I have use a bsnl fiber connection h. Bohut ghatiya speed hai jase 2g phone ke speed hoti h wase he bohut bohut bohut bohut he ghatiya connect hai 1 app. Down. Hone m 15 mint leta h jabki speed 70mbps btai thi. Or mobile data se same app. 2 sec. Mai down. Ho jati h koi BSNL walo ko speed btao

Bsnl customer service is toooo bad. Internet connection also not good. We took 200mbps plan. But only we are getting 14 mbps. When raised a complaint through customer service, there is no proper response. Without resolving the issue, they just closed the complaint. Their service s. There is no value for money what we are paying. It's been more than 3 weeks, scince we raised a complaint. The issue is still not resolved.
It's the one of worst(bsnl broadband connection goa) ?? connection I ever faced in my life every month they have a excuse internet service problm chal raha hai ... Within 48 hrs me resolve karenge but they never turn up.... I suggest go for other connection but not for this... Thank you for you'll worst connection

I usually don't write reviews .Now, I'm really disappointed by the customer service of bsnl . Internet connection, service, and overall poor service. Please don't take bsnl connection.
BSNL has one of the worst connection ever, you use it for half a month and poof, the wi-fi get really slow, this is definitely not a choice if you are especially interested in Gaming. Overall it just sucks
It's bsnl broadband internet is not worthy for money. It's dead slow and connection reliability. I think it's not worthy broadband network service.
I used to face a lot of problems as there is no tower for any of the operators in my area , I used to face lot of problem regarding internet then I opted BSNL broadband till date I haven't received any problem regarding my internet.
It is the worst internet service provider I have ever used. Goes all of a sudden and does not come back for hours. I have sent at least 50 complaints on this matter but they never send anyone to fix it and the internet light is always red. They give excuses saying that they're doing work on it which is bullshit. I strongly advice you to stay away from their horrible service and invest a little more in something else. 0/10 internet speed. I have the 100mbps plan but I still 5mps download and 0.2 mbps upload
Worst network ever... waste of time and money.. I hv 100mbps data plan and it gives speed of 1 mbps... i will suggest to do not go for it...
And the service is very very bad..
We feel that we will select govt internet service provider BSNL but I have own experience since 1 year to using every week one or two days internet will disconnect and we will follow to raise complaint, they will not pick the call, if send message also they will start respond 11am that working days and they will give time line 10 to 1 day also it will not work, our time and our money is wast to select BSNL internet connection so better to use other other network.
At list BSNL team need to improve service to customer than only will get trust. I guess this will not happen because this govt company there will not care anyone so that it will not even improve there services.
I pay around Rs. 1000/- every month and still couldn't get a decent service. The connections breaks everyday it's like a routine everyday the connection will break 2-3 times half n hour for each time, speed drops down to 2G randomly. If you're attending online classes or you've a online job never ever go for bsnl or you wanna play online games it's gonna be a horrible experience your ping will bump up to 600-1000 ms randomly that completely rages me never ever think about bsnl. NOT EVEN IN YOUR NIGHTMARES .TO BE FRANK IT IS A NIGHTMARE TO BE A BSNL CUSTOMER. Unfortunately, no other service provider is present in my area so I'm bearing with bsnl.
I have a BSNL broadband connection with a landline. BSNL almost ruined my printing business, on a daily basis I depend my mobile data for internet. My phone is dead for long, called all customer cares, but nobody cares. But i pay rent (no it is close to ₹500 per month) for nothing. They cheat their customers with poor or no service, irresponsible behaviour, nonuse billing (you must pay if problem is with them also, I paid for all lockdown months without a single day use) and so on. Now I am exhausted, wanted to take revenge against this rogue company. I am collecting all evidences of cheat against them. I am sure one day I will file a suit against them and claim a huge sum for the damage.
From the initial payment itself they will start their fraud works. They gave it their connection to many franchise teams. Franchise team will talk about the connection in diffrent way. Once we try to contact BSNL regarding any issue they will start their drama. noone accept their fault. I took the plan of 1200. They said will provide landphone connection, Hotsat, 200 mbps network. I cant even do a whatsapp call. They didnt provided any hotstar or land connection. Billing is completely irrelavant. For 200 rupees to be paid, I paid 2400 rs. I disconnected the connection by paying 2400. Still everytime I recieve messages saying due amount. Due to covid pandemic cant go to BSNL office. No-one pics up the call. none respond to mails. Even after disconnecting the services . They are sending me bills and I disconnected because these network was not working properly. It was their daily scene. They took security which they are not ready to adjust, not ready to disconnect the services on cutsomer care calls. They wanted me to come to office in such a covid time. worst Government services ever #ChutiyaModi.#FuckIdianGovt.

BSNL Broadband is very slow connection in my area. Very bad connection. Im not happy with. Very very wrost one. So that im not using now.

If you are looking forward to take this wifi at your place, I request you to please opt for other option because this bsnl broadband is too much troublesome.
The user will have to face lot of network problems and you would end up with half or nothing of your work done if you depend on this broadband.
Bsnl is going from bad to worse. Forget about their very slow bandwidth, in the last three months we get a weekly breakdown when services totally stop and besides reporting it online there is no other way, one can complain. After trying once to call on the numbers given online we got custom service agents from three different states who had no clue about the problem. They could not give us any local numbers either. When we tried going to the local centre it was shut with a vague notice put up outside. Sometimes the problem is resolved within a few hours. This time it was more than 3 days. This is just ridiculous. Time to look for another option.
