Good product, best looks and shape and size

Performance so good

Hanging problem is no more, Processing speed on internet little bit slow( 2.5/5) for processing, offline work well enough speed

Battery life is average not to high but reaching speed of battery is a best one hardly take 20min to fully charge again.

Display very good graphics awesome, 8gb for better performance.

For students I recommend but for gaming purpose not good u will regret i3 with 4gb is bad combination.

Processor is good and fast.

Not for gaming at all
May 22, 2024 08:13 PM 82 Views

It's a kinda good laptop for office purposes.

I mean it's impossible to play games on it because it lags very much.

I understand that the processor is old, graphical chip is outdated as well and other stuff, but I hopes that I would be able to launch at least old games. They anyway lag.

Still if you need a laptop for office purpose, like to work with microsoft office stuff, to browse information in the net thne it's a good choice. You can freely purchase this laptop for this goal.

Web browsing, document editing and multimedia consumption are among the tasks that the HP Intel Core i3 10th Gen 15-DA3001TU laptop is best suited for. Such tasks as web browsing, document editing as well as multimedia use can be performed satisfactorily with an HP Intel Core i3 10th Gen 15-DA3001TU laptop. For such a purpose, the performance of the 10th Gen Intel Core i3 processor would be sufficient enough while its display with a size of 15.6 inches offers a balance between portability and usability. Nevertheless, it is crucial to compare this model with other options in terms of your specific needs and budgets. This model would be a good choice for someone who wants an inexpensive but quality-assured laptop to meet his basic requirements.

Reliable Everyday Performance
May 19, 2024 03:40 PM 109 Views (via Mobile)

HP Intel Core i3 10th Gen 15-DA3001TU laptop offers decent performance for everyday tasks like web browsing, document editing, and multimedia consumption. The 10th Gen Intel Core i3 processor provides adequate power for these tasks, although it may struggle with more demanding applications or multitasking. The 15.6-inch display is standard for laptops in this price range, offering enough screen real estate for comfortable use. However, it's worth noting that the resolution and color accuracy may not be exceptional compared to higher-end models. In terms of build quality and design, HP laptops generally offer a sturdy construction and a sleek appearance. The keyboard and trackpad should be comfortable to use for extended periods, which is important for productivity tasks. As for connectivity, you can expect standard ports like USB-A, USB-C, HDMI, and an audio jack, providing sufficient options for connecting peripherals and external displays.Overall, if you're looking for a budget-friendly laptop for everyday use, the HP Intel Core i3 10th Gen 15-DA3001TU could be a good option. However, if you require more power for tasks like gaming or video editing, you may want to consider a model with a higher-spec processor and dedicated graphics.

Don't Buy HP Laptops, You'll Regret
Apr 23, 2024 11:38 AM 730 Views (via Mobile)

My name is Rohit Kumar and I am sharing my horrible experience with HP.

Kindly read till the end because at the end you will know how HP waste your time and loot your money.

I purchased HP Laptop PC 15- DA30001TU from HP website in 2019-20.

Everything was good until in 2023, my laptop battery began giving issues.

Battery was draining so fast and wasn't holding any charge for more than a minute. Laptop was shutting down again and again so I went to HP World the computer warehouse in sector 22 Chandigarh.

I purchased laptop battery for 3500 rs in Dec 2023 and the battery did it's best job until April 2024.

Around 15-20 April 2024, I experienced the same issue again. The battery wasn't holding any charge and even when battery was 100% charged and when AC was unplugged, my laptop was shutting down at 90%-95%.

I found some solutions on HP forums and HP website but none of that worked.

I performed battery calibration but it didn't work.

I even started getting bios issue. Bios were getting corrupted each time I turned on the laptop.

I tried to recover bios from USB also but bios were self corrupting.

My power on button wasn't working at some points and I had to turn on the PC with Windows + B + power on button.

After trying to fix the issue myself for 3-4 days, I got frustrated and went to the same shop from where I purchased the battery.

Now remember it was only 4-5 months since I purchased the battery so the battery was in warranty period and I was eligible to claim for free replacement.

At the shop, one of their employee told me that if the battery is swollen it won't be replaced. You need to purchase a new battery.

I argued with them and also show HP website link where it is mentioned that if a battery is swollen under warranty period it will be replaced.

But they keep telling me that I was overcharging the battery and hence I am responsible for swollen battery that's why warranty is void now.

They didn't listen to me and didn't replace the battery. I tried to contact HP customer support and also tried calling them but all failed.

Let me tell you honestly. HP customer services, after sales services are terribly worst. They only make you happy if you are planning to buy a new product but when it comes to repair or replacement they will start ignoring you and looting you.

Since I am an IT employee and I have to work for 8 hours on laptop, it is necessary for me to have a working battery and working laptop all the time.

This issue was affecting my job as well so when I argue with them for half an hour, they told me that they will send the battery for replacement but when I asked them to provide me jobsheet they simply denied.

I already know that they won't send my battery for replacement because they are money minded people.

When I got home I called the customer care and trust me to just have a call with them, it took me 1 hour.

When I spoke to a customer care lady and explained all the worst experience I had, she told me she can assign a technician to check my laptop battery but it can take 5 days.

WHAT THE HELL

5 days to send a technician to my home. What the hell I would do in those 5 days? Do they think even of customers?

I also sent emails to customer care support and technical support and my ticket generated but to my surprise nothing happened.

No callbacks, no email response, no agent assigned, everything is in vain.

This time when I am writing this review, there are lots of thoughts coming into my mind.

Should I wait for 5 days or should I purchase a new battery because I am not able to perform my work. My salary is deducting day by day.

One more thing, I know some people can tell me that I should borrow laptop from my friends for work but the issue is no one is giving me due to their privacy. They are also right in their own way.

If any of my friend faces the same issue, why would I give him my laptop when there would be lots of personal and company data on my drives.

However, this is the issue which is very concerning and that's why I request everyone to please don't buy HP products whether it is laptop or printer.

If you don't trust my review, please do Google and search for YouTube to learn about worst HP services.

Think 100 times to make a purchase with HP.

I will not recommend any company because I don't have any experience with other companies as well. I had terrible experience with HP so sharing my review.

Hope this will help someone save his hard earned money and precious time.
