network signals in town and cities.


Though it gives some free offers but after applying the plan it says that plan has been expired and it internet that much slow that it taks so much time to load a single and it takes so much time to download but it talk time offers are somewhat good but when the is no signals much then there is no use of that offers and its very bad in mobile operators.

Sprints  PCS, you have been seen on for anything advertisement and program on TV. And other items. They sent me a promotion for it is saying I can change my house telephone far distance to Sprint and have some problem .03 per minute far distance without any of  the monthly$1.95 charge, it took them 1 month to get the$1.95 of my phone bill after I switched the phone and take this.


Ohoja with the same network problems for any way to this regards Want to talk to customer service, forget it and better then other network company. I have routine wait for 40 minutes to reach a service representative.

Sprint pcs mobile operator is one of the worst network that I have ever used. sim card is almost busy for 9 hours in telling no network available or emergency calls only.


Call rates are also very high, deducted unwanted balance from my sim card and when tries to call customer support then they are always busy and not connected. Although net packs are little bit low in cost as compared to other network but that is the use of it when there is no network.


My almost 550 mb was wasted because of no network and customer support is also bad they talk very rudely

I would like to share something that I experienced recently with sprint pcs mobile operator. it was really foolish of me to switch over. The network is now very poor and every five minutes I get a miss call alert. if I enter in a close room, the network is completely lost.


It has been nothing but a burden to me. for the first 2 months, I was unable to make or receive calls or text messages which a massive pain. I suggest the customer service is also the worst. all the schemes and offers are fake.

I am user of sprint pcs mobile operator for last month and has faced lots of problems, a subscriber can face from any service provider.


I also faced the problems with their payment reminders calls from start this sim. customer service also a very bad not responsible for your client. recently I m facing the problem of inflated bills. out of last bill there was mistake for money. very bad network and out of state very very big problem with network.

Worst network

I have been with Sprint/ Nextel for 6+ years. Dropped calls all the time, also my bill was different every month, always higher. I was charged for text messages and never sent or received any. I finally called to cancel my contract. I was told that I had to pay an extra month plus the$200 termination fee. I ended up paying over$360 just to get out of the contract.


The first time they gave me the phone for free and a$300 credit. They have the very poor customer service until you decide to cancel with them. Every time I called in for customer support I would get transferred several time because there operators are poorly trained. Never buy you phone from a Sprint store. Majority of the stores are owned by Sprint.

Sprint though has more towers, good infrastructure in comparison to private mobile telecom operators.but this has issues with quality of service. I experiance bad issues from day one I had to struggle with Sprint. 3G tower is not that great .2g is ok ok. Money was deducted from my main account though I bought Internet mobile data pack.


This problem will became irritation time to time. I had to keep calling Sprint customer care. The Sprint Customer Care was bad, they never rsolve any issue. They never listen your voice clearly. The Customers are blamed for no reason. I finally again return to my old service provider . Don’t go for Sprint if you want good service. Specially customer service.


Either you will be charged for too much of cost.

I have been a sprint customer for about 6 years, and I absolutely cannot wait to terminate the relationship. I will spare you as many of the details as possible. Suffice it to say, over the years the service has been low average at best, and very disjointed. Each time a simple situation would arise, (activating a new phone, purchasing an upgraded phone, swapping out a phone, getting a return envelope), it required hours and hours of dealing with Sprint employees, many of which are unfriendly and inefficient. There is no synergy between departments and I never felt any true concern from any rep or supervisor or tech that I have dealt with.


I actually get a little sick to my stomach when I know I have to call and deal with Sprint for any reason, I push it off until the last possible moment because it is always so unpleasant; you have to be ugly in order to get the help you deserve.


Here are some of the issues we have dealt with over the duration:



? Sprint sending replacement phones that were broken themselves.


? Sprint unable to activate my brand new, upgrade phone, telling me it was because my MSID # had already been assigned to someone else. How was that possible on a brand new phone? After 3 hours some supervisor figures it out and activates it in 10 minutes.


? Sprint putting an 80$ credit on our account without our permission or awareness in order to ‘sell’ us an upgraded phone. This caused major billing issues later, which required hours of my time to rectify.


? Sprint sending me a Nextel phone for my free upgrade, only realizing when I called to activate it that it was not a device compatible with our Sprint plan. Another night of talking to Sprint for hours.


? Local Sprint stores refuse to ship back defective devices. Local Sprint stores unable to assist in matters beyond simple new plan/upgrades and purchases.


? Sprint billed us 275$ for unreturned equipment, on a phone they are selling for 179$. Not only is that ludicrous in itself, but there is another example of Sprint’s poor service. Our HTC Hero stopped working, so we took it to the local Sprint store. They advised us it was broken, and arranged for a replacement phone and return kit to be sent. They would not, at the store, take back the defective device. The phone and kit came, and within the 30 day return window, we called Sprint to let them know we had lost the return envelope and needed another. We were on the phone with Sprint reps for hours, and after several attempts to ‘email’ us a new return label, there was still no success. The area where the image of the label should have been was blank, with a small red X in the top left corner. We were advised the situation would be elevated. Nothing happened. We went again to the local Sprint store and tried to return the Hero, they would not take it. We went again to the local Sprint store when another employee was working, and he agreed to call customer service for us. Again a new return label link was emailed, this time directly to the Sprint store employee. When he tried to open the label, the image again was missing. He told us they would elevate the situation, again. Last thing he said as we were walking out was ‘Good luck with that’. When we got home I called customer service, and after 2.5 hours, 5+ people, and repeating my story about 8 times, we have this solution: Someone in the ‘tech’ department is supposed to physically mail us another label, today. Also, we have been billed 275$ plus tax for this phone, and won’t see a credit for that until our next bill. Both of these solutions require me to do work, and follow up, versus Sprint doing those things for me. I have no choice, my money is at stake here.

A great company with lots of potential

I signed up with Sprint over a year ago and I have been really impressed with the service, particularly with their calling network. Sprint advertises the only 4G network and I have to say that with the right Smart Phone, the speed and graphics are really amazing. Their $69 everything unlimited plan saves me from my overage fees as well as nearly $40 a month more I had to pay to keep an IPhone with AT&T.


Their phone promotions are great and the general selection is better than I have encountered. I really love the abundance of Smart Phones at reasonable prices. The best thing is honestly their calling network –I have great reception anywhere I go and in Miami that’s something. But I know that having this plan and a great phone, in this day and age, is lucky. But there is an option being offered by Boost’s sister company, Virgin Mobile via Sprint, that has real potential to help a lot of people and should be getting more coverage.


Their “Assurance Wireless” program is being in offered in five states and exclusively to low income, qualifying families and its an amazing deal. Qualifers can get both a phone and 200 minutes, with no fees or contract, for free with the potential to expand their program at. 10 a minute. While the program is new, I can only hope it will expand to more states and people who could also use a plan like this.


I might not be low-income, but the savings would totally help me. While free is a bit much to ask of already loyal customers, maybe Sprint and its parents companies could offer something like this for $10 for everyone – new and old customers alike. 300 dollar deposit

Back in 2006 I had to pay Sprint a 300 deposit for two lines, because I did not have any credit. Well last week I got an email stating that they were giving me back my deposit, but when I read further down the email it was a deposit for 50.00;


I was so upset and so I called them and explained to them that we never received our 300 deposit, that they made a mistake....the customer service rep said to me that they do not have record of my deposit, not only that they put me on hold for an hour and a half. I could not believe that after so many years and making our payments on time, that they would do that. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager told me another different story. He said they cannot look back into 2006 because it is too far back. After explaining to him everything that he asked me all over again,


I was really tired of the running around and I told him I was going to contact the store where I put my deposit at....the guy hung up on me because I asked him when does my contract expire I want everyone to know if you go with Sprint keep all receipts, because you never know when you are going to need it and make sure you right down who you spoke to in Customer Service, because they will try and treat you like garbage. I am changing my cell phone company next month, beyond disappointed.

Untrustworthy & disgraceful

I am a Sprint customer and would advise everyone so STAY AWAY from SPRINT. I had sprint for 6 years I always had unlimited message but...... for some reason I still don't know why because they just kept saying automatic the system canceled my messages they charged me 274.16 extra!!


Because the SYSTEM please!!!!!!!!! I decided to just cancel the service with them but this stupid costumer service lady wanted to give me 35 dollars discount hahahahaha I thought was a joke.They do not care about your issues or there mistakes they have we don't care attitude please don't trust sprint they always hide the extra charges, plus custumer service is the worst ever.

6+ years of poor customer service

I have been with Sprint/ Nextel for 6+ years. The reception is OK. They have the very poor customer service until you decide to cancel with them. Every time I called in for customer support I would get transferred several time because there operators are poorly trained.


When I renewed two years ago I had trouble getting my phone activated so when I called in I must have spent 3 hours on hold and getting transferred.. This year I got a new phone and signed up for unlimited internet. They forgot to put that on my plan. I had to call for 2 months in a row to get them to fix this and a $75 charge. I'm not going to go into how they they hide extra charges for new phones. I will not renew in two years.


You can save a lot of money with them by saying you want to cancel by at the end of your contract. The first time they gave me the phone for free and a $300 credit. This last time I I got a free month. One thing, never buy you phone from a Sprint store. Majority of the stores are owned by Sprint so they will have some kind of mark up they hide as a Sprint charge.

Sprint cell phone service

I have been a sprint customer for over 10 years.  Despite the high prices and lousy phone reception, I have been loyal until recently.  My phone dropped into a public toilet. I wasn't about to stick my hand into the toilet and grab it out.  I called sprint the next day and told them the situation.


I have insurance on my phone and have had it for the entire 10 year span.They told me that they would replace my phone for the $40 replacement charge.  I explained that I had been a long time customer and have never had this happen before. I then asked them to waive the charge.They said "NO".


I refused to pay the cost of a replacement phone and have since cancelled my account with Sprint.  It seems that they are "penny wise and pound foolish". Any recommendations on whom I should sign up with for a cell phone carrier?
