The network is not working properly. Out of 30/31 days of the month 10 days the broadband never works. If we raise a complaint the move it to resolved directly without resolving it. I suggest not to take this broadband connection it just waste of money.

Very bad service you are providing.such a disgusting service ...helpline number that are available on website .. i called on that number but no response is there ... i have registeredcomplaint also but not resolved yet.... please close your companyif you are not capable to handle customer complaints.
Frequently i am having internet issues but nobody couldn't rectify the issue technican Asking me about tecnical reasons he doesn't know anything he is bullshit.
Worst customer Care if we raise ticket for network issue they will close ticket as Resolved they will not come to home..the biggest mistake I have taken taking bsnl service broadband as I am an ex employee of airtel my air tel better compared sht.. And the customer care is also worst...pls don't buy bsnl broadband
The connection is very unstable it keeps getting disconnected and the fibre has some issue every week i have exam's and due to the instability my camera automatically get off and then i am removed from meeting.very bad connection and stability too is really bad.

BSNL internet is not working properly, even I have upgraded plan 1223 per month also am getting less than 60 mbps. As per current plan it should be 200 mbps. Even I have raised so many compliants on Internet but no luck.
The only reason why I supported bsnl was cut of it being govt owned. but now I have no more patience.
Bsnl has employed all bches who just hang ur call and keep gossiping amongst themselves.
I have been using BSNL FTTH for more than 1 year and not currently facing any issue. The connection speed both download and upload is very good and mostly stable, Sometimes the data stops working and comes back after restarting the router but it rarely happens and Maybe, it is a problem of the router. The reason i deducted 1 star because of the price of the plans(of BSNL FTTH not Bharat Fibre), There are not any low price plans like 399, 499 like other broadband service providers, I am currently using Fibre Basic Plus plan of 599rs( 18% GST not included) with Pre-FUP 60Mbps and Post-FUP 2Mbps speed and 3300 GB data usage limit which is the lowest plan I got in my area, I want low price plans coz I just need unlimited data, I don't need high speed like 50Mbps, 100Mbps, 300Mbps. Overall, The service is very good and I am satisfied with it :)
The experience with bsnl has been the worst internet connectivity experience I've ever had , if you really wish on getting yourself a wifi connection then please please just ignore the fact that there's something called BSNL too
Very poor service. We get immediate response while broadband installation but after that they won't respond to the customers call.

BSNL broadband service is very bad. Especially if we talk about its connection stability.Its connection stability is very poor. If your internet is not working then the support team will not help you at all. There are many problems with its service. If you talk about its internet speed, then it can give you decent internet speed.But its speed is very less as compared to other service providers. Nor do you get any help from the support team in this, so its service is very bad.
Paying 1200rs per month and speed is less than 1MB....Wish there was 0 star rating...Highly Disappointed...
Upon reaching out to the support, they told us that its normal.
Like, you pay for a 250 Mbps speed and you get 10 Mbps and they say its normal for the Area. Then why not charge a 10 Mbps rate. I have been paying almost 2 years for this service hoping it will get better but its now time to say goodbye.
We run a company which is purely operating online . Made the biggest mistake taking bsnl broadband. very harmful fir running a business on such a unreliable service provider.
