Speed is ok and reliability is also just ok.
Here's the real problem.
For online reservations of any sort with heavy competition, like amarnath / Sabari mala / tirumala darshan and train bookings or child's summer camp training booking, it is
only ULTRAFAST FIBRENET users who will succeed and not broadband or 5g because of speed difference. By the time we load details, fibrenet users complete bookings.
Bsnl and Chennai telephones authorities must know very well of above-mentioned reality because they are experts. Yet BSNL AND CHENNAI TELEPHONES FIBRENET ACCOUNT have a very high price tag such that no poor family could afford even though prices of switches, routers, optic cables etc have been tumbling down steadily. In other words, we the poor, get nothing but we pay GST even for air we breathe.
Moment we raise the topic of Bsnl Chennai telephones FIBRENET for poor at a much lower cost, we notice that men and women of wealthy families eat our heads like a pack of wolves.

BSNL is government operated broadband and mobile service provider company. The broadband service of BSNL is so so in villages and satisfactory in cities. Poor service of customer service is a weak point of this service. Use this service if there is no option or you need low tariff broadband services.
Admittedly, BSNL is known for good network cases in the country. But will it remain only for the urban areas? It is not good in villages or towns. A lot of improvement is needed.

Guys, when n number of private companies offers variety of plans with a very reasonable rates, bsnl continues to offer stringent plan provided with a phatectic service. I couldn't imagine such a big Indian firm couldn't act smartly.. May be this are happening with some purpose that they don't want to exit as firm in few years from now.. And to fully let the private companies to flourish on its own.. God knows...
I would like to share a genuine issue I am having since recent times. I am using Bsnl Services around from 2-3 years but when recently due to increasing my data usage I got Upgraded my internet plan. But from the following month, I faced the problem of discontinuation of internet service suddenly, after further inquiry I came to know that it was happening due to due payment of bill, but the problem was that I was not getting any bill( by post) like before and Bsnl was directly stopping my internet service without any notice and it still happens at month end.
Because of this, the problem is that I don't know when the service could stop and I don't even know the due date to make the payment of the bill.
Internet speed is also fluctuating and is not as promising as the Bsnl claims.
Service & Support are acceptable except the above problem mentioned.
Still, I will prefer and suggest other to get an internet service from a private internet service provider to get faster and more
Hi I am from Gorakhpur.in my city bsnl performance is better .i receive more than. 1 Mbps .but in bsnl broadband there is fluctuation in network .i never face sever problem .and bsnl internet rate is also cheap and easier to get connections in rural area
But bsnl support team not performing well. When I faced some problems I call to bsnl customer care but they not try to solve my problem they only say after 24 hour your problem was resolved . Please bsnl improve your technical support.
BSNL may be providing very good quality service.
but in small town and rular area BSNL is not so good. BSNL have a best spectrum in india, although serviice of BSNL is providing very slow internet speed .
if the connection is of 1 MBps than also speed is around 100 kbps only
maintenance of BSNL is not quite good
and whenever I call at customer support center than I am always in que.
I m using BSNL broadband .and only I want to suggest that if you want that your internet connection would not be slow Down or interrupt in 15 - 15 minitues batch than never take the BSNL broadband connection
This broadband service are not good to use and I not satisfied to use this network becouse I used this broadband service last few months and this network are not provide a good service to me and I facing a many connectivity issue to use this broadband network. This broadband speed are too slow to use and not work properly.
When I try to connect to the internet this network service are not connect to the internet easiler as well as always server down to use there network. It is a not good for heavy uses according to my plan are good but this broadband service are not provide proper speed to me.
I was complained about connectivity issue on customer support but this service are not provide good solution to me also.
Overall this broadband service are not good to use and I not recommended to use this worst network as well as not worth for money.

The main problem with bsnl broadband is there is no continues connectivity.any time the can be gone.therefore I can not trust on bsnl broadband.bsnl is providing good speed on its broadband and the teriff plan are less expensive than others.
The staff is not supportive.i complaint many times that why dont you people fix my problem compleletly and permanently they always answer there is some cable problem and we can not replace whole the underground cable and after every 2 days there is cable cut.
They resolve the problem but takes as many days as untill u force them to reslove it soon by complaining agaian and again.
Hello friends good evening today I will tell you about a data one broadband which is of Indian one.bsnl is having a good name in India because BSNL is run by our Indian government so it is very good.bsnl data one broadband service is very good.the problem we face of Bsnl is that it does not have a very good network at some places like at villages.in cities we have a good network.the price of a calling charge , net surfing and messages is low.the customer service of Bsnl is very good In comparision with other company operator.

Well I am looking for broadband to setup it at home . I asked about it from my lots of friends and relatives than one of my friend advised to bought bsnl dataone broadband setup . he gave lots of compliments about this broadband so I boughyt it .
I used it and I found that it is not as effective as I thought . it gave speed for some time after that the speed become very slow .it takes lots of time to open even a single page . it is just a waste of money . it is very expensive . the performence of this broadband is very poor.

Hello friends today I want to share my experuence with BSNL Datone Broadband. Recently I planned to install this for internet service at my home but since then it had been a headache for me. The speed of internet is very slow. Before installation they promised a speed of 10 mbps but since I had installed it I never got speed more than 1 mbps. Their customer and service support is also worst. Whenever I complaint them about tgis slow speed they always make excuses by saying that it is only for two days. Hence not at all supportive.
As the speed is slow and alsi connection tends to disconnect several times during critical conditions the network is also not reliable.
Hence in totoal I would not recommend his broadband to you as it is not upto the mark.
I am not happy by work of BSNL as I am not getting services for what am I paying. I use plan of 1.5K in which I supposed to get a speed of around 2 Mbps but I hardly recieved 500 kbps. So speed is very bad.i would say.
Connection is not reliable it disconnects in every 10 to 15 min so I cant enjoy movies or any work on net. But biggest problem is worth service whenever I try to know the reason for such low speed they often make silly escuses. Which are not acceptable.
They are not going to listen customers friends pls don't use such connection.
BSNL always gives me bad experience due to that reason I dont trust in this network anymore.
Its speed is so minimum that many users either move to another network or use it as Secondary network.
BSNL is so old company. It has million of users all over India. It should work in speed of its ISP connection. Its connecting reliability is so weak that many users feel disappointed so much.
It should enhance its service and support too. This network connection should stand on its customers expectations by its fast service and support.

Bsnl data broadband service internet service, I told you that friends never buying this dataone brodband.
some months ago my brother friend also buying this bsnl broadband , really friends many times it does not working good.
customer service is also that too bad friends, like that notorious / extremely bad service of bsnl broadband.
this broadband speed is not much good and many users not connected with this device in one time.
this broadband plans is expensive friends, but friends many people dislike thus broadband services.
We had used BSNL Dataone Broadband for about year till we started using a data card, we had a very good plan rate of BSNL as some speed of INTERNET for the first few month the speed was queit reliable but then going foreword the speed decreased very badly the Internet pages were too much time to load the pages very bad speed when we contacted the bnsl customer service they had done some settings with the broad band but even after that the problem was not cured really bad BSNL service
I have a connection of BSNL Data one Broadband service at my home it's always running slow I m complaining in telephone exchange and then its providing me a good speed but after one or two days same issue that's why I bought a new Airtel data card and I wanna remove connection of BSNL it is a low speed network in my town
BSNL broadband is always provide high speed internet.its network always available everywhere.its tariff plan are also very attractive.they always chagre a reasonable rates and provide their best service to all customers.in rural area it also provide its high speed internet service.its the first internet broadband company who provide frist time internet in india.connection always top class.if they serve their level best for more high speed internet they able to capture more customers.
