Hello guys my name is Fahad Hussain. I pay an amount to install BSNL broadband service in my house . I Must tell you guys this is the worst product that I have ever explaining in this platform. Customer care of BSNL haven't sense of manners that how to deal with their customers and how to talk properly , they talk disrespectfully . Internet got slump down in every hour and hour. And the Bill still coming I got frustrated why because I am not using their internet but I am still paying the bill which is unjustified. Whenever I tried to call a customer care service they sometimes reject my call and sometimes not resolve my problem. I just you guys please don't install this broadband in your own house because this is not worth it and this is the totally waste of time and money also.
I have been using BSNL broadband for a year now. I am getting good average speed. You tube runs smoothly. Normal browsing is good. However, in some devices Wi-Fi do not connect properly. Gets no internet frequently.

If there an option for half star I would love to give it to BSNL. Repeatedly we are getting network issues. Especially Pondicherry branch. When I called the office there is no response. When I called the official, he is speaking rudely. Then to whom should we ask? We pay the bill every month without fail. But there is no proper response from their side. If there is a problem, we have to wait until the issue is cleared even if it takes hours together. The tele-calling people are irresponsible here. They don't know the basic decency of speaking to a customer. Initially before getting the connection they speak very politely. Later they are shouting for everything we ask. Not recommendable. Please don't go for it. Choose something better.
I took a broadband connection it won't work at all.
Net not working and telephone is also dead but still bill is coming.
For small reasons also they fight with you and whole installation of broadband they cause a big havoc to us.
Never opt for it.
Waste of money and time.
I am from sultanpur ( mp) itna jyada ghatiya wifi hai na itna jyada kisi ko suggest nahi krugi ki ghar me lagwalo Issey jyada speed toh mere daily data m hoti agar khatam hojae toh bhi maraa maraa chal jata h wifi se better aadey din toh network he nhi hota ghatiya network
Consistently inconsistent network. TAT to resolve any issue is minimum 2 days. There is no reliable customer support team. The person assigned to the society doesn’t respond and act.
And it is a hassle to get the service disconnected.

It's really the worst internet provider in the world. Also employee are more worst then this company. Why government is still running it. It must be shutten down 1000 year ago.
I had taken BSNL connection on 20th May2020 for 50mbps speed. Paid 3000Rupees for modem and advanced 749 rupees received hand bill from them on 22th May 2020. First 2 months I received 25mbps speedand I visited BSNL office later field engineer came to my home and and take back my router for service and utilized connection for 8 months finally submitted disconnection letter and paid remaining dues as well after 2.5 yrs I received notice from LOK ADALT stating that 14500 rupees pending due and I asked reason they said that is rental modem you need to return. How come they updated as rental when customer paid for product to the vendor office Jayel satvision located near Sri niketan school. Don'ttake bsnl connection my humble request whoever using connection keep all the bills handycompany can do anything influence of Government.
Bsnl is very bad sim for gamres . Goverment has to fast the network speed . The network is low so dont buy.

My experience with BSNL WiFi has been disappointing. The network quality is consistently poor, with frequent drops and slow speeds, making it frustrating to use. Adding to the frustration, their customer care support seems non-existent. Whenever I tried to reach out for assistance, I was met with long waiting times, unhelpful responses, or no response at all. As a customer, it's disheartening to deal with such issues and not have a reliable support system to rely on. I would not recommend BSNL WiFi due to these shortcomings.

I have been with virgin media over 10 years and I have had an intermittent fault for almost a year with my broadband service that results in internet downtime and connection problems.
Petty virgin media refuses to change my 5 year old router which they constantly tell me to reboot everytime I call you to report the fault.
Their customer service are not helpful and slow to reply or act on problems on your service. You can't speak to anyone in person as all communication with virgin technical team is done via text messaging.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, SAY AWAY FROM THE CRAPPY BROADBAND SERVICE FROM VIRGIN MEDIA
My Experience with BSNL broadband is worst. I took connection of BSNL broadband before with a hope but from starting, the service has been plagued with numerous issues that have left me frustrated and dissatisfied
issue no 1: The speed of the broadband connection is abysmal. Despite paying for high-speed connection plan I got always slow and inconsistancy network. simple task like video downloading take so much time with constant buffering and interruptions.
Issue no2:The reliability of the service is questionable. The connection frequently drops without any warning, leaving me disconnected from important online activities.
issue no3: The customer support provided by BSNL is severely lacking.When I rach out theier support team to convey the issues, i am met with unhelpful apathetic responses.
overall my experience with BSNL Broadband is worst.
Very bad experience. Compliant registered and nobody attended it even after 24 hrs. Finally I have decided to raise a request for disconnection where I am wasting my money for irresponsible service. We can’t raise it in email and to go bsnl office for disconnection. That is another pain to take a day off and go. These guys are never ever be customer friendly. totally poor service in telephone and broadband. I never recommend to other for bsnl

Very bad Broad band Connection, I have written and submitted a request to cancel my bsnl broad band service, but the manager(Vattapara) did not accepted it. they provide very worst customer service. I will not recommend any one in this country to take broad band connection from bsnl. I have their telephone connection too I also wanted to cancel it. I request bsnl to shut their office or hand over fully to other telecommunication provider. so no one should a bsnl broad band or telephone connection.
To all Indians, I have a request please do not go with BSNL services. It is the worst and crooked service providers in the world. They have confusing plans to catch attention of the customers and snatch money from us. Recently I renewed a prepaid plan for Rs 397. the info provided says it will work for 3 months validity. however the plan stopped working in 20 or 30 days. when I asked the customer service, they were almost shouting at me to go through the description in detail before recharging. They say if it was Rs 399(just Rs 22 addition), I could use it for full 3 months. Look at the cheating. This company should be shutdown at the earliest, else we Indians are going to suffer a lot and the our Country will suffer.
Worst broadband ever government should close this they can't provide fibre at my village when I ask them they say service is not available we will provide in 1 month I ask them many times but they always say we will provide in month I a waiting from 1 year but they always say 1 month only and I ask them about air fibre they we will provide in 15 days worst broadband ever government should have to take action on it and have to improve it ??????
