I feel this review is:
Many times customer services is not reachable. Finally if you are able to contact customer care they always give you 24 hrs window. Every time you call with precious complain they will tell you they are escalating the issue to senior but same story repeat . I have this experience as many as 11 times.
This is their standard answer. If possible go for Airtel/jio fiber if available in your area. If not, then choose mtnl /bsnl. If it is also not there go for best mobile network only.
Speed wise mostly download speed is same as mention by them in plan. Surfing speed vary too much. So no complain for it. But internet suspended frequently. This take many times to resolve. In my case it took 22 days also ( worst case)

I am in Ravet Pune, using IDEA broadband from last 3 years, recently no internet issues are coming frequently,
Customer care not taking calls - a boring repeated voice on Covid excuse. Surprise on what idot level executive they have.
Complaint lodge through selfcare not responded.
I am feeling help less!
My experience is saying their system is completely broke down, no ground level persons available to attend the calls and resolve the issues.
Please please don't waste your money on Idea Broadband service.
I am using idea sim from 14 years.it has very slow internet speed.sometimes it does not show network .it is a very cheap network.Internet is not provided properly on this network.i have a very worst experience on this.

Disconnected April 2019.After disconnecting broadband service waiting for my refund from last 6 months. Everytime new excuse and new promise. Fade up of following up now.Even speed and service is not good. You can use your mobile data but donot go for idea broad band. Worst service ever had. Very disappointing service. So many phone calls i made. I think idea should compensate my mobile bill also. I dont know even company want to return money or not.

This is the worst, worst, worst, worst, worst, worst, worst, worst, worst, connection I ever used. 1rst thing they will never give you a complaint number unless you ask them 100 times. Second the will never tell you there is an outage at their end. 3rd they will acknowledge on call but you need to be smart to take the the ticket number on your registered mobile/email. Else they will never acknowledge there was an outage. unless you have some strong evidence that will prove there was an outage.

I opted for Idea Broadband connection in Pimple Saudagar from some "lady" called Minaz. Worst experience ever!
Slow speed, high cost and plans not changeable.
Got fedup and made repeated requests to close my connection.
They didn't arrive when I was told and when they finally closed my connection, I was told my bill arrears would be adjusted against my deposit.
One fine morning, I realized that I have bee n reported to Lokadalat. Everyone is clueless about my deposit or complaint and that lady Minaz didn't send anyone to collect money as promised. I was harassed at every step and Minaz was shameless and rude to me.
Avoid Idea at all cost.
Had a nightmare dealing with Idea folks. In spite of brand name, the service is atrocious, there is no flexibility for plans, customer service is a bunch of rude, uneducated people.
Too much hassle and red tape even to get them to disconnect their service.
I am dealing with this nightmare, do not go through it at any cost!
They took Rs 1000 for installation. There technicians couldnt connect internet to two of my laptops via broadband cable and also via wifi router. I couldnt surf the internet for a single day. They didnt return the installation charges and to save any further losses, I had to immediately terminate the service. Worst experience ever!
I have a Idea internet broadband wifi conection of idea and I am using it since 2 yers, I dont know why I m using this till now.well that my mistake.
So the conection is poor.always disconect from his acses point dont know why and speed is also very low.i m using with 4mbps plan the give me only 2mbps speed.what is .this .? They just says the speed is good but in real its not.
And I have router provided by idea that cant give a range in my home very pooar signals fron router .i m very dispointing on this.
I. Need to restart router always to get internet conectin.
And brodband conectin is also cuts off evry 2/3 days.and gets poor speed. Dispointed.

he took money from me and used my for his personal purpose
Without any official process even he not gave me the receipt
And from last 3 months I am arguing with to refund my money.
Very bad service . They are cheaters . Worlds biggest cheater.
Please pepople don't use idea service ever .
Case on them and shut it down .
Support team is even worse. They don't understand anything. No network. Worst bad useless I don't have even words for idea service .

Hii guys , I am Sushanth and I am here to share me experience I had with idea broadband.
I live in Anantapur, a district in Andhra Pradesh
When I bought a new laptop for my education purpose I thought of having a good broadband connection, coz I know wireless connection can't be compared with wired connection, I took a idea broad band connection even though I know bsnl is the best broadband in our town, I thought that less traffic is high speed, but I did had a çlue I was going to suffer a lot with this network, the network speeds are always stay below 60 to 80 kbps, I checked my connection twice with his engineer, but the speed they boost didn't last atleast a day or two, but at night times it goes up to 300 kbps, some times, I cannot even open xda developer site at day time but I can download a torrent at night
I was so disappointed with the network and thought to disconnecting with it añd I went to idea office and found that the idea office itself is using bsnl broadband.
Now I am happy with bsnl

I am sharing my views about the internet service provider. we can see that there are many broadbands which gives internet service and I chosen idea broadband about 1 year ago and see the problem. it is worst ever broadband and connection of this broadband is not reliable. Then I thought it internet speed will be good but unfortunately I realised that internet speed is also slow. They does not provide the better services to their customer and do false promises that they have very best broadband connection. I think we should not use this broadband connection.
Idea broadband is such a not useful broadband. I was setup idea broadband in my home before 6 hour for surfing internet and connected with my familes but the speed and connectivity is very poor. in vedio calling through internet is very bad, its speed is 50 to 60 kbps, which is very low.
the device connectivity in idea broadband is very bad and time taking for connection.
it take 7 to 9 min in connection to other device through wifi.
service of idea broadband is very bad and the service provider team is also bad and support team not work for the connection and speed problem.
I am using this broadband from 5 months ago. they charges very high the plane of 5 MBPS wifi but it didn't provide even 2 MBPS of speed. the service is very poor in case of idea. this is provide poor connectivity to customer care. it is a very slow network provide to customer. this is worst ever service and billing system so beware of this idea. their ides is to just make people and take the money.
Hi friends today I want to review about Idea Broadband service friends in past I am using BSNL broad band but its won't work properly then friends told me about idea I am not sure about it but never use idea service then I think lets try it who knows its make different, but I was wrong because its a worest service ever I see its bad then bsnl I invested in lots all the equipment was new.
Its very expensive for a student even its speed a like 2g mobile its my mobile phone give better speed then this one like what I choose I don't I am wasting my money totaly got dissapointed that in india that much of frude it will not tolerate, I will also talk to there service provider they always say sir from here there is no problem and all, its ok we refresh from here.
when I call a new operators will pick up my phone and I have to tell them always from begging that was really irritated me.
never use this service.
I used idea broadband service for 8 months and I never felt so frustrated with any other broadband service like I felt using this one.
There is no browsing speed and sometimes it doesn't even load google homepage.
With the subscription of 4Mbps plan( in Pune) the speed I am getting is less than what I used to get ages ago with 2G network.
Idea I don't understand why you guys are running this broadband division.? May be make a fool of the public.!
Forget about downloading movies when a simple mp3 song of 5-6 MB takes 30 min to download. It really frustrates a lot.
In addition to the above, there is no such thing like customer care, the only thing they tell us to tackle the problem is to plug in-out the wires. Really?
I would advice please do not go for IDEA BROADBAND SERVICE until unless you want to check how slow speed internet can irritate you.!
RATINGS: VERY VERY POOR
I have taken a internet plan for this network worth 1 MBPS and I have got same speed but downloading speed is little bit slow.
no doubt, connect is so reliable for me because its service is so good and yet I dont got any problem, regarding the connectivity.
its service is good and customer support is also very good, there are I THNK 100+ team members ready to support their customer.
overall it is good, you can buy it.

Here is my personal experience on ldea Broadband conection in banglore location.
I like this ldea Boadband because l am using ldea Broadband, intetnet speed is very high and good compear to other Broadband companys. There are two type Broadband one is router and second is modem.modem is only connect computer and router can connect more than 2 computer laptop wireless and internet speed is 1mbps to 10mbps according price.overall plans and internet speed is very good l like this ldea Broadband service.

1) last 2 months back I used idea broadband but really I was disappointed about the speed of the idea broadband.the internet speed is very low .idea broadband they will charge High amount from the customers
2) customer service was not good . some times they didn't respond to the customers
