I purchased the latest model of dell studio recently .since I am a designer by profession and I work on different softwares,

this laptop is really really easy to operate, light weight so its easy to carry, specially for people who travels a lot.

DELL has always been my choice as it comes with a good number of features.

IT HAS ONE SMALL ISSUE . heats up after working for an hour .

though it can be resolved by using external fan support,

overall its good for people from design or some other creative field.

I liked this product because of 2 factors: performance is good and video graphics is perfect. Overall laptop is good, but the touch pad is not properly glued to the base. In general, I am satisfied.

I bought this laptop from an online website in June 2018. When buying this laptop, I get one year warranty from this company. The laptop came to me within 7 days. I use it approximately 5 months then I noticed that the laptop keyboard was not working, then I call these laptop companies customer care. And I call them this laptop keyboard problem I was then informed by customer care, they said me that a a technician would come to my house and repair the laptop. Two days later, a technician come to my house and tried to to repair the laptop. But the technician failed it repair the laptop. And the technician told me that he had to take the laptop to the service centre and then repair it. Then he took the laptop to the service centre and 10 days later the laptop was repaired but after using the laptop 2 for 3 days, The same problem is again.

Dell support is the worst support centre.the executives are just not competent.

when I called for a keyboard replacement, the call executives crashed my PC by suggesting the wrong options. my PC went into Automatic Repair ( blue screen) .

i had asked them to recommend a service centre, but they kept telling me that I needed to follow their procedure with which I wasted over 2 days.after which they could resolve the issue.and then gave me a service centre no.

To think I brought. a premium laptop because of the support services!

better not to buy DELL. expensive and substandard laptops. they just give u touch screen and compromise on core laptop hardware, like keyboard. also as mentione dabove their service is very mechanical and just give the option he can see on the screen.

I bought dell studio laptop 6 year ago till today I dont got a single issue not even a single. laptop works smoothly . Its features and design is perfect as well as ir looks like a gaming laptop . Today I want to Write a review today about Dell studio. It's looking is good but it work is very bad. I buy this laptop in46000rupees. After some days from buying it create many problems. Its battery backup is very bad and front camera ispoor its sound effects is not pleaseable. Its shutter speed is very low. It has got problems many time. The product itself is abunch of issue. This is a bad quality product I waste my money with this product don't waste your money and valuable timeon it. Thanks.

1 speed of laptop slow.

3 waste of money.

I bought this laptop around one year ago. It was nice and fast for first six months but later on I found some issues in it.

I was watching a movie and my lappy suddenly got shut down showing a blue screen. I talked to one of my friend request who has done hardware engineering and he resolved the problem. This problem again arrived last week and this time my warranty period was void. I visited service center but they told this is a motherboard problem and may cost around 3000 to 4000 rupees. Again I consulted with my friend and he resolved the problem for which I had to pay 2000. He also advised me sell it out as this problem may arrive again.

I was never expecting this from a reputed brand like dell.

I am not at all satisfied with this product. I have just wasted my money on it.

I bought this laptop few months ago, so I wish to share my review.

This dell laptop is very excellent for programmers not for gamers.

The battery backup is very nice.This system consist of long lasting battery.

This laptop DELL studio 1558 comes with inbuilt wifi and bluetooth which is a basic need for each and everyone.

This bluetooth is not only used for transferring but it also used for connecting wireless devices like keyboard, mouse and wireless speakers.

This system has INTEL i3 core processor and INTEL i5 core processor too.

This laptop is very convinient for the new users and it is user friendly.This laptop is running in a very smooth manner.

The design of this laptop is very stylish and consist of 4 gb RAM and 500 gb hard drive with display of 15.6 inches.

The customer support of this brand is very good.

The price of this laptop is very reasonable and this laptop is very worthfull for their price.I am using this laptop few months but I dont find any issues in that.

So I suggest all to buy this laptop for easy browsing and programming.it is really fantastic.

Hi friends.here I am going say my true opinion about this dell studio 1558 laptop.i am usong this laptop for the past five years.i am facing only one problem.that is batery problm.after five three years my laptop batery gets damaged and its indicates me to change battery.but still I am using same battery.after power its stands for 10minitues.so this time more useful me to shoutdown the product.few day before only I got another problem in graphis ATI chip problem.now I changed and working very smoothly. I have faced a very bad issue with dell studio 1558 laptop. I bought this just before 2 months ago. I want to tell you that this is not a good laptop after all. You can buy other laptop. In our online market everything is available on online. So if you wish to buy a new laptop with great specifications and great design you have many options. You can search online as well as you can get it from offline.

There is a chance of high price if you buy it from local market. Now online is trusted market and  on online price is also cheap. As a dell product it is very reliable laptop. But it can not be handled by first timers. If you will use this at first time then you should choice another laptops. I have faced a problem with it`s screen brightness. Screen brightness is become unadjustable. After a month of use. Design is also not liked by me. Formal and the same old design. Their service support is all correct.

Hello friends I am sharing my review on this Dell Laptop which I bought 4 months ago.Since I started using mouthshut.I thought I should tell you my experience of this laptop.

When I bought this laptop I was bit excited to use it.After all it was my first laptop.It was pre-installed with Windows 10 64 bit, It is having 4 gb ram and a integrated graphic memory.

While using it for daily tasks like Net Surfing, watching movies and casual gaming.It use to get heat up quickly after using it for small tasks, etc.According to me it should not get heated up like this.Sometimes it use to get shutdown while I was doing my work.After facing this problem I contacted to the service and support team of Dell.They didn't replied me well and gaved me wrong instructions, due to which my laptop started making some kind of noise and got shutdown automatically.When I told him about this unfortunate problem.He started blaming for this problem and talked with me rudely.He didn't treated me well.I was not satisfied with the service they provided.

Realiability of this laptop is not that too good.Design of this laptop is good.Laptop is user friendly, but due to the problem I was not able to use it for long.According to me it was having manufacturing defect.But they didn't replaced my laptop with new one blaming me for the problem.

Its not a value for money product.It was my worst and first laptop experience.Its a wastage of money.I was not satisfied with the laptop and the way there service and support team.
