Which one is the bwst for data usage or calls


Network part in one of that is nextel this one not so well abot coverage and the range in abot 4g


So low level network soo far this one how to improve this had been this campany has to lwarn

Hi friends nextel Mobil operation is very bad network and it's services is also very bad. I take also very bad. I take connection on some month ago and I am fully disappointed to this network I don't like this services and them I called to coast rate are high give iam not satisfactor all this problem. I suggested improved the network

This is worst sim card I have ever seen in my life.


The main and very big problem realted to this simcard is the network problem the tower of this simcard will not availabe on every where by which I faces and othes user could many no problem and the calling rate is so high of sim card service.


The customer service and helpline members are treated very badly and many of times the helpline customer care going busy and not attend the call.


The charge rate and netpack and alos sms or value added services is too costly of this simcard. I not fully satisfied with this simcard.

I use nextel mobile operator simcard. This is one of the worst simcard. In the nextel simcard everything is bad and poor. If I talk about the nextel simcard singal strength it is very poor. In my area this simcard signal is very poor. This simcard create many problem for me. When I call any people than because of poor network call cut automatically. And if any people call me than the they told caller is busy and out of coverage. If I talk about there internet service it is very bad. if you use internet.


The speed of the internet is very slow and if you download any song it takes more time. And there call charge and internet charge very high compare to the other simcard. I not recommend any people to use the nextel mobile operator simcard. Because the simcard signal strength is very poor.

Hii friends this is pankaj and today I want to tell you about the Nextel Mobile Operator. So friends first of all I want to tell you the signal strength which is very poor. The call dropped every single time when we called the someone. So I think this is the the worst network ever I have used. But now the signal strength totally poor. Hiii guys. I am rahul. Nextel mobile operator is very bed network and its services is also very bed. I take this connection on some month ago. And now I am fully disappointed to this network. I don't like this network at that time. Because it cut my bal without any serives and thrn I called to costmer care then they don't give a setisfied ans. And don't take any action on my problem and its network are bullshits.

I received Nextel for Xmas after my sister and her company went to Verizon after 7 years with Nextel.Well let me tell you now that everyone switched to Verizon Nextel couldnt be better.No dropped calls,perfect clarity and the direct connect is wonderful.


Now My sis and everyone that works for her wants nextel back.


Once everyone move to Verizon,Nextels airwaves became clear.


I had T-mobile and work at a Home Improvement Store as a rep,if I was in one section it would switch me to AT &T,move I'd be on cingular,in order to get on to T mobile ,I would have to go to the other end of the building and outside.Kept coming up every month with 40-50 dollars in roaming. Their CS is horrible. Never got them straightened out they are still billing me month by month now since my contract ran out. And I switched my number the day my contract expired so I would not get an early termination fee.

Nextel (mobil solutions) lied and deceived us on their service.The customer service people are rude and don't care about you'r problems.They have a contract with words so small you need a telascope to read it and one is not sure what is being read with the language it is written in.Sales people tell you one thing when they should be telling the entire story.Case in point:Two phones with 1200 shared min,$49.99 and $19.99 =$69.98 plus about 10% in taxes is around $80 max per mth but they expect close to $100!We bought 3 phones,then decided that was too many and brought them back the next day.Two days later my wife and mother decided to each get a phone at another plan.We were charged connection fees for 5 phones!!!We never touched the actual phones that were returned!Why didn't they offer us two of the phones that were activated?Why were they activated BEFORE they arrived in the mail(they were not in stock)?Our first bill was almost $300 with less than two weeks use!Our second bill was over$110,Part of this bill was for phones we never used.Talk about ripoff!Like another review said,nextel will say they will credit you for a possible mistake,then it won't show up on you'r bill,then deny they made the credit.A total runaround.How can this happen?Is this legal?So many people in my area have the same problem,Even nextel store people admit their mall stores are ripoff people.No matter how good the coverage is,the people are terrible,keep away for life.

Nextel takes advantage of their consumers

I've had a Nextel since 2001, finally I decided I couldn't afford their outlandish rates anymore and called to have it shut off at the end of my contract. I went on a trip during the week it was suppose to be shut off so I had my Nextel phone forward phone calls to my other cell phone in order to avoid taking two cell phones on the trip in addition to having one being shut off during my trip anyway. I noticed my nextel was still forwarding calls once the contract had expired, as soon as I got back from my trip I called Nextel to find out what was going on. I was told by a customer service rep that there was no record of me ever calling Nextel to have my phone shut off and I would have to pay an additional months worth of service, keep in mind my monthly bill amounts to about $100. I was really upset at this and called Nextel back a couple of days later. The rep told me there was indeed record of my wanting the phone shut off and it was Nextel's fault the phone didn't get shut off so he would get my account credited. When the bill came in there was no credit so I called Nextel yet again to fix the problem. I spoke with a supervisor who told me I had to pay for the extra months service because I used the phone...well duh, they weren't going to credit me for the entire bill just part of it. Who would pay for part of a cell phone bill and not use the cell phone?, no one in there right mind. In addition to that I was never told that the credit would be voided if I used the cell phone. So I asked her to confirm with me that since Nextel made a mistake I was still being held responisble to pay for their mistake, she said yes and I say if you want to deal with that type of company good luck. I will never use Nextel EVER again in my lifetime, through out my years of loyal service to them they left me by taking every dollar they possibly could even if it was unethical on their part. In addition to that I will never use Sprint since they merged with Nextel and took on their bad rep.

Nextel......has the VERY WORST customer service EVER! First of


all you are transferred to 3-4-5 different representatives before


you ever get to talk to anyone who can address your problem.


PROBLEM: Our contract was due to end on 8/16....we called to


cancel contract on the 16th and was told by one of their reps


that we should call back the next day because our contract


expired at 12:01 AM on the 16th. Otherwise, we would be charged


a $200.00 cancellation fee per phone. So, we called back on the 17th


to cancel.....ONLY to be transferred 5 times and told that since we


missed our billing date WE WOULD BE BILLED FOR ANOTHER WHOLE


MONTH or $73.01. They stated that they do not PRORATE billings


and that I should have read my contract before signing.


I have my phone sold and I told them this only to learn that they


can do a FLIP-FLOP on my phone which MEANS....they can bill me


AND the person that I've sold it to since he's a NEXTEL customer


(for the same period). Seems to me that this is just plain crooked!


So.....I guess the answer to my dilemna was I could either pay


$400.00 or I could pay $73.01 whichever was to my liking.


WELL, my conclusion is that this is a company that is to be


watched because they are CROOKED. This is not good business.

We ordered Nextel phones. I asked them to not send them till a certain date. They sent them earlier than asked for. By the time my husband came in off the truck (spent his home time-2 days)and went back out with his phone, then came back home, the cancellation period had ended. They would not work with us in any way. I called their company on several occassions, they were quite rude.They charged us the cancellation fees. I tried to pay in payments,by writing them a check for partial payment, but they would not even let us pay in payments. They turned it into a collection agency even though I had my cancelled checks as proof. We did not want the phones because they did not pick up. The reception was so poor, my husbands work asked him to change cell phone providers.


A piece of string and 2 cans are just as well. I went to a website that tries and settle disputes between a company and customer, Nextel would not answer any letters. This alone says alot of their business ethics. We are now with Alltel and am very happy.

Nextel has worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! If you ask a question online, they make you call. Once you call, expect to be transferred several times and hold for 10-20 minutes or longer. If you are lucky enough to talk to someone, they give you bad information! Needless to say, I am stuck with my contract for an extra two months because of bad info given to me by a rep regarding ''Standby'' mode on my account.


The service is ''okay'' but very expensive for what you get. You will get a lot more bells & whistles with other services at no cost where Nextel will nickel & dime you...

Rich enough to own a Nextel?

I owned the Nextel 1500 for a while and then the Nextel i95c. After two years, I left the service with mixed reviews. First the pros. Custumer Service: Nextel is a great company, with superior customer service and a very courteous, knowledgable staff. They are responsive to their customer's needs. Phone Quality: Overall, this is great. Many of the 1500's are very problematic. There's been bugs in their system that they did not account for, so many of these phones are dysfunctional. However, their most updated phones are great, filled with a fast network, reliable connection, good internet connection, speakerphone and other great features like voice dialing, colored screen. If you can afford to spend $500 on a cell phone, then this is the best way to waste your money. Reception: wonderful. Very rarely does the phone experience bad problems with their connections. Even in tunnels and indoor places, their reception has always been great. Direct Connect Feature. No other cell phones provide the convenience of both cellular communication and walkie talkie. Its great to talk to people without having to dial them. First, this was limited to the other pair of cell that you bought it with. Later it was extended to all Nextel users. Speakerphone- the speakerphone is great for driving, or while waiting for a customer service representative, or while taking in dictation.


CONS.


Expensive: First, for such a great phone, thier phone plans are very expensive. I think they are geared more for fancy people who can afford their ridiculous rates--sometimes soaring to $99 per month, and .35/min extra. Many ugly phones- While their cell phones are pretty, they made a few that are just bad looking. The later editions are cool, but the older versions are huge, bulky and not very pleasing to look at. For the most pamore ''special'' phones, accessible only to the rich and famous members of the community, who are both lucky enough to live by a Bloomingdales, and are fortunate enough to throw their money on a limited edition. Purchasing accessories for this phone is a bit hard too, since many stores do not carry Nextel items and their accessories are not compatible with other phones. Verdict-- Unless you're rich enough, probably not worth it.
