Hi friends today I share my review about 4xfibernet. This is just wasting of money. The speed of this internet too slow. I am fully disappointed why it. Its internet provider is very bad . The cost were taking for internet service is too much high. I am not satisfied by it. Their customer care is very wrost. This is very very cheap company and fake company. I don't like this type of Companies. No proper speed of internet everything is disappointed. Please don't go this type of internet this is wastage of money only.

Hi Frnds,

Fibrenet us a broadband network claiming that they providing highspeed internet, but frnds the reality is this may be the ever wrost network I seen.They have plans for 700kb/s and 1MB/s.in the range 700rupees and 1200 rupees.

Dear frnds this is very waste for u, dont fall in their buisness minded words, realuse the fact.

The server is always down.we cant download even a single film from temhem.so be careful.

Hi friends I want to share my experince this is the worst broadband I ever used

this broadband hai very bad network and very bad internet speed I work as insurance Consultants so I had lots of work To do in internet so internet speed is very important at my home it give the speed of 600kbps which worst I had complaint in the customer service but come after one week the internet plan was to costly

I was very disappointed by this broadband

I am writing this review because I am usimg 4xfibernet service since 9 months for my work, I am using 1mbps plan with 100GB monthly data usage and this worth me, and this is good plan for my work.

4xfibernet is becoming popular in our area because provide a lot internet plans to their customers with cheap rates that's why customers are willing to connect with them to get a better plan in small amount with higher speed.

4xfibernet also provides better services to their customers along woth toll free numbers which is good for customers and I never ever felt like I am unhappy with their technician members, they always tall to us happily and solve problems within 1 hour manually.

Hello guys its pratham and today I will share my review about the 4xfibernet which is a broadband company.I have taken conncetion from them.The plan for this broadband was Rs700 for 700kbps and Rs1200 for 1 MB/S.I have subscribed the plan for 1 MBPS.Now when I used the broadband service the server was always down it cannot able to download a 60 MB video song even in 30 minutes.At last I complaint about this.They said it will be resolved shortly but even now it happens a lot at last I unsubscribed the beoadband service.If you are going to take a broadband plan dont go for it.

This is all waste of time and money.I realised it last month.The owener of this company said fibernet offer high speed internet with cheap rates.Their data pack is some what decent and I choosen for data package of RS 999.they are lier.they never provide internet with high speedIt take more than three or four minutes to reload or search a page.this is the bad website I ever seen.I advise all of you friends not to use this website.I hope you will follow my suggestion.

This is just wasting of money.I realised it last month.

Fibernet offers high speed internet with cheap rates .Their data pack is some what decent and I choosen for data pack of Rs 999.

But they never provides internet with avwrage speed.It takes more than two minutes to open a page.

Case of you tube streaming is horrible.

When I contacted their office, they said connection is being refreshing and high speed browing will be there with in half an hour.

But just disappointing service and customer interactions.

4x fibre net promised high speed internet broadband connection at a very very reasonable price and a huge data package which I felt was very impressive and so I got a connection.I took the 80gb per month plan which costed about 699/month and I payed for 6months, but only later to realise that the internet connectivity is bad.There are so many connection drops, at times the speed very slow and takes lot of time for a page to load.Youtube is too slow and I need to decrease the resolution to 144p to watch videos.Well, this has turned out to be very irritating and frustrating and so a big NO to the internet service provider.

This internet provider is very very bad in giving a true quality service to the customer and this service troubles the customers most.

The speed of this internet is too slow as we cannot download too many timings in one time attempt amd this is not a good feature of fiber net and I'm not at all satisfied with the internet speed.

The cost they were taking for internet service is too high as sometime I cannot afford to pay the bills.They were charging more than AIRTEL so this is bad in customers point of view.

The internet may break down sometime and takes much time to reconnect from the server.

My overall experience in this fibernet is too bad.

For past 6 days there is no internet connection and calling so many time no response, pls dont go with these cheet felows

still no sollution for my problem, not only now im facing every month same problem like that and every time they will tell some story. but this time not even stories also. I have paid 1300 for 50mbps speed for getting no service .and staff behaving also not good totay morning one guy answered my call and telling me that only three day there were no connection before that that was and 1.5gb your self used.they are cheating the people

This company is totally shit!there was no internet connectivity in my area at first.but 4x fiber net was the only service in my area. So I opted for it. I payed for 6 mnths.but till now im not satisfied.customer care is worst.no one picks up the call. Even if they pick up they tell that a technician will arrive in an hour. But even after 1 week technician won't come.it's been 4 months. And im not satisfied. This time im not able to connect to internet for 15 days.and still no response even after complaining. Never ever in a life time think of opting fr this dumbass company.its better to use mobile data itself.

If u r given a choice such as life(4x fibernet) or death.i wud definetely choose death

4X fibernet - Pathetic Internet service provider in whole India. Very very cheap company. From the beginning I got cheated by this company. The salesman sold this service to me by speaking magic words. He made me opt for a 6 months advance rental. Now I'm Suffering in vain. No proper speed frequently line repair. Everyday line will get disconnected. If I contact cc they say fiber wire broken, they give some useless reasons. Every week you will not have a Internet for at least 12 to 24 hours.  During this time they won't pick up your call seeing your number. I opted 50mbps plan,  but my speed will not even cross 10mbps. I AM POSTING REVIEW BECAUSE FOR PAST 6 DAYS THERE IS NO INTERNET AND NO ONE RESPONSE TO MY CALLS.  Following is my complaint, I never received any acknowledgement too.

After all fake promises from Kanimozhi & Dinesh, my connection isn't up yet. From Friday I had this issue. Now for past 2 days my box isn't having power as well.

It is a dumb customer service and your product really sucks to the Core, please pass this comment to your management(Still i'm not sure if you have this department CEO/Manager).

With immediate effect, cancel my account and refund my advance payment balance money(4 months need to be refunded) I already placed cancellation request in the 1 moth itself. But Kanimozi  called me and gave a fake promise and made me continue 2nd month as well. But beginning of 3rd month is more worst.

The worst of worst part is no one is picking my call today. From morning I called atleast 50 times to your customer care number/whats app number/other technicians. After seeing my numbers they aren't picking my call. I don't know why the heck you guys have a customer service?

Because of this I have lost more money from my client. You made my business to go bad.

DO NOT TEST MY PATIENCE ANYMORE. I AM REALLY ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED AT THIS STAGE. I want this to go smooth, cancel my account refund my 4 months advance rental money or I will be forced to take legal action against your company through my legal adviser.

This company serves in Annanagar Ambattur thirumullaivoyal. In my location thirumullaivoyal I am facing this issue. My advice friends don't opt for their services. They are very cheap and not organized company.
