HCL Laptop Z24- Z2402

Hcl is known for their notebooks but this time this model is totally worthless I used this product few months ago and my experience is so bad this notebook take many time to boot. this notebook is for light work and if you do heavy works it started to hang all system is become freeze after restart through power button then it started to work screen quality is also not good and battery backup is worst very slow processor are used in this notebook of hcl sound is very low while listening music or watching videos and movies.

It is very user friendly. It is very reliable to use. I am very much satisfied by the features of laptop and its hardware and design. Money is very reasonable. It never hangs . Battery backup is also very good. Easy to carry. Very nice Screen display. I bought to complete my all company projects and its is best.

Its a excellent product which is broadly saling in world wide. I buy this product in 2015 till now there is no problem by this one .by this one I can around across the world. Actually I am a trader. Hcl company given me excellent product and make my work easy. So I advice to the public hcl laptops to ensure your work early. In India this product is hot cake. It has very good configuration. ( Ram, hard disk ) if any problem arise with any part s of this product, we can get easily accessories of this product

This model of hcl laptop rough and tough but law standered laptop. This model of laptop easy to use and user friendly. This is very useful for beginner students and which kind of person how is not take serious responsibility for any gadget of electronics. This model is very rough and useful for any type of situation work. I love that kind of gadget which is very tough and durable.

Hellw frnds my review is about the hcl laptops my experience was very bad this company my charger was broken it hang very much and display was black out so dont buy hcl laptop it is not of use any more this company was lacking behind so buy other company laptops like dell hp it contain too many problems any service center do not provide much better facility

HCL Laptop z24 -Z24023

1- It came with vista home edition is not good in now a days and comparision in other

2- its processor is Intel core 2 duo its very old and now a days I family processor came in this budget

3- 1gb DDR 2 Ram it's very low and it's bad in this too

4- 160 GB serial Ata hard-disk is very low disk space for this generation in this range available hard-disk to 1 Tb

5- 14.1 inch display is not good in this range

Overall specification is old for this price lots of improved specification available in the market

So it's old variant in my views

Hello friends today iam sharing my experiance with you all about saying the about hck laptopz24 it is very good lap for the middle people but it had the goof screen amd good price to pur hase but these laps are some has ther gtapic cards some are not having the graphic cards it is very good to use in every day lif but

in some times it will be suddenlu stoped so in that cases so many users grt promlems with thesedefect so theselaptop of the hc battery is not bad but iy gives thr good battery backup

I purchased the laptop of hcl. It was working perfectly when I purchased it. After some time I was getting deficits related to hardware. I repaired laptop one day. After repaired it works fine for 1 month only again I was facing hardware issues panel of the laptop was totally damage. Again I thought I have to repair it. Repaired it again. After repaired the laptop it worked only 15 days. Finally I purchased new laptop of hp . so I had bad experience with HCl laptops. Bad materials they used to prepared the laptops. My laptop only 3 year old. They need to work on hard parts.

Few years before I bought this laptop for my sister. After some couple of month it started hanging all the time. Its display and speaker quality are very poor and its battery durability is worst which getting switch off after 1 hour or before, many times I went to service center but same problem has been happened again. It is totally wastage of money for buying this laptop. I suggest that not to buy this laptop.

I bought this HCL laptop x34-z2402 just before two months but working system is Very slow and time consuming.There are such more problems besides hang of the cpu, like audio quality of speaker is Very poor and not clear.

I don't understand why they are not providing good quality services at customers care center.because when customers problems not getting solved at phone in customers care number, they should solve problems for customers satisfacton.

I would definately not suggest hcl lapto to my friends and public and suggest to choose good brand

When I used this product it becomes warm and fan makes too much noice. Its also starts hang. Speaker quality is very poor without earphone nothing is audible. Web is decent but otherthings are not good. Overall hardware performance is very low. This is totally wastage of money. Service qaulity os also very poor.

On mt last birthday.my father gifted me a hcl me laptop.i must say.the performance is sexy.also its display width is very thin which makes it more sexy.the mouse pad is very sensitive.and because of this its ease to use this laptop.it also got one direct helpline button.by which you directly connect with the hcl costumer care.so no need to worry.Its perfect.and supports all types of microsoft windows.So I would recomend this to all of you.very sexy

Worst Customer service response

I am lodging a complaint with HCL customer care for my HCL Laptop. The CS executive had instructed me to take the laptop to the Chinchwad Laptop Centre - House of Laptops. Actually, the issue regarding the CD/DVD reading sarted from the 3rd day of purhcase date, since, at that time the issue was ignored. Now, my laptop is 1.4 years old and the issue has raised upto the fluctuation of Monitor & Body also has got damaged while serivicing in the Chinhcwad Centre.

As, I told them to send it to the Auhthorised HCL Service Station but they refused for the same and they purposely sent it the Vanaworie Centre which I was not at all intimated, at that time The service center has quoted an amount of Rs.5800 /-+ Service Charges of Rs. 750 /- which is not at all accepted.At that time I was ready to pay for the same but he refused for returning the parts which was repairable and also he was not ready for giving the bill.

And the main thing which I should like to discuss with you'all is that eveytime whenever I lodge the complaint I am handed to a different guy. Since, i'm an Consultant, i'm not able to present the presentation to my Customer's, i'm having a gr8 loss,

Who is responsible for it ?

I get it after passout of my twelth exam, its a great laptop which runs from 4 years without a single damage, I need a second laptop so I buy Hcl laptop Z24- Z2402.

But it feels a expensive purchase, I purchase it from local market at around Rs 50000 approx.yes it fulfills my basic need of laptops, like internet surfing, microsoft office and for watching videos or movies on a wide screen, it have 15 inch screen, and it is good for watching hd movies or videos.

But its not good for gaming, it supports only old games not a new one, like sleeping dogs or watch dogs it doesn't support it, by investing a big amount approx. Rs 50000.it have inbuilt 1.3 mega pixel camera and an inbuilt camera for video chatting.

It is good for video chatting.so by my experience it is good for basic functions of laptop or desktops but not have advanced features by investing a big amount rs 50000, so please dont buy it, you will feel it as a expensive purchase as I feel, please buy laptops from shopclues.com or amazon.com, they gives exclusive deals everyday.
